EDMUND HOWELL, 80, of Tampa died Thursday. A native of Hurt, Va., he moved to the area from Fort Meade, Md. He was an Army veteran and Methodist. He is survived by his wife, Margaret; a son, William of Blairsville, Ga.; a brother, Raymond of Maryland; two sisters, Thelma Bennett of Lynchburg, Va., and Virginia Clark of Hurt; and three grandchildren. CHARLES A. PENZEL JR., 84, of Sun City Center died Wednesday at South Bay Hospital. A native of Muncie, Ind., he moved to the area from Spain in 1993.
