Patricia Ann Farmer
Patricia Ann "Patsy" Farmer, age 54, of Ellenwood, Georgia died Wednesday, July 20, 2005. Mrs. Farmer was a loving mother and a devoted homemaker for the past 24 years. She was preceded in death by her father James Pearson in January 2005.
She is survived by her husband of 31 years, Lindy D. Farmer, Jr.; son, James Scott Farmer; daughter, Elizabeth Farmer McKenney and husband Christopher; daughter, Amy Lynn Farmer; mother, Mary Lou Pearson; sister, Diane Kirwan; a niece and several nephews.

Services were held Saturday, July 23 at Ellenwood First Baptist Church, with Rev. Norman Drummond and Pastor Dale Parker officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital by calling 800-873-6983. Horis A. Ward, Fairview Chapel, 770-474-1231, in charge of arrangements.

Martha Corine Nail Chambers
Martha Corine Nail Chambers, age 93, of McDonough, Georgia died Friday, July 29, 2005. Mrs. Chambers was born Monday, September 11, 1911 in Henry County, the daughter of the late John and Martha Elizabeth Speir Nail. She was a homemaker and a member of Forest Primitive Baptist Church in Forest Park. She was preceded in death by her husband, Benjamin Franklin Chambers in 1981; daughter and son-in-law, Barbara and Perry Stephens; and a son, Otis Chambers.
She is survived by her children and spouses, James and Jewell Chambers, Benny and Arnette Chambers, and Linda and Tommy Dodson, all of McDonough, Martha Jo and Jerry Meise of Farmington, New York; daughter-in-law, Lee Chambers of Mt. Dora, Florida; 15 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and 10 great- great-grandchildren.
Services were held Monday, August 1 in the chapel of Haisten Funeral Home, with Elder Stanley Lee officiating. Interment Forest Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to the Forest Primitive Baptist Church, P.O. Box 423, Forest Park, Georgia, 30298 in memory of Mrs. Chambers. Inez E. Foster
Inez E. Foster, age 93, of Stockbridge, Georgia died Fri-day, July 29, 2005. She was born in Stockbridge, the daughter of Charles Thomas and Elizabeth Cornelia Gibson Evans. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Hapeville. She was past President of East Atlanta Victory Club.
She is survived by her brother, William Evans of McDonough; sister, Mary Estes of Vinings; and several nieces and nephews.
Services were held Sunday, July 31 in the chapel of Cannon Cleveland Funeral Directors, with Rev. Byron Gibson officiating. Interment Stockbridge City Cemetery. Cannon Cleveland Funeral Directors, McDonough/Stockbridge, 770-914-1414, in charge of arrangements.

Maurice Dixon Boutwell, Jr.
Maurice Dixon Boutwell, Jr., age 64, of McDonough, Georgia died Friday, July 29, 2005. Mr. Boutwell was born Tuesday, January 28, 1941 in Fulton County, the son of the late Maurice Dixon Boutwell, Sr. and Mildred Elizabeth Abercrombie Boutwell of Jonesboro. He was a teacher with Newton County High School, enjoyed his family, being around people, teaching and yard work.
He is survived by his children, Kristi Boutwell Sweatt and husband Todd of Fayetteville, Brent Boutwell and wife Heidi of McDonough; wife of previous marriage, Cassandra Boutwell of Fayetteville; brother, Richard D. Boutwell of Jasper; grandchildren, Lynsey Sweatt, Caroline Boutwell, Dawson Sweatt, Caleb Boutwell and Camdyn Sweatt; nephews, Heath and Dalton Boutwell.
Services were held Thursday, August 4, in the chapel of Haisten Funeral Home, with Dr. Gary Lewis officiating. For those who wish, in lieu of flowers may make donations to the American Cancer Society, Southeast Div., Inc., 2200 Lake Blvd., Atlanta, Georgia, 30319. Nancy Yvonne Sitton Brock
Nancy Yvonne Sitton Brock, age 67, of McDonough, Georgia died Saturday, July 30, 2005. Mrs. Brock was born Saturday, November 13, 1937 in Rocky Mount, the daughter of the late Aurelia Rowe and Luper Sitton. She was a devoted homemaker who enjoyed her family, flowers, and gardening, shopping, and most of all, her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Allen Lee Brock in 1987.
She is survived by her children, Brenda and James Boozer of McDonough, Nancy and Edwin Conley of Woodstock, Allen Lee and Tracy Brock, Jr. of Molena; five grandchildren; two great- grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
Services were held Tuesday, August 2 in the chapel of Haisten Funeral Home, with Pastor David Decker officiating. Interment Westview Cemetery. Haisten Funeral Home, McDonough, 770-914-8833, in charge of arrangements.

