Michael Lee Hall, 53, of Tallahassee, Ala., died Wednesday.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Anne (Gray) Hall; two sons and two daughters - in - law, Rodney and Christy Hall of Knoxville, Tenn., and Rushin and Tracy Giddens of Tallasee, Ala.; two daughters and two sons - in - law, Rene and Robert Walton and Cynthia L. and Robert Martin, all of Tallasee; nine sisters and their spouses, Mary Jane and Larry Clardy of Dora, Ala., Mary and Troy King of Newnan, Dot Burch of Dalton, Sharon and Marshall Ewing of Valdosta, Diane and U.S. Navy Capt. David Russell of Jacksonville, Fla., Rosemary Patton of Birmingham, Ala., Patricia Hall and Sandy Hall, both of LaGrange; Janet and Johnny Mann of West Point; eight brothers and their spouses, Fred Hall of Birmingham, Ala., Walter and Mary Hall of Forrest Hill, James R. (Buddy) Patton of Birmingham, Ala., Gerald and Melinda Hall of Fort Worth, Texas, Tony Hall and Julian T. and Connie Hall, all of Hogansville, and Jeff Hall of LaGrange, seven grandchildren, Taylor Warren, Natalie Olivia Walton, Kayla Jones, Andrew Martin, Anne Marie Martin, Zack Giddens and Cade Giddens, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death his parents, Julian Tillman Hall and Maggie Lee Spradling Patton.
Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. today at Macedonia Christian Church with the Rev. Jack Burch officiating. A graveside service with military honors followed in the adjoining cemetery.

Mamie C. Brown
Mamie C. Brown of 105 Brown St., died Sunday at West Georgia Medical Center.
Mrs. Brown, a native of Meriwether County, was the daughter of the late Oliver and Martha Caldwell. She was an employee of Ideal Cleaners and Jimmy's Cleaners until her retirement. Mrs. Brown was a member of the Cornerstone Baptist Church where she served on the senior usher board.
Survivors include four sisters and a brother - in - law, Sallie Mae Ray of Atlanta, Rosa Lee Smith of LaGrange; Willie Ann Day and Loretta and John Cooper, all of Columbus; a brother, Hence Caldwell of LaGrange; and several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Funeral services will be Friday at 1 p.m. at Arbor Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Roger Clayton officiating. Burial will be in Restlawn Gardens.
The family will be at the home of her sister, Rosa Lee Smith at 932 Kelley St., and will receive friends at the funeral home on this evening from 7 to 7:30.

Collins D. Anglin
Collins Durell Anglin, 17, of 246 Westwood Drive, died Monday in Troup County.
Collins, born September 28, 1984 in LaGrange, was the son of Terry D. Anglin and Kathy Green Anglin. He had lived here all of his life and attended LaGrange High School. He enjoyed snow skiing, music and spending time with his family and friends.
Survivors in addition to his parents, include his sister, Kaitlin Marie Anglin of LaGrange; his maternal grandparents, Patricia Humphries of Baldwin, Fla., and James Green of Wedowee, Ala.; his paternal grandparents, Marvin D. and Jackie M. Anglin of LaGrange; his great - grandmother, Cumi Green of Wedowee, Ala., and his great - grandfather, Fred Pollard of Baldwin, Fla., four aunts and their spouses, Lisa Green Watford and Michell Black, both of Roanoke, Ala., Tammy Marie A. and Stacey Stillwell of LaGrange and Trindia and Keith Wright of Atlanta; an uncle, James Green Jr. of Wedowee, Ala.; nine cousins, Tyler Sather, Matthew McManus, Madison McManus and Elias Watford, all of Roanoke; Casey Arrington and Chelsey Stillwell, both of LaGrange; Katherine Wright, Michael Wright and Nicholas Wright, all of Atlanta.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Teaver Road Baptist Church with the Rev. Michael Reeves officiating. Burial will be in Green's Chapel cemetery in Wedowee, Ala.
The family will be at their homes and will receive friends at the funeral home tonight from 7 to 9.

