WALTER F. FRICK, 86, of Ruskin died Thursday at Palm Gardens. A native of Brooklyn, N.Y., he moved to the area from Queens, N.Y., in 1972. He was a shop foreman for General Motors. He is survived by his wife, Frances; and a sister, Elizabeth Massa of Long Island, N.Y. Lewers Funeral Home, Ruskin.

MIGUEL A. GARCIA, 75, of Tampa died Wednesday at University Community Hospital. A native of San German, Puerto Rico, he moved to the area from New York City 20 years ago.
