CRAIG, Earl Willard Jr., 49, a lifelong resident of Lakeland, passed away October 26, 200l. He is survived by his mother Dorothy Bugg; two sons, Michael Anthony Craig and Kyle Justin Craig; one brother, Tommy Craig; three sisters, Peggy Craig Tisa Craig and Cricket Parker and one grandson Michael Blake Craig. He was a prominent fundraiser for the Children's Miracle Network, a school volunteer a s a classroom father at Southwest Elementary School and ran the tape ministry at the First Baptist Church of Lakeland. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 31, 2001 10:00 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church of Plant City with Pastor Brian Lakey officiating. Interment will follow in Hopewell Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday evening from 5:00-7:00 p.m.

DACAL, Manuel, age 90, of Tampa died Saturday, October 27, 2001. Mr. Dacal was born in Cuba and came to Tampa in 1977 from the Bronx, N.Y.. He was of the Catholic faith. Survivors include his wife, Luisa Maria, son, Armando Dacal of Ft. Lauderdale, daughter, Rita Maria Pena of Tampa and four grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, 2:00 PM at Blount, Curry & Roel Funeral Homes, Arm enia Chapel, 4730 N. Armenia Avenue., Tampa. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday from 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM with recitation of the Catholic `Wake Rite` at 7:30 PM at the funeral home.

HAMROCK, Donald J., 65 of Clearwater, died October 26, 2001 at Morton Plant Hospital. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Anita; four sons, John C. Hamrock of Dunedin, Joseph A. Hamrock of Largo, Jeffrey P. Hamrock of Clearwater, and James F. Hamrock of Oldsmar; one daughter, Jill M. Trumbull of Dunedin; five grandsons and two granddaughters. Born in Youngwood, Pa., he moved here in 1978 fr om Scituate, Mass. He retired as a salesman in 1999, was a member and Eucharistic Minister of St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, and an active member of the Cursillo Movement (local and regional), and an avid fisherman. Memorial donations may be made to the St. Catherine of Siena Building Fund, or Cursillo Movement of the Diocese of St. Petersburg.

PARRINO, Carmel Jane, 61, passed away October 25, 2001 at home. Survivors include her uncles, Sam Vitale and Ralph Parrino; aunt, Mary Santander; several cousins and god children and caregiver, Lissette Moradel and husband Jose. Ms. Parrino was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church and worked for the Hillsborough county school district concluding her career as a teacher at St. Joseph's Catho lic School after over ten years of service until her illness. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday at the South Tampa Chapel of Mark III Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church on Cherry St. Interment will be at a later date at Centro Espanol Cemetery. Survivors include her husband, John; a son, Randal Smith of Medina, Ohio and a grandchild, Tiffany Smith of Orville, Ohio. A native of Cleveland, she moved to this area in 1986 from Parma, Ohio. She was a retired bookkeeper for the State of Ohio and was a member of St. Anne's Catholic Church in Ridge Manor. She was a member of the Women's Auxiliary Corps (WAC) during WWII and was a member of the Hernando WAC, Chapter 97, in Brooksville. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Anne's Catholic Church in Ridge Manor on Wednesday, October 31, 2001 at 10 a.m. with Father Murphy officiating. Burial will follow at Florida National Cemetery.
