PATRICK ROWAN, 58, of Clearwaterh, formerly of Tampa, died Monday at home. A native of Iowa, he was an ophthalmologist, Navy veteran and member of Episcopal Church of the Ascension. He is survived by his wife, Patricia; two sons, Carey of Baltimore and Bric of Clearwater; two daughters, Courtney of Clearwater and Tessa of New York City; his mother, Lucille of Dayton, Ohio; three sisters, Jane Mott, Rita and Brigid, all of Dayton; and a grandchild. Gee & Sorensen Funeral Home, St. Petersburg.

JULIA A. SALAZAR, 76, of Tampa died Tuesday at Rehabilitation and Health Care. A native of Chiclayo, Peru, she moved to the area one month ago. She was a homemaker and Catholic. She is survived by a son, Gery Lara of Argentina; two daughters, Maria Lara of New Jersey and Ruby Garcia of Lima, Peru; several brothers and sisters; 14 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. He is survived by his wife, Mae Gates; a son, Harold L.
