FRANK R. OWENS
Frank R. Owens, 75, of 3903 W. 17th St., Panama City, died Tuesday, May 9, 2000, in his home. He was a retired aerospace engineer and local businessman. He had been a resident of Panama City since 1967 moving here from Dallas, Texas. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He is survived by a son, Ronald Edward Owens and his wife, Julie of Panama City; two grandchildren, Bradley Rex Owens, Benjamin Riley Owens; brother, Bill Owens of Pine Bluff, Ark., and the mother of his son, Florence Owens of Panama City. Memorial services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. in Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ron Gallagher officiating. Those desiring to may make a contribution to the Bay County Council on Aging in memory of Frank Owens.

RAYMOND C. RIECK
Raymond C. Rieck, age 79 of Lynn Haven, died Sunday, May 7, 2000, at a local nursing facility. Mr. Rieck was a native of Pennsylvania, and had lived here 28 years. He was a retired pipefitter with Atlantic-Richfield and was of the Baptist faith. He lived at Cove Manor for two years before going into a nursing home, and enjoyed walking and working crossword puzzles. Survivors include two sisters, Alice Cross of Lynn Haven and Dorothy Cornwell of Manassas, Va.; several nieces and nephews including Judy Salyer of Lynn Haven and Jennifer Martin and her husband John of Panama City. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, May 12, at Kent-Forest Lawn Chapel. Burial will follow at Garden of Memories. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday, May 11, 2000, from 6 to 8 p.m.

EDITH GAUNT COCKING
There will be a memorial service for Mrs. Cocking, Saturday, May 13, at 3 p.m., in St. Andrews Presbyterian Church on Beck Avenue. Mr. Richard Post will give the eulogy. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Andrews Presbyterian Church which she and her husband attended for many years. All friends who remember Edith are invited to attend the service.
GEORGE R. HAMPTON
Mr. George R. Hampton, USAF Retired, of 910 2nd Plaza, Panama City, Fla., died Wednesday, May 10, 2000. Mr. Hampton was commissioned as a navigator in 1942. He served in the USAF during World War II in Europe and the Korean Conflict in 1952-1953. He received the Distinguished Flying Cross, the Air Medal with clusters along with several campaign medals. Mr. Hampton was a member of the Masonic Lodge No. 802 in Cartersville, Ill., since 1952. He was also a member of the Retired Officers Association. After retiring from the USAF, he was employed with the brokerage firm of A.G. Edwards and Sons for several years. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Bobbie and Joe Nedoroscik; grandsons, Matthew McDonald and Corey Nedoroscik of Niceville, Fla.; and a sister, Helen Daniel of Edwardsville, Ill. He was preceded in death by his wife:, Ila Mae Hampton. Memorial services will be held 10 a.m., Friday, May 12, at Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Charles Key officiating.

CAROLYN REVONDA SEALE
Carolyn Revonda Seale, 36, of 706 Illinois Ave., Lynn Haven, died Tuesday, May 9, 2000, in a local hospital. She was a 1981 graduate of Mosley High School and graduated from Wesleyan College in Macon, Ga. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Panama City. She is survived by her daughter, Jessica Seale; mother, Jean Bryant Seale; four sisters: Jane Seale, Carol Jean Seale, Linda Gail Seale, Bonnie Seale; four brothers: Buster Seale, Jack Seale, Beezy Seale, William Cranford; three nieces; and three nephews. Funeral services will be held Friday at 4:30 p.m. in Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bruce Raley officiating. Interment will follow in Lynn Haven Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday. Those desiring to may make a contribution to the Lupus Foundation in memory of Revonda Seale.

BEATRICE 'BEA' WARLEY WARMOTH
Beatrice (Bea) Warley Warmoth, 102, of Panama City, Fla., died Tuesday, May 9, 2000, in a local nursing home. She had been a resident of Panama City since 1946, moving here from Birmingham, Ala. She was a member of Ladies Auxillary of VFW No. 2185, the Northside Baptist Church, a Gold Star Mother and a volunteer worker at the Baptist Christian Service Center for more than 25 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, W.O. (Pop) Warmoth; son, Walter O. Warmoth Jr.; and a daughter, Ann Coffey. She is survived by her son-in-law, Thomas G. Coffey Sr. of Panama City; two grandsons, Thomas G. Coffey Jr. and his wife Cindy of Roanoke, Va., Walter O. Coffey of Atlanta, Ga.; granddaughter, Emily Duerfeldt of McMinville, Ore.; three great-grandchildren: Ashley Coffey, Andrew Coffey, Ross Duerfeldt; and brother, Milo Warley of Selma, Ala. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. in Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Jerry Moore officiating and assisted by Walter O. Coffey and Thomas G. Coffey Jr. Interment will follow in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. Those desiring to may make a contribution to the Building Fund of Northside Baptist Church , 503 Airport Road, Panama City, FL 32405 in memory of Bea Warmoth.

