MARKS, David Leon, age 80, of Tampa, died Tuesday, May 27, 2003. Mr. Marks was born in Jacksonville, Fla. and was a Tampa resident since 1947. He was a prominent Tampa CPA, a graduate of the University of Florida in 1943, Summa Cum Laude, a member of Phi Kappa Phi. He received his Florida CPA license in 1949. He was a member emeritus of FICPA and AICPA and the Tampa Bay Society Club. He is survived by his beloved wife of 58 years, Brigitte I. McNENNEY, Angelina Cacciatore, age 88, of Tampa, passed away May, 28, 2003. A native and lifelong resident of Tampa, Mrs. McNenney was co-owner of J.E. McNenney Plumbing Company with her husband for 34 years. She was a member and past president of the Ybor City Opti-Mrs. for 50 years. She loved her family, gardening and cooking and had a zest for life. Mrs. McNenney was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, J.E. McNenney and is survived by her son, Edward E. McNenney and wife, Denise; grandchildren, Lisa and Edward Sean McNenney; brothers, Angelo S. and Frank Cacciatore; and various nieces and nephews. PASETTI, Mary Mendez, 83, lifelong Tampa resident, passed away May 27, 2003 in Tampa. She is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Dr. Louis O. RUST, Franklin Howard, 86, passed away Monday, May 19, 2003 at his residence in Tallahassee. A native of Bloomington, he attended Southern California University and graduated from Illinois Wesleyan. He was a farmer and former resident of Springfield. He was manager of the Illinois State Fair in the 1960's. He moved to Tampa and was manager of Busch Gardens. A World War II Army Veteran, his interest included horses and tennis. He was an avid F.S.U. fan. He was predeceased by his wife, Mary Jane Rust. Survivors include his children, Randall Rust of Salem, N.H., William Lee Rust of Tallahassee and Rebecca Rust of Tallahassee; a sister-in-law, Bobbie Bloomer of Normal, Ill.; five grandchildren, Jennifer Rust, Bradley Rust, Jessica Rhymes, Rachel Cortez and Garrett Rust; eight great-grandchildren; a niece and two nephews; and his four legged companion, Pepper. McALLISTER, Esther E., 86, of Dade City, Fla., passed away May 26, 2003 at Royal Oaks Nursing Home, Dade City. Mrs. McAllister had been a resident for the past year. She was born April 22, 1917 in Wheatland, Iowa the daughter of Herman and Anna (Hamdorf) Riedesel. She married Clarence J. McAllister at Sacred Heart Cathedral in Davenport, Iowa on January 22, 1937. He preceded her in death on August 29, 1981. Esther is survived by one brother, Roger (Edna) Riedesel of Wheatland, Iowa; one sister, Betty (Leonard) Pedersen of Maquoketa, Iowa; two sisters-in-law, Madeline Bush of Iowa City, Iowa and Mary McAllister of Mechanicsville, Iowa; and many nieces, nephews and loyal friends. Esther was employed as a secretary at Cox Elementary School, Dade City for over 20 years. She was a member of the St. Rita's Catholic Church, Dade City and the Pasco Hospital Auxiliary Volunteer Group. A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 2, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. at Floral Memory Gardens in Dade City.
