JAMES W. ALLEN Jr., 83, of Sun City Center died Sunday at home under the care of LifePath Hospice. A native of Norfolk, Va., he moved to the area from Virginia Beach, Va., 17 years ago. He was a food broker, a Shriner and member of St. Andrew Presbyterian Church. He is survived by his wife, Jeanne; a son, James III of Virginia Beach; two daughters, Geraldine Boone of Virginia Beach and Allison Young of Sanibel; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. ARTEMIO ASTOR, 74, of Tampa died Friday at Brandon Regional Hospital. A native of Puerto Rico, he moved to the area from Chicago in 1976. He was a television assembler and Pentecostal.