EARL EMERSON BOCOCK
Mr. Earl Emerson Bocock, 87, of Lynn Haven, Fla., died Wednesday, May 3, 2000, at his home. Born in Dillsboro, Ind., he moved here in 1956, after retiring from the U.S. Navy after 21 years of service. He retired with the rank of Chief Petty Officer. He was also a veteran of World War II and the Korean Conflict. Mr. Bocock was an aviation mechanic in both the Navy and civil service. He retired from civil service after 22 years. He was a past member of VFW Post No. 2185 and Fleet Reserve No. 346. Mr. Bocock is survived by his wife, Beatrice Brown Bocock of Lynn Haven; two daughters, Gloria Lutz of Lynn Haven and Gail Ortman of Chipley; two brothers, Carl Bocock of Oldenburge, Ind., and Gordon Bocock of Land O' Lakes, Ind.; four grandchildren: J.C. Lutz, Kathy Thurman, Debra Rogers and Jennifer Gay; five great-grandchildren: Blake Thurman, Brittny Thurman, Amber Rogers, Kenny Gay and Carissa Gay; one niece, Beverly Robertson of Perry, Fla. A memorial service will be conducted on Saturday, May 13 at 11 a.m. in Southerland Funeral Home Chapel. military honors will be accorded. RALPH ALCO GAY SR.
Ralph Alco Gay Sr., age 81, of Jasper, Fla., passed away Wednesday, May 10, at South Georgia Medical Center in Valdosta, Ga., following a brief illness. The Norman Park, Ga., native recently moved back to Jasper from Panama City. He retired after 30 years with Florida Power. Mr. Gay was a member of the Lions Club and Kiwanis Club in Jasper and Monticello, a member and deacon of Grace Baptist Church in Panama City and was a World War II veteran of the United States Navy. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Elvie Lee Gay of Jasper; one son, Ralph Gay Jr. (Sharon) of Jasper; two daughters, Joyce Formby (Homer) of Big Fort, Mont., and Betty Sue Farnbach of Lake Butler, Fla.; four brothers: R.L. Gay of Omega, Ga., James Gay and Ronald Gay, both of Atlanta, Ga., and Glen Gay of Raleigh, N.C.; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 13, at Bright Bond Baptist Church near Jasper. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery in Jasper. The family will receive friends between the hours of 6 to 8 p.m. today, May 12, at Harry T. Reid Funeral Home.

Mr. Terry Thomas Jones, age 50 of Panama City, died Saturday, May 6, 2000, at Northwest Florida Reception Center Hospital. He was preceded in death by his mother, Geraldine Cross, and brother, Jerry T. Jones. He is survived by six daughters: Tara Jones of Atlanta, Alicia Pittman of Milwaukee, Wis., Shelly Jones of Newark, N.J., Latia (Alex) King of Tampa, April Cromartie of Jacksonville, Yalonda Ceasar-Taylor of Albany, Ga.; four sons: Terry T. Jones Jr. of Newark, N.J., Antonio, Terrance, and Marcus Jones of Jacksonville; three brothers: Percy D. (Inez) Jones of Spring Lake, N.C., Edgar L. Jones of Panama City, John C. (Gwen) Gainer of Seattle, Wash.; four sisters: Kizzie A. (Alfred) Williams of Miami, Ruby J. (James) Oney, Sharon K. (Ernest) Brown, Alice G. Austin of Panama City; nine grandchildren, numerous aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins. TANESHIA S. RICHMOND
Taneshia S. Richmond, 23, of Radcliff, Ky., died Sunday, May 7, 2000, at University Hospital in Louisville, Ky. She was a student at Lexington Community College and a member of New Hope Baptist Church in Radcliff, Ky. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, the late Nell Faye Williams of Houston, Texas. Survivors include her parents, Bryon and Barbara Richmond of Belleville, Ill.; two brothers, Eugene Richmond and Mason Richmond, both of Belleville; maternal grandparents, Janie and Lee Smith of Panama City; paternal grandfather, Rufus Richmond and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Funeral services for Taneshia S. Richmond will be held Saturday, May 13 at 11 a.m., at Greater A.M.E. Church with the Rev. O.C. Williams, pastor, officiating with the Rev. O.C. Jones Sr. of New Hope Baptist Church, Radcliff, Ky., performing the Eulogy. Interment will follow in Hillside Cemetery. Public visitation for viewing will begin this afternoon at the funeral home from 1 to 8 p.m. The remains will lie in state one hour prior to services at the church. The family will receive friends at the home of her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Lee and Janie Smith of 1401 East 8th Street.
