JANE V. FLYNN, 73, of Palm Harbor died Monday in Palm Harbor. A native of Washington, D.C., she moved to this area in 1996 from Chevy Chase, Md. She was a homemaker and Catholic. She is survived by two sons, William Joseph of Burtonsville, Md., and Timothy James of Black Mountain, N.C.; a daughter, Susan McLaughlin of Safety Harbor; a brother, George Cocker of Frederick, Md.; two sisters, Mildred Kercoude of Frederick and Ruth Kenefick of Mount Airy, Md.; and three grandchildren. Curlew Hills Funeral Home, Palm Harbor.

D. WAUNITA FROST, 73, of Dunedin died Monday at Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater. A native of Flat River, Mo., she moved to this area in 1973 from Livonia, Mich. She was a homemaker and a member of Order of Eastern Star, Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary, Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary and the Marine Corps League Auxiliary. She is survived by her husband, Walter; a brother, Glenwood Cole of Clearwater; and several nieces and nephews. Curlew Hills Funeral Home, Palm Harbor.

ROBERT HASSON, 80, of Tampa died Monday at St. Joseph's Hospital. A native of Lincolnton, N.C., he moved to Tampa in 1957 from Clearwater Beach. He was a manager and concessionaire for Outdoor Amusement Inc., an Army veteran of World War II, member of GTSA, Elks Lodge 1519, Hillsborough Lodge 25 F & AM, Tampa Consistory, Egypt Shrine Temple, Showmen's League of America and volunteer at St. Joseph's Hospital. HELEN M. KELLY, 78, of Clearwater died Sunday at Arbors of Safety Harbor. A native of New York City, she moved to this area in 1974 from Roseland, N.J. She was a homemaker and a member of Espiritu Santo Catholic Church in Safety Harbor. She is survived by three sons, Dennis J. of Safety Harbor, Robert F. of Elizabeth, N.J., and James E. of Dunedin; a sister, Margaret Clune of Clearwater; five granddaughters; and four great-grandchildren. MARIANTHI "MARY" MANIAS, 85, of Clearwater died Tuesday at Integrated Health Services in Clearwater. A native of Greece, she moved to this area in 1992 from Port Jefferson Station, N.Y. She was a furrier in New York City and a member of the Ladies Philoptochos Society and the Greek Orthodox Church of the Holy Trinity. She is survived by a son, Gus of St. Augustine; two daughters, Esther Tsikos of Clearwater and Helen of Dunedin; two sisters, Anastasia Kariaklis and Victoria Kritharelis, both of Greece; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. RUTH L. McAULEY, 98, of Clearwater died Monday at Mease Hospital Dunedin. She moved to this area in 1969 from her native Pittsburgh. She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Dunedin, St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, and Top of the World Golf and Lawn Bowling Associations. CRESTON McNEEL, 73, of Dunedin died Monday at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Bay Pines. A native of Cortez, Colo., he moved to this area in 1974 from Clyde, N.Y. He was employed in the logging industry, an Army veteran of World War II and a member of Sunset Point Baptist Church in Clearwater. He is survived by his wife, Pauline; four sons, Everett Rice of Clyde, Gary of Eugene, Ore., John of Detroit, Ore., and Dan of Lutz; three daughters, Peggy Bulebar of Medford, Ore., Debbie Fisher of Gold Beach, Ore., and Carol Steffen of Dunedin; three sisters, Audrey Gilmore of Grants Pass, Ore., Hazel Phillips of Sonoma, Calif., and Jerry McFall of Eugene; 14 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. STEPHANIE NICOLE SCHMITZ, infant daughter of Joyce L. Johnson and Wayne A. of Franklin, Wis., died Sunday at Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg. She was a winter visitor to the area. She is also survived by her paternal grandparents, Roman and Adeline of Belgium, Wis.; and her maternal grandmother, Ozella Johnson of Carthage, Miss. ROBERT M. STENNES, 66, of Palm Harbor died Sunday at Mease Hospital Dunedin. A native of Andover, Mass., he moved to this area in 1991 from Hampton, N.H. He was a retired construction plant manager, a Korean War veteran of the Coast Guard and a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 929 in Framington, Mass. He is survived by his wife, Deirdre R.; two sons, Robert of Reno, Nev., and David of Newport Beach, Calif.; two daughters, Debra Healy of Santa Cruz, Calif., and Catherine Erin of Reno; a sister, Catherine Daley of Elkins Park, Pa.; and three grandchildren. HARRY R. STEWART, 87, of Oldsmar died Tuesday at Mease Hospital Countryside in Safety Harbor. A native of Johnson, Vt., he moved to this area in 1974 from Burlington, Vt. He was self-employed in a snack bar/grocery store, a Coast Guard veteran of World War II, a member of the Masons in Essex Junction, Vt., and Order of Eastern Star in Jericho, Vt., and Methodist. ANTONIOS A. TSAKOS, 76, of Clearwater died Sunday at home. A native of Greece, he moved to this area in 1982 from Detroit. He was a retired painter for Madias Brothers Painting in Detroit and a member of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church. He is survived by his wife, Irene; two sons, Adamantios "Diamond" of St. Petersburg and George of Largo; a daughter, Theodora Grias of Livonia, Mich.; a brother, Stavros of Tarpon Springs; and six grandchildren. WILLIAM K. TUMBLIN, 87, of Clearwater died Friday at Mease Hospital Dunedin. A native of Coshocton, Ohio, he moved to this area in 1992 from Moundsville, W. Va. He was a sub- station operator for Ohio Power Co. in Moundsville for 40 years. He had an amateur radio license for 70 years. He was a member of Simpson Methodist Church in Moundsville. KATHERINE L. VEZINA, 86, of Largo died Monday at Sun Coast Hospital. A native of Fish House, N.Y., she moved to this area in 1976 from Broadalbin, N.Y. She was a homemaker and a member of Order of Eastern Star and First Presbyterian Church, both in Broadalbin. She is survived by two daughters, Lona Turner and Marjorie J. DAVID E. WICKER, 57, of Clearwater died Monday at home. A native of Charlotte, N.C., he moved to Clearwater in 1980 from Atlanta. He was the owner of Exchange Title Insurance Co. in Clearwater and Tampa, an Air Force veteran, member of Feather Sound Community Church, Florida Association of Independent Agents and the Florida Land Title Association. He is survived by his wife, Jenilynn Webb-Wicker; two daughters, Natalie and Kimberly, both of St. Petersburg; a stepdaughter, Lisa Webb of Gainesville; his parents, C.E. of Vero Beach and Dorothea Wright of Fripp Island, S.C.; and two brothers, Frank of Atlanta and Dennis of Pembroke Pines. HELEN BOLTON, 73, of Zephyrhills died Sunday at Columbia Dade City Hospital. A native of Key West, she moved to this area 18 years ago from Plainsville, Conn. GEORGE CHAMBERS, 76, of Land O' Lakes died Friday at University Village in North Carolina. A native of Glenridge, N.J., he moved to this area six years ago from Wayne, N.J. OLGA E. FRIEDRICHSEN, 81, of New Port Richey died Monday at Columbia New Port Richey Hospital. A native of Yonkers, N.Y., she moved to this area 26 years ago from Fishkill, N.Y. MARION J. HOMIN, 81, of Hudson died Monday at National Healthcare Center in Hudson. A native of Chicago, he moved to this area 23 years ago from Downers Grove, Ill. He was a retired inspector for Western Electric, Methodist, a member of the Moose Lodge in New Port Richey and the Jasmine Lakes Homeowners Association in Port Richey.
