Services will be today at 1 p.m. at Love Funeral Home with the Rev. Burman Cape and the Rev. Lamar Graham officiating.
Burial will follow in United Memorial Gardens.

TUNNEL HILL, Ga. - Pearl Smith Haygood Planzer died Monday, Feb. 15, 1999. She was 83.
Services will be today at 2 p.m. at the Church of God of the Union Assembly.
Burial will be in West Hill Cemetery.

CHATSWORTH, Ga. - Joseph "Joe' Silva died Sunday, Feb. 14, 1999, in an area hospital. He was 75.
A memorial Mass will be celebrated Friday at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church with the Rev. Craig David officiating.
The family will receive friends at the home of Joe and Carolyn Silva, 1028 Laura Drive, Dalton, from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday.
Arrangements are by Julian Peeples Funeral Home, Dalton.
John Turner
RYDAL, Ga. - John Turner died Wednesday, Feb. 17, 1999, at his home. He was 79.
Mr. Turner had lived most of his life in Gordon County. He was employed several years in the pulpwood industry and was the father of the late Sonny Turner.
Survivors include his wife, Janie Heath Turner; four daughters, Audry Offutt, Calhoun, Ga., Dorothy Gravitt, Sugar Valley, Ga., Ann Johnson, Chatsworth, Ga., and Faye Angle, Rydal; one son, Jerry Turner, Sonoraville community; two sisters, Emma Reynolds, Oakman, Ga., and Betty Hill, Calhoun, Ga.; 31 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
Services will be today at 2 p.m. at Max Brannon & Sons Funeral Home with the Rev. Delmer Ledford officiating.
Burial will be in Crane Eater Cemetery.
Waymon Vineyard
DALTON, Ga. - Waymon Vineyard died Monday, Feb. 15, 1999, in an area hospital. He was 73.
Services will be today at 2 p.m. at Mountain View Baptist Church with the Rev. Ed Vineyard and the Rev. Randy Jackson officiating.
Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Patricia Fauscett
DALTON, Ga. - Patricia Charlene Fauscett died Tuesday, Feb. 16, 1999, in an area hospital. She was 49.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Vance Fauscett; her mother, Patricia Dodd, and a brother, Tim Dodd.
Survivors include two daughters, Tawndra Fauscett and Sherry Bennett, both of Dalton; her father, Charles R. Dodd, Varnell, Ga.; three sisters, Marcy Healtherly, Chatsworth, Ga., Donna Webb, Crandall, Ga., and Tammy McNary, California; one brother, Bobby Dodd, Tennessee.
Services will be today at 3 p.m. at Peeples Funeral Home with the Rev. Keely Hasty officiating.
Burial will be in Varnell Cemetery.
George Burse
DALTON, Ga. - George Burse died Sunday, Feb. 14, 1999, in a Dalton health care facility.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Clara Love Burse.
Survivors include several nieces and nephews.
Services will be today at 1 p.m. at Willis Funeral Home with district elder Reuben Graham and other ministers officiating.
Burial will be in Fairground Cemetery.
Joe Saylors
Joe T. Saylors of Rossville, Ga., died Wednesday, Nov. 4, 1998, in a local hospital. He was 71.
He was the owner of Southeastern Tile Co. and a member of East Lake Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Jean Saylors; two sons, Robert A. Saylors of Chattanooga and Steve Saylors of Rossville; three daughters, Cindy Saylors of Rossville, and Debbie Tanner and JoAnne Higginbotham, both of Chattanooga; one brother, Carl Saylors of Chattanooga; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 1 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Home, Battlefield Parkway, with the Rev. Roger Saylors officiating.
Burial will be in Chattanooga National Cemetery.
The family was to receive friends today from 2 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