Wesley C. Thompson
Wesley Chad Thompson, 18, of 740 John Lovelace Road, died Monday in LaGrange.
Wesley, born September 30, 1983, in Bossier City, La., was the son of Carol and Tim Thompson. He was a student at West Georgia Tech, a senior at LaGrange High School, a member of LaGrange High School wrestling team and a member of Rosemont Baptist Church. Wesley was a avid fisherman and enjoyed hunting.
Survivors in addition to his parents, include his two sisters, Julie Thompson and Brittney Thompson, both of LaGrange; his maternal grandparents, Carroll and Patsy Bolton, his paternal grandparents, Thomas and Trula Thompson, his paternal great - grandparents, Howard and Juanita Campbell, all of Minden, La., and his maternal great - grandparents, the Rev. Jack and Elizabeth Byrd of Heflin, La.; several uncles and aunts, Pattie and Jerome Milam of Nederland, Texas, D'Wayne and Colleen Thompson of Homer, La., Tommy and Janet Thompson of Sibley, La., Martin Thompson of Los Angeles, Calif., Kristi Lott of Tacoma, Wash., Tonya Gann of Knoxville, Tenn., and Debra and Curtis Eagan of Calhoun; and several cousins.
Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Thursday at Hunter - Allen - Myhand Funeral Home with the Rev. Max McCord officiating. Burial will be in Meadoway Gardens.
The family will be at their home at 740 John Lovelace Road and will receive friends at the funeral home this evening from 6 to 8.

J.W. Williams
J.W. Williams, 81, of 401 Forest Place died Monday at his home.
Mr. Williams, born August 25, 1920 in Randolph County, Ala., was the son of the late John Henry and Elsie Saxton Williams. He had made his home for the past 60 years and attended the Seventh Day Adventist Church. Mr. Williams retired from management of Hillside Plant of Milliken and Company and was a member of Elm City Lodge #544 F. & A.M.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Willie Mae Williams of LaGrange; a daughter and son - in - law, Elaine and Dr. John B. Marlow Jr., of Columbia, S.C.; three grandchildren, Dr. Troy Marlow of Charleston, S.C., Alison Marlow and Steven Marlow, both of Columbia, S.C.; three sisters, Agnes Robinson of LaGrange, Dura Johnson of Graham, Ala., and Evelyn Stanford of Carrollton; two brothers, Herren Williams of Pine Mountain, John C. Williams of LaGrange; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Striffler - Hamby Mortuary with D.J. Eurick, Rusty Williams and David Melton officiating. Burial will be in Shadowlawn Cemetery. The family will be at their home 401 Forest Place and will receive friends at the funeral home tonight from 6 to 8.

Mrs. Christine Park
Mrs. Christine Harvey Park, 93, of 404 Ridgecrest Road, died Monday at her home.
Mrs. Park, born March 16, 1908 in Ellaville, was the daughter of the late Claude and Ada Patton Harvey. She had lived in LaGrange since 1986 and was a former resident of Ideal. Mrs. Park received education degrees from Valdosta State College and Mercer University. She retired from the Macon County School District as a elementary teacher with more than forty years of service.
She was a member of Honorary Teachers Association, Alpha Delta Kappa Sorority, Montezuma Music Club, Round Table Book Club of LaGrange, Garden Club of LaGrange and the Troup County Retired Teachers Association. Mrs. Park was a member of First Baptist Church on the Square in LaGrange for the past 15 years.
Survivors include her two daughters and a son - in - law, Sally and William Eubanks of Ball Ground and Nannette Park of Sandy Springs; a son and daughter - in - law, Howard R. and Jean Park Jr., of LaGrange; four grandchildren, two great - grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews; and special friends, Lavelle Morrison, Rebecca Moss, Carrie Owens and June Shakespeare. She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Rudolph Park Sr.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Parkhill cemetery in Columbus with Dr. Paul Baxter and the Rev. Sydney Clay officiating.
Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 at Striffler - Hamby Mortuary.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Ideal Baptist Church in Ideal, Ga. 31041.

