OWEN F. JENKINS, 87, of Keysville, formerly of Tampa died Wednesday. A native of Vernon, he was a float plant operator for a phosphate company, Navy veteran of World War II and attended Bethlehem Primitive Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Hazel Lee; two sons, Alvin F. of Lake Wales and Larry of Keysville; two daughters, Oveda Parker of Beverly Hills and Lureda Young of Lecanto; 15 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. Stowers Funeral Home, Brandon.

RICHARD KING, 66, of Tampa died Aug. 21. A native of Pittsburgh, Pa., he moved to the Tampa area 15 years ago. He was restaurant employee and Catholic. He is survived by a son, Christopher of Jacksonville; two daughters, Christie and Ashley, both of Jacksonville; two brothers, James of Fountain Inn, S.C. and Lewis Cosnotti of Hartford, Conn.; and a sister, Phyllis Cosnotti of Penn Hills, Pa. CLARENCE L. "ROY" LAMB, 76, of Lakeland died Tuesday at Highlands Lake Center. A native of Plant City, he returned to this area from Lakehurst, N.J., in 1972. He was retired from the Navy, Protestant, World War II veteran and member of Moose and Elks lodges, Veterans of Foreign Wars and American Legion. He is survived by three daughters, Sharon Wilson of Lakeland and Betty Dergan and Trudy Gianechini, both of Byron, Calif.; a brother, Harold of Lakeland; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
