EAST DUBLIN - Services for Kevin James Rogers will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Townsend Brothers Funeral Home with burial in Dublin Memorial Gardens. Rogers, 29, died Saturday, Aug. 12, 2000, in a Macon hospital. The son of Shirley R. Spivey and the late James Larry Rogers, he was a lifelong resident of Laurens County, a member of Springdale Baptist Church and an employee of Bassett Furniture.
Survivors include his wife, Angela B. Rogers of East Dublin; daughter Shalyn Nicole Rogers of East Dublin; stepson Cameron Dowd of East Dublin; mother, Shirley R. Spivey of Dublin; brother Anthony Glenn Diers of East Dublin; sister Regina Horne of East Dublin; grandparents T.W. and Essie McCoy of East Dublin and J.F. Rogers of Dublin.

Jack David Ryan
FITZGERALD - Services for Jack David Ryan will be at 11 a.m. today at Antioch Baptist Church. Ryan, 83, died Wednesday, Aug. 9, 2000, at Dorminy Medical Center. Born in Pulaski County, he was a retired employee of Atlantic Coastline (AMTRAK). Ryan was a member of Antioch Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Melba L. Ryan; daughters, Jacquellyn Ryan-White of Evans, Patricia A. Kennebrew of Kennesaw and Debra J. Keels of Jacksonville, Fla.; son, Wilbur Rhyne of Fitzgerald; and five grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 8 to 10 this morning at Hall's Funeral Home.
Edna Turpin
CRAWFORD COUNTY - Services for Edna Pauline Turpin will be at 4 p.m. Tuesday at Society Hill Baptist Church with burial in Little Union Church Cemetery. Turpin, 64, died Sunday, Aug. 13, 2000. A native of Banks County, she was a member of Society Hill Baptist Church and a retired employee of Bassett Furniture.
Survivors include her children Floyd F. Turpin and Wanda Turpin, both of Crawford County; sister Lou Mills of Toccoa; and two grandchildren.

Lisa Nicole Vargo
AILEY - Services for Lisa Nicole Vargo will be at 3 p.m. today at the Ronnie L. Stewart Family Funeral Service Chapel, Vidalia, with burial at a later date in Texas . Vargo, 29, died Friday, Aug. 11, 2000. A native of Angleton, Texas , Vargo had lived in the Vidalia area for the past 12 years. She was a homemaker and a Baptist.
Survivors include her fiance, Tommy Spivey of Ailey; sons, Cody Wright and Brennan Wright, both of Ohio; mother, Rosa Ayala of Angelton, Texas ; brothers, Virgil Malatek and Johnnie Edward Rivera, both of Angelton, Texas ; and grandmother, Josephine Serrata of Angleton Texas .
Elizabeth Washington
OCHLOCKNEE - Services for Elizabeth Bessie Washington will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Dawson Street Methodist Church, Thomasville, with burial in Laurel Hill Cemetery. Washington , 96, died Saturday, Aug. 12, 2000, at Hospitality Care Nursing Home. A Decatur County native, she was the daughter of the late Ivey McCray and Ida Lee Connell McCray. She was the widow of Earl Walden Washington . She was a member of Dawson Street Methodist Church, a member of Frances Market Circle and a retired clerk of Washington Grocery Store.
Survivors include her sons Earl Lewis of Perry and George R. Washington of Ochlocknee; daughters Elise LaVinka of Decatur and Emily Jordan of Wilmington, N.C.; 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Margaret Williams
STILLMORE - Services for Margaret Lindsey Williams will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at the Chapel of Peebles Curry Durden Mortuary with burial in the Swainsboro City Cemetery. Williams, 67, died Sunday, Aug. 13, 2000, at the Emanuel Medical Center after an extended illness. A native of Emanuel County, she was a member of the Stillmore Baptist Church, was a homemaker and had worked as a clerk for Paiges Grocery in Swainsboro.
Survivors include her husband, Ralph Williams of Stillmore; daughters, Donna Kent of Swainsboro, Kathy Lindsey and Denice Lindsey, both of Stillmore; son, Wendell Lindsey of Stillmore; sister, Madelyn Whitfield of Stillmore; brothers, Frank Roberson of Marietta and Ray Roberson of Pooler; and two grandchildren.
Carl Brooks Sr.
HARRISON - Services for Carl Everette Brooks Sr. will be at 2 p.m. today in New Bethel Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery. Brooks, 73, died Thursday, Nov. 26, 1998. He was a member of New Bethel Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Virginia Brooks; children, Carl Brooks and Deborah Page, both of Wrightsville, Patricia Rogers of Dublin and Barbara Edwards of Adrian; brothers and sisters, C.W. Services for William S. Bryant will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Roberta City Cemetery. Bryant, 65, died Friday, Nov. 27, 1998. An Air Force veteran, he was a self-employed truck driver. He was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include his children, Michael Bryant and Pamela Edge of Macon; brother and sisters, Junior Bryant of Atlanta, Christine Bumpus and Jaynelle Smith, both of Cochran; and two grandchildren.