Mrs. Claudia Yearta
Mrs. Claudia L. Yearta, 82, of 46 Priscilla Drive, died Monday at West Georgia Medical Center.
Mrs. Yearta, born October 18, 1918 in Troup County, was the daughter of the late William Marshall and Effie Lesley. She had lived here all of her life.
Survivors include her five sons and three daughters - in - law, James and Lena Yearta of Oakland, Mich., William and Martha Yearta of Woodbury, Donald and Sheila Yearta of Franklin, Gary Yearta and Leon and Helen Yearta, all of LaGrange; three daughters and two sons - in - law, Lorene and Danny McMullough of Powder Springs and Shirley and Douglas Lackey and Brenda Yearta, all of LaGrange; 19 grandchildren, 18 great - great grandchildren and a great - great granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Q. Yearta.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Hillview East cemetery with the Evangelist Alton Bailey officiating.
The family will be at the home of her daughter and son - in - law, Shirley and Douglas Lackey, at 230 Waterview Drive and will receive friends at the funeral home tonight from 7 to 9.

Mrs. Louise Wilson
Mrs. Louise Vaughan Wilson, 97, of Hogansville, died this morning.
Mrs. Wilson, born May 13, 1904 at Enon Grove in Heard County, was the daughter of the late Robert L. Vaughan and Annie Kate Orr Vaughan. She married Homer B. Wilson in July, 1924, and became a resident of Hogansville at that time. Mr. Wilson died in April 13, 1992. Mrs. Wilson was a lifelong member of First Baptist Church of Hogansville.
Survivors include two sons and daughters - in - law, Mr. and Mrs. Homer B. Wilson Jr of Huntsville, Ala., and Mr. and Mrs. Frank C. Wilson of Gainesville; a sister, Miss Christine Vaughan of Cordele; seven grandchildren, Stephen B. Wilson, Peter M. Wilson, David C. Wilson and Wendy S. Wilson, all of Huntsville, P. Timothy Wilson of San Francisco, Calif, Lynn W. McGee of Columbus, Ind., and Frank C. Wilson Jr. of Decatur and eight great - grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. in Myrtle Hill cemetery in Hogansville with the Revs. John Mark carpenter and Harold Willis officiating.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Mrs. Wilson may be made to the First Baptist Church of Hogansville.
The family will receive friend from 7 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home.

Mrs. Sally Irene Orr of Forest Park, died Monday at Southern Regional Medical Center. She retired as a secretary.
Survivors include her husband, Walter Russell Orr of Forest Park; three daughters, Beverly and Larry Brown of Newark, Ohio, Shirley Bounds of Stockbridge and Janice and Dave Honkanen of McDonough; six grandchildren and five great - grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at New Testament Baptist Church with the Rev. Curtis Turner officiating.
The body will be at the church at 10 a.m.
Visitation will be this evening from 2 to 4 and from 6 to 8.
Parkway Garden Chapel, 1000 Forest Parkway, Forest Park, Georgia, 30050 is in charge of arrangements.

Dee McCormick
Dee McCormick Jr., 49, of 64 North Cary St., died Saturday at West Georgia Medical Center.
Mr. McCormick, born August 12, 1952 in Hughs, Ark., was the son of Dee McCormick Sr., and the late Beatrice McCormick. He retired from Georgia Power as superintendent.
Survivors include four sons, Donnie McCormick, Ronnie McCormick, David Satterwhite and Greg Satterwhite, all of LaGrange; his father, Dee McCormick Sr. of Franklin; three sisters, Jean Norwood and Sandy Tucker, both of LaGrange; and Debbie Bonner of Franklin; three brothers, Wayne McCormick of Franklin, Tommy McCormick of Valley, Ala., and Joe McCormick of Hogansville; five grandchildren, Brittney, Kaylee, Cameron, Austin and Bennen Satterwhite. He was preceded in death by his brother, Johnny McCormick.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Striffler - Hamby Mortuary with the Rev. Bill King officiating. Burial will be in Potash cemetery in Randolph County.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the funeral service.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a trust fund at First Flag Bank in memory of Mr. McCormick.
