Charles McDuffie
WARNER ROBINS - Services for Charles D. McDuffie will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Christopher-Smith Funeral Home with burial in Magnolia Park Cemetery. McDuffie, 67, died Thursday, June 8, 2000. He was an Air Force veteran and was retired from Robins Air Force Base after 28 years. He was a member of American Legion and Loyal Order of Moose and was a Master Mason and Shriner.

Survivors include his wife, Rebecca Snay; children, Jeffrey Snay and Mark Snay, both of Warner Robins; sisters and brother, Martha Ellen Kilpatrick of Fitzgerald, Nell Taylor of New Mexico, Katherine Wilkes of Ocilla, Theresa Bloom of Miami Shores, Fla., and Robert McDuffie of Warner Robins; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the Hospice of Houston County.

W.C. McKinley
PITTS - Services for W.C. "Cecil" McKinley will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Union Baptist Church with burial in Union Cemetery. McKinley, 82, died Thursday, June 8, 2000. He was born in Wilcox County, son of the late Horace and Irene McKinley. A retired farmer, he was a member of Rochelle Masonic Lodge No. 190 F&AM and the Cordele Lions Club. He was a member of Union Baptist Church.

Survivors include his children Wayne McKinley of Pitts, Janice Dent of Sylvester and Sandra Coptsias of Plains; brothers and sister, Harold McKinley of Houston, Texas , Gerald McKinley and Charles McKinley, both of Orange Park, Fla., John McKinley of Green Cove Springs, Fla., and Mary Fletcher of Kerrville, Texas ; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today in Frazier & Son Funeral Home, Rochelle, and may be contacted at the residence on Cleveland Avenue, Pitts.

Daniel Poundstone
LIZELLA - Services for Daniel Thomas Poundstone will be at 1 p.m. Friday in Grafton National Cemetery, Grafton, W.Va. Poundstone, 46, died Feb. 13, 2000, in a Texarkana, Texas , hospital. Born in Denver, he was retired from the Air Force. He was a member of Willow Tree Baptist Church in Katy, W.Va.

Survivors include his wife, Colleen Johnson Poundstone; children Derrick Poundstone of Waterbury, Conn., and Justin Poundstone of Rapid City, S.D.; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas R. Poundstone of North Port, Fla.; and brother, Jimmy Poundstone of Macon.

Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.

Rebecca Pruett
WARNER ROBINS - Services for Rebecca E. Pruett will be at 4 p.m. Sunday in First Baptist Church in Centerville with burial in Parkway Memorial Gardens. Pruett, 68, died Thursday, June 7, 2000, at her residence after a long illness. She was born in Charleston, S.C., daughter of the late Roy and Ruby Cape. She was retired from civil service at Robins Air Force Base. She was a member of First Baptist Church and the Senior Adult Sunday School Class.

Survivors include her children Randy Pruett, Donna Mims and Elaine Cahalan, all of Warner Robins, and Debbie Harris of Mobile, Ala.; brothers, Clarence Cape of Atlanta, Donnie Cape of Milledgeville and Robert Cape of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; 12 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today in Christopher-Smith Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Hospice of Houston County.

James Taylor
Services for James Alton Taylor will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Oak Grove Methodist Church Cemetery, Fayette, Ala. Taylor, 66, died Friday, June 9, 2000, at his residence. Son of the late Luther Daniel Taylor, he was a former crew foreman with R.L. Vaughn Inc. for 30 years.

Survivors include his children Daniel C. Taylor of Jackson, Jeffrey A. Taylor of Hawaii, Rita Diane Taylor of Macon, and Peter James Whitfield and Susan Marie Whitfield, both of Huntsville, Ala.; mother, Rosa Lee Barnes of Fayette; sister, Juanita Madison of Fayette; and six grandchildren.

Reece Funeral Home in Jeffersonville has charge of arrangements.

Kaliyah Wiliams
Kaliyah Williams, infant daughter of Florrie Williams and Steven Daniel of Macon, died Thursday, June 8, 2000, in a local hospital.

Survivors, in addition to her parents, include her brother, Marcus Sallette of Macon; and grandparents, Kathy Jackson and Irvin Jackson, both of Macon.

The family may be contacted at 2890 Tarve Court. Hart's Mortuary has charge of arrangements.

Raymond Wright
BARNESVILLE - Services for Raymond Andrew Wright will be at 2 p.m. today in Calvary Baptist Church with burial in Lamar Memory Gardens. Wright, 77, died Thursday, June 8, 2000, in a Monroe County hospital after a long illness. An Army veteran, he received the Purple Heart and was a Mason. He was a deacon at Calvary Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Ruby Young Wright; children Joel Dwight Wright of Annapolis, Md., and Donna Fuller of Beaumont, Texas ; brother, Howard Wright of Barnesville; and four grandchildren.

Haisten-Martin Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.

