JAMES A. BANTON, 92, of Tampa died Monday at Memorial Hospital. A native of Cartersville, Ga., he moved to Tampa in 1927. He was a retired civil engineer and an Army veteran. He is survived by a sister, Madeline of Tampa. He is also survived by his guardians, Jerry and Jane Holcomb of Columbus, Ga. Curry & Son Funeral Home, MacDill Avenue Chapel, Tampa.

DANIEL J. BURROUGHS, 23, of Tampa died Tuesday. A lifelong resident of Tampa, he was a student at Hillsborough Community College and member of Buchanan Baptist Church. EARNIE L. CANTRELL, 80, of Tampa died Monday. A native of Hazelgreen, Ala., he moved to Tampa in 1944. He was a carpenter and an Army veteran of World War II. RUTH D. DONALDSON, 97, of Tampa died Sunday at St. Joseph's Hospital. A native of Poughkeepsie, N.Y., she moved to Tampa in 1984 from Wilmington, Del. She was a homemaker and Catholic. VIOLA "VI" M. FAGAN, 83, of Tampa died Monday at Carrollwood Care Center. A native of Margate City, N.J., she moved to Tampa in 1986 from Treasure Island. MARION L. FOGLE, 69, of Tampa died Monday. A native of Piqua, Ohio, he moved to Tampa in 1980 from Lebanon, Ohio. He was a retired real estate broker, owner of The Revere Agency, employee of The Elmer Krauss Organization, a Marine Corps veteran of World War II, elder of First Presbyterian Church of Crystal River and member of the Tampa East Sertoma Club.
