ATLANTA - Services for Mary Holmes Hayes will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Macon Memorial Park.

Hayes, 80, died Saturday, Feb. 26, 2000.

She was retired from Latham Time Recorder in Atlanta and was a member of Buckhead Baptist Church.

Survivors include her sister, Sallie Holmes of Macon.

Family will receive friends following services Wednesday.

Snow's Memorial Chapel, Pio Nono Avenue, has charge of arrangements.

Ralph Hyman
SPARTA - Services for Ralph Darden Hyman will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Mount Hope Methodist Church Cemetery.

Hyman, 76, died Friday, Feb. 25, 2000.

A lifelong resident of Hancock County, he was retired from the U.S. Postal Service.

An Army Air Corps veteran of World War II, he was a member of the Disabled American Veterans and VFW.

He was a member of Pierce Memorial United Methodist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Christine B. Hyman; children, Doris Durden of Clearmont, Fla., and Evelyn Pierce of Gray; and three grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 4 to 5 p.m. today at Moores Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Pierce Memorial United Methodist Church.

Laura James
IDEAL - Services for Laura Maude Edwards James will be at 4 p.m. Tuesday in County Line Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery.

James, 91, died Sunday, Feb. 27, 2000.

She was retired from Montezuma Knitting Mill.

Survivors include her brother, Charlie Edwards of Montezuma.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 tonight in Watson-Mathews Funeral Home.

Memorials may be made to County Line Baptist Church Building Fund, Route 2, Ellaville.

Helen Jolley
SANDERSVILLE - Services for Helen Hudson Jolley will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in First Church of the Nazarene with burial in Zeta Cemetery.

Jolley, 79, died Sunday, Feb. 27, 2000.

Survivors include her children, Chuck Jolley and Tommy Jolley, both of Deepstep, Dorothy Anderson of LaGrange, Brenda Wilkes of Anderson, S.C., and Laney Martin of McIntyre; brother and sister, Charles Hudson of Enterprise, Ala., and Voncille Matuevich of Springfield, Ill.; 16 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 tonight in Lang's Chapel and will be at 1861 Veal Road.

Patrick Kelly
Jackson - Services for Patrick Daniel "Pat" Kelly were Sunday in Second Baptist Church with burial in Jackson City Cemetery.

Kelly, 51, died Friday, Feb. 25, 2000.

He was a carpenter and member of Second Baptist Church.

Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Edna and Ed Daniel of Jackson; brothers, Carey Kelly of Loganville, Clarence Daniel of Newnan, Joseph Daniel of Jackson.

Sherrell, Wilson, Mangham Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.

Ruth Manders
Services for Ruth Batts Neusome Manders will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home with burial in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery.

Manders, 80, died Sunday, Feb. 27, 2000.

Survivors include her children, Shelby Garrett of Macon and Louise Gauldin of Land O'Lakes, Fla.; brothers, Rufus Belflower of Macon and Eugene Belflower of Fitzgerald; companion, J.C. Faulkner; 14 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.

Family will receive friends from 7 to 9 tonight in the funeral home.

Ila McPherson
FORSYTH - Services for Ila Bernice McPherson will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday in Christ United Methodist Church with burial at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Palmetto City Cemetery, Brunswick.

McPherson, 93, died Sunday, Feb. 27, 2000.

She was a retired pediatric nurse at Crawford Long Hospital.

Survivors include her children, Eris Farmer of Forsyth and Dwight McPherson of Blanch, Tenn.; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Family will receive friends from 7 to 9 tonight in Monroe County Memorial Chapel.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Christ United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 162, Forsyth 31029.

William Rogers
MILLEDGEVILLE - Services for William Felton Rogers will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Moores Funeral Home with burial in Baldwin Memorial Gardens.

Rogers, 87, died Sunday, Feb. 27, 2000.

He was a retired bailiff from the Baldwin County Courthouse and from Central State Hospital.

He was a founding father and trustee of Independence Baptist Mission.

Survivors include his wife, Ruth Rogers; children, John Rogers of Milledgeville, Lawrence Rogers of San Diego and William Rogers of Melbourne, Fla.; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 tonight in the funeral home and will be at 194 Lovers Lane, Sparta Highway.

Memorials may be made to Emmanuel Baptist Church.

Thurman Ross
MCRAE - Services for Thurman Cecil Ross will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in McRae United Methodist Church with burial in Oakgrove Cemetery.

Ross, 84, died Sunday, Feb. 27, 2000.

He was a veterinarian.

Survivors include his children, Elizabeth Ross of Stockbridge, Jane Williams of Hawkinsville and Sarah Ross of Conyers; sisters, Judy Martin of Americus and Marilyn Brock of Huntsville, Ala.; six grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

Family will receive friends from 7 to 9 tonight in Vaughn Funeral Home.

Ruby Schwalls
SWAINSBORO - Services for Ruby Schwalls will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Tomlinson Funeral Home with burial in Clito Baptist Church Cemetery.

Schwalls died Sunday, Feb. 27, 2000.

She was owner of Schwalls Trailer Park and was a member of Union Baptist Church.

Survivors include her children, Lorita Jackson of Plantation, Fla., and Joyce Gabrysiak of Swainsboro, and James Smith of Lebanon, Tenn.; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Lydia Searle
Services for Lydia Tei Pritchett Davidson Searle will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Central Fellowship Baptist Church.

Burial will be private.

Searle, 44, died Sunday, Feb. 27, 2000.

Survivors include her husband, Billy Searle; father, Henry Pritchett; son, Kenny Allen; sisters, Angela Delgado, Scarlett Durrant and Valorie Moore of Warner Robins, Penny Ashe of Centerville, and Wendy Lynch of Oklahoma.

McCullough Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