MONTICELLO - Services for James William "Bo" Burnham will be at 4 p.m. Sunday in Southerland Funeral Chapel, Eastman, with burial in Woodlawn Cemetery. Burnham, 66, died Thursday, Nov. 26, 1998. He owned and operated Commercial Kitchen Service for 25 years. He was a member of Sheet Metal Local No. 85.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara Burnham; children, James Burnham Jr. of Yonkers, N.Y., Bill Burnham of Marietta and Jeffrey Burnham of Smyrna; stepchildren, Tammy Burnham of Smyrna, Brad McArthur of McDonough and Keith Dukes of Glasgow, Ky.; brothers and sisters, Willard Burnham of Jonesboro, Cass Burnham of Rhine, Hattie Garvin of Cordele, Nina Jackson of Decatur and LuRue Griffin of Tifton; and a grandchild.

He was a retired farmer. He was a member of Milton Creek Masonic Lodge and Cedar Crossing Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Sadie Dees; children, Marion Dixon, Jackie Foskey, Betty Sammons, Joann Peterson, Johnie Dees, Becky Vaughn, Bobby Dees, Aubrey Dees, John Dees II and Jerry Dees; sister, Birdie Gibbs.

MARTINEZ - Services for Betty Johnson Dixon will be at 2:30 p.m. today in Poteet Funeral Home, Augusta, with burial in Westover Memorial Park. Dixon died Thursday, Nov. 26, 1998. She was a member of Warren Baptist Church and was a homemaker.

MILLEDGEVILLE - Services for J.S. Geoghogan III will be at 11 a.m. today in Rose Hill Cemetery, Ashburn. Geoghogan, 72, died Wednesday, Nov. 25, 1998. He was a retired farmer. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of Ashburn First Baptist Church and Sycamore Masonic Lodge 210.
Survivors include his children, Randy Geoghogan and Susan McCard, both of Ashburn, and Larry Geoghogan of Titusville, Fla.; brothers and sister, H.L. Geoghogan of Ashburn, Jim Geoghogan of Tampa, Fla., and Doris McDaniel of Macon; and four grandchildren.

Services for Melba Rowland Hardwick will be at 3 p.m. Sunday in Snow's Memorial Chapel, Cherry Street, with burial in Riverside Cemetery, north gate. Hardwick, 77, died Friday, Nov. 27, 1998. The widow of Kelly Hardwick Jr., she was a member of Trinity Presbyterian Church and attended Cross Keys United Methodist Church. She was a member of Cross Keys Lions Club.
Survivors include her children, Kelly Hardwick III of Bartow, Fla., and Michael Hardwick of Gray; brothers and sisters, Dan Rowland and Mary Slaughter, both of Macon, Harry Rowland and Shirley Palmer, both of Franklin, N.C., Sam Rowland of Las Vegas, Nev., Jackie Sergenti of Huntington Beach, Calif., and Nancy Sharpshire of Jackson, Miss.; and three grandchildren.

FORT VALLEY - Services for Riley Harris Jr. will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Edwards Funeral Home with burial in Willowlake Cemetery. Harris, 73, died Tuesday, Nov. 17, 1998. He was a member of Central Union Missionary Baptist Church.
Survivors include his mother, Willie Harris of Belle Glade, Fla.; and sister, Iona Harris of Belle Glade.

HAWKINSVILLE - Services for Dave J. Higinbotham will be at 3 p.m. today in Broad Street Baptist Church with burial in Orange Hill Cemetery. Higinbotham, 69, died Thursday, Nov. 26, 1998.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Wyl Higinbotham; children, Patty Nutt and Lewis Higinbotham, both of Eastman, Mike Higinbotham of Ellijay and Tommy Grinstead of Hawkinsville; sister, Irene Crowe of Eastman; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