Lionel Belcher
WARNER ROBINS - Services for Lionel M. Belcher will be at 3 p.m. Sunday in McCullough Funeral Home with burial in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. Belcher, 57, died Tuesday, Aug. 8, 2000. The widower of Mary Lou Belcher, he was an Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War and was retired from Robins Air Force Base. He was a member of First United Methodist Church.

Survivors include his father, Orville Belcher of Beckley, W.Va.; stepchildren David Cox and Emmet Cox, both of Warner Robins, and Lora Kirchoff of Xenia, Ohio; brothers and sisters Danny Belcher of Bracey, Va., Gary Belcher of San Antonio, Texas , Mary Ellen Cromey of Westminster, Md., and Gerri Harrison of Mullens, W.Va; and four grandchildren.

The family will receive friends today at 205 Sylvia Place, Warner Robins.

Barney Blackburn
WAYCROSS - Barney Blackburn Jr. died Wednesday, Aug. 9, 2000. Born in Louisville, Ky., he was a steel worker.

Survivors include his wife, Diane Blackburn; children Jamie Shaffer of Elizabethtown, Pa., and Lisa Kern of West Fairview, Pa.; sister, Deborah Blackburn of Mount Joy, Pa.; and five grandchildren.

Ronnie L. Stewart Family Funeral Service in Vidalia has charge of arrangements.

Ernest Brown
EAST POINT - Services for Ernest Mitchell Brown will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home with burial in College Park Cemetery. Brown died Friday, Aug. 11, 2000. He was a postal supervisor, retired from U.S. Postal Service in downtown Atlanta. He was also retired from the Georgia Army National Guard as a master sergeant.

Survivors include his children Susan Baltzell of Marietta and Steve Brown of Macon; and four grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home.

James Burns
WILLINGBORO, N.J. - Services for James "Jimmy" Burns will be at 2 p.m. today in Loveall Baptist Church, Dodge County, with burial in Evergreen Church Cemetery. Burns died Sunday, Aug. 6, 2000. He was retired from Poole Construction Co. He was a member of Dubois Baptist Church.

Survivors include his sister, Bessie Ashley of Eastman.

The family may be contacted at 205 Herman Ave., Eastman. Hamilton-Burch Funeral Home in Eastman has charge of local arrangements.

Agnes Cook
DOUGLAS - Services for Agnes Parnell Cadle Cook were Friday in Sims Funeral Chapel. Burial was in New Home Church Cemetery. Cook, 78, died Wednesday, Aug. 9, 2000. She was born in Franklin County, Ala., daughter of the late Kinnard and Emma Cadle. The widow of Jim Brown Cook, she was a homemaker and a retired seamstress.

Survivors include her children Linda Wildes, Jo Ann Deen and James Cook, all of Douglas, and Gail Hursey of Alachua, Fla.; sisters and brother Trumer McCraig of Phil Campbell, Ala., Frances Willis of Forsyth and Edward Cadle of Florida; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

David Crouch
WARNER ROBINS - Services for David Crouch will be at 3 p.m. Sunday in First Baptist Church. Burial will be in Collierville, Tenn., on Tuesday. Crouch, 35, died Friday, Aug. 10, 2000. He was a courier for Federal Express. He was a member of First Baptist Church, where he was a deacon and Sunday School teacher in the Youth Department.

Survivors include his wife, Vera Crouch; children Jonathan Crouch II and Dylan Crouch, both of Warner Robins; parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Crouch Sr. of Moscow, Tenn.; brothers and sister James Crouch Jr. of Lakeland, Tenn., Kenneth Crouch of Cordova, Tenn., and Sheree Guyer of Olive Branch, Miss.; and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Gurley of Memphis, Tenn.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today in Heritage Memorial Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church Youth Fund.

Louise DeVane
CORDELE - Services for Louise E. DeVane will be at 10 a.m. today in Hughes & Wright Funeral Home with burial in Sunset Cemetery, Valdosta. DeVane, 86, died Thursday, Aug. 10, 2000. She was a homemaker and member of Nazarene Baptist Church in Valdosta.

Survivors include her children Edith Rewis and Frank DeVane, both of Cordele, Paul DeVane of Macon, Sally Richardson of Irwinville, Charlotte Powers of Thomasville, Janice White of Valdosta, and Bobby DeVane; half-sister, Nellie Brown of Tifton; 14 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Ruth Doyle
BALDWIN COUNTY - Services for Ruth H. Doyle will be held at a later date in Jeffersontown, Ky. Doyle, 67, died Tuesday, Aug. 8, 2000. She was a media specialist, retired from employment by the Jefferson County Board of Education in Kentucky. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Eatonton.

Survivors include her daughter, Laura Matheson of Milledgeville; sisters and brothers Vi Nunn of Yorktown, Va., Dorothy Poole of Mayfield, Ky., Thelma Miller, George Hite and Marilyn Hite, all of Jeffersontown, Mary Lou Ross of High Point, N.C., Walter Hite of Arizona, Forrest Hite of Quinn, Mich, Frank Hite of Carrollton, and Harvey Hite; and two grandchildren.

Williams White Columns Funeral Home in Milledgeville has charge of arrangements.
