JOHN HENRY "JEFF" QUARTERMAN, 63, of St. Petersburg died Saturday at St. Anthony's Hospital. A native of Florida, he moved to this area in 1955 from Palmetto. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War and a member of Twentieth Street Church of Christ. He is survived by his wife, Ruthie; four daughters, LaFredia Small and Ethel Peeples Robinson, both of St. Petersburg, Elois Richardson of Tampa and Carolyn Richardson of Immokalee; a brother, Edmon) of Largo; 16 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. LAURA W. RIEVES, 89, of Largo died Wednesday at Columbia Largo Medical Center. A native of New York City, she moved to this area in 1963 from Connecticut. She was a volunteer for Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater and a member of Order of Eastern Star and St. Dunstan's Episcopal Church. She is survived by a son, Anthony W. DONALD RAY SIMS, 58, of Seminole died Sunday at Columbia Largo Medical Center. A native of Hohenwald, Tenn., he moved to this area in 1981 from Hobart Township, Ind. NOVA SUMNER WHITE, 99, of Clearwater died Thursday at Integrated Health Services in Tampa. A native of Greenville, Tenn., she moved to this area in 1963 from Fall Branch, Tenn. MABEL R. YARBROUGH, 68, of Clearwater died Thursday at home. A native of New Smyrna Beach, she moved to this area in 1952 from Hollywood.