Edna Craig Austin
Edna Craig Austin, age 89, of Hampton, Georgia, formerly of Forest Park died Saturday, July 30, 2005. Mrs. Austin was born in McDonough, the daughter of the late William H. and Josie Belle Duffey Craig.
She is survived by her daughter, Joann Brown Davis of Summerville; sister, Mary Jo Brooks of Jackson; granddaughters, Dayna Miles of Newnan, Dawn Norwood of Canton; and two great-grandchildren.
Services were held Tuesday, August 2, 2005 at Locust Grove Cemetery, with Rev. Marti Slife officiating. Cannon Cleveland Funeral Directors, McDonough/Stockbridge, 770-914-1414, in charge of arrangements.

Robert P. Johnston, Jr.
Robert P. Johnston, Jr., age 76, of Locust Grove, Georgia died Sunday, July 31, 2005. Mr. Johnston was born Friday, March 15, 1929 in Fulton County, the son of the late Robert P. Johnston, Sr. and the late Mary McLaughlin Johnston. He served his country in the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force during the Korean War, was a member of the Lighthouse Baptist Church in Griffin, and was retired from the State of Georgia.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Janie A Johnston; son, Robert P. Johnston III; daughters, Linda Diane Anders and Patricia Early; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Services were held Thursday, August 4 in the chapel of Haisten Funeral Home, with Rev. Dan Jones and Rev. Glenn Keyes officiating. Haisten Funeral Home, McDonough, 770-914-8833, in charge of arrangements.

Justin H. Taylor
Justin H. Taylor, age 24, of Stockbridge, Georgia died Sun-day, July 31, 2005. Mr. Taylor was born in Atlanta, the son of Neil Harvey and Linda Gail Woolf Taylor. He was an outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing, but most of all he enjoyed his family. He was a loving husband, father, son and brother.
He is survived by his parents; wife, Cristy; daughter, Kaitlyn Brea Taylor; sisters, Dalin Taylor of New Smyrna Beach, Florida; Natalie Shivers of Locust Grove, Summer Taylor of Milledgeville; and maternal grandmother; Mary Woolf Bearden of Stockbridge.
Services were held Wednesday, August 3 in the Chapel of Cannon Cleveland Funeral Directors. Interment Fairview Memorial Gardens. Cannon Cleveland Funeral Directors, McDonough/Stockbridge, 770-914-1414, in charge of arrangements.

Theresa McElroy McGinty Scott

Theresa McElroy McGinty Scott, age 35, of McDonough, Georgia died Wednesday, August 3, 2005. Mrs. Scott was born Friday, July 10, 1970 in Atlanta, the daughter of the late Henry McElroy. She was in the last graduating class of Hapeville High School in 1986, where she was a drum major in the band. She attended Clayton State College, and was a medical assistant and a billing representative for 16 years. She enjoyed her family, friends, and being a mother to her daughters. She loved coaching cheerleading, raising money for breast cancer research, was fun loving and determined to never give up. Theresa was proud to have been a breast cancer survivor.

She is survived by her husband, Michael Scott; daughters, Alexandria Elizabeth McGinty, and Madison Lourette McGinty; mother, Marie Bock, all of McDonough; stepdaughter, K-Ci Scott of Charleston, South Carolina; sister, Rita Summerville; nephew, Todd Summerville, both of Marietta; special friends, Karen Hearn of Locust Grove and Tara Collins of Jackson; father of her children, Paul McGinty of McDonough.

Services were held Saturday, August 6 in the chapel of Haisten Funeral Home. Entombment Haisten/Estlawn Memorial Park Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to American Cancer Society Breast Cancer Research, 2200 Lake Blvd. NE, Atlanta, Georgia, 30319 in memory of Theresa. Evelyn Blissitt Wade
Evelyn Blissitt Wade of Stockbridge, Georgia died September 7, 2007. Survivors include her son, Terry Bradshaw, Stockbridge; sister, Rebecca Hood, Albany; many nieces and nephews and her unofficial adopted family: Susan, Derek and Daniel. A graveside service was held Sunday, September 9 at Fairview Memorial Gardens with Pastor Joe Hughes officiating. Horis A. Ward Funeral Home, Fairview Chapel of Stockbridge in charge of arrangements.

Louise G. Kelley
Louise G Kelley, age 87, of McDonough, Georgia died September 9, 2007. She was born in Danville, Virginia the daughter of the late Joseph and Elsie Mae Elliott Gilbert. Mrs. Kelley was preceded in death by her husband James Phillip Kelley.
Mrs. Kelley is survived by her sons, Joseph (Carmen) Kelley of McDonough, James (Susan) Kelley of Miami, Florida; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; sisters, Rachael Lampl of Roswell, Nina Moore of Jacksonville, Florida; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at a later date in Miami, Florida. Cannon Cleveland Funeral Directors, in charge of arrangements.
