HERVEY HULL, 82, of Tampa died Monday at John Knox Village Center. A native of Jacksonville, he moved to the area in 1993. He was a retired service manager for Woolverton Oldsmobile and member of Arlington Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife, Nora; a son, Hervey of Jacksonville; a daughter, Grace Roper of Tampa; two sisters, Nell Jones and Marjorie Steeves, both of Jacksonville; and three grandchildren. BETTIE LEAVINE, 68, of Ruskin died Tuesday at South Bay Hospital. A native of Arcadia, she moved to the area in 1934. She was a deli manager for Kash n' Karry and member of Northside Baptist Church. Love of Lakeland; a stepson, LyDon D. of Lakeland; two stepdaughters, Catherine Horton of Cardigan, Wales, and Victoria Diane Davis of Manchester, England; a brother, Norman W.
