DIANE POWE MAXEY, 57, of Ruskin died Thursday at H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center. A native of West Palm Beach, she was a longtime resident and self-employed mortgage broker. She is survived by her husband, Arthur; her father, C.C. Powe of Ruskin; and a brother, Norman Powe of Ruskin. Lewers Funeral Home, Ruskin.

AMPARO QUIROGA, 99, of Tampa died Thursday at home. A native of Lugo, Spain, she moved to the area in 1979. She was a homemaker and Catholic. She is survived by two sons, Santiago Pando and Juan Serrano; two daughters, Adelina Serrano and Josefina Cobos; five grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Gonzalez Funeral Home, Tampa.

He is survived by his wife, Pauline; a daughter, Alice McCoy of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio; three brothers, Gilbert of Holiday, Gerald of Orange and Charles of Hartly, Del.; a sister, Erma Labonet of Orange; five grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
