Services will be today at 10 a.m. at Heritage Funeral Home, East Brainerd Road.
Burial will be in Chattanooga National Cemetery.
Doris Grant
DALTON - Doris Ann Grant died Monday, May 10, 1999, in an area hospital. She was 87.
Mrs. Grant was a member of First Baptist Church of Manchester and the widow of Miles Otis Grant.
Survivors include a son, Peter Grant, Rocky Face; daughter, Gail Grant, San Francisco; a sister, Louise Smith, Manchester, Ga.; four grandchildren.
Services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Smith-Steele-Meadows Funeral Home in Manchester, with Dr. Jim Griffith officiating.
Burial will be in Meriwether Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be today from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home in Manchester.
Arrangements are by Ponders Funeral Home, Dalton.

CHATSWORTH - William H. "Billy' Greene died Monday, May 10, 1999, in an area hospital. He was 60.

Burial will be in West Hill Cemetery.

SUMMERVILLE - Annie Mae Hall died Sunday evening, May 9, 1999, at a local nursing home. She was 68.
A graveside service will be today at 11 a.m. in West Hill cemetery with the Rev. Ben Lumley and the Rev. Ray Caldwell officiating.
Arrangements are by J.D. Hill Funeral Home.

LaFAYETTE - Vera A. Langston died Sunday, May 9, 1999, at her home. She was 82.

Della Roach
ROCKY FACE - Della Roach died Monday, May 10, 1999. She was 89.
Mrs. Roach was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Roach.
Survivors include a son, J.M. Roach, Fort Oglethorpe; daughter, Mary Dell Collins, Rocky Face; sister, Leona Osborn, East Ridge; seven grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Jones Funeral Home in Tunnel Hill with the Rev. Jim Brinkley and the Rev. Erwin Crider officiating.
Burial will be in Rocky Face Cemetery.
Willie Mae Steele
LaFAYETTE - Willie Mae "Jean' Steele died Monday, May 10, 1999, in a Chattanooga hospital.
She was a member of Gospel Light Christian Fellowship Church.
Survivors include her husband, Jack Steele; daughter, Sue Smith; son, Wesley Steele, LaFayette; brother, James "Bud' Bowling, Rossville; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at Wallis-Wilbanks Funeral Home with the Rev. Melvin Bridges and the Rev. Bob Bankston officiating.
Burial will be in LaFayette Cemetery.
Deborah Wenger
LOOKOUT MOUNTAIN - Deborah Kathleen Wenger died Sunday, May 9, 1999, in a local hospital. She was 28.
Services will be today at 11 a.m. at Calvary Gardens Mausoleum with Jerry Pollard and pastor Ted Phillips officiating.
There will be no visitation at W.L. Wilson & Sons Funeral Home, which is in charge of arrangements.
Virgil Bryant
SUMMERVILLE - Virgil W. Bryant died Sunday, April 25, 1999, in a Fort Oglethorpe hospital. He was 83.

LaFAYETTE - Ivy E. Carter died Monday, April 26, 1999, at his home. He was 89.
He was retired from Armstrong Carpets and was a member of New Bethel Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Dura Carter; daughter, Judy Pettyjohn, LaFayette; sister, Alma Shierling, Cummings, Ga.; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

WILDWOOD - Roy Jarrard died Monday, April 25, 1999, in Tuscaloosa, Ala. He was 80.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Myrtle Darlene Huff Jarrard.
Survivors include three sons, Butch Jarrard, Stuart, Va., Donnie Jarrard and Jimmy Jarrard, both of Rialto, Calif.; two daughters, Faye Letson, Wildwood, and Evalee Williams, Victorville, Calif.; a sister, Jackie Allen, Ringgold, Ga.; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. CST at Sequatchie Valley Memorial Funeral Home in Jasper, Tenn., with the Rev. Quillian Thurman officiating.
