Mr. Oscar Randolph, 74, of 1113 Cedar St., died Thursday, Feb. 26, 1998, at University Hospital.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Williams Funeral Home with the Rev. Jacob Trowell officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Grove cemetery" target="_blank">Cemetery.

Mr. Randolph, a native of Wilkes County, Ga., had retired as a truck driver. He was a member of Galilee Baptist Church.

Survivors include a sister, Frances Wimberly, Detroit.

Mrs. Robbie Reardon

Homemaker

EDGEFIELD, S.C. -- Mrs. Robbie Lowe Reardon, 91, of W.A. Reel Drive, died Saturday, Feb. 28, 1998, at Edgefield Health Care Center.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Edgefield Mercantile Funeral Home with the Rev. Darrell Dunning officiating. Burial will be in Eastview cemetery" target="_blank">Cemetery.

Mrs. Reardon, a native of Edgefield County, was a homemaker and had retired from Crest Manufacturing Co.

Survivors include two sons, Bill Reardon, Vancouver, Wash., and Hiriam Reardon, Newberry; a daughter, Georgia R. Hall, Belvedere; two brothers, Bud Lowe, North Myrtle Beach, and Sam Lowe, Greenwood; and 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mrs. Ruby Rivers

Homemaker

HAMPTON, S.C. -- Mrs. Ruby Mae Williams Rivers, 69, died Thursday, Feb. 26, 1998, at her residence.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Smith-Rhoden Funeral Home, Allendale. Burial will be in St. John Baptist cemetery" target="_blank">Cemetery, Ehrhardt.

Mrs. Rivers, a native of Fairfax, was a homemaker and a member of Bethel Baptist Church.

Survivors include a son, Woodrow Michael Harter, Hampton; a daughter, Fran Mock, Barnwell; four brothers, Robbie Williams and Charlton Williams, both of Barnwell, Jay H. Williams, Fairfax, and Kenneth Williams, Walterboro; a sister, Mary Coxwell, Oakfield, Ga.; and six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mr. Clarence Ruffin Sr.

Mr. Clarence ``Braddy" Ruffin Sr. of 1104 Ninth Ave. died Saturday, Feb. 28, 1998, at University Hospital.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at First Mount Moriah Baptist Church with the Rev. Andrew Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Spirit Creek Church cemetery" target="_blank">Cemetery.

Mr. Ruffin was a member and deacon of First Mount Moriah Baptist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Clarence Ruffin Jr., Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and Charles Ruffin, Augusta; three daughters, Betty Martin and Mary Lyons, both of Augusta, and Josephine Ruffin, Upper Marlboro, Md.; a brother, Alfreddie Ruffin, District Heights, Md.; a sister, Ruby Jackson, Miami; and five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Peoples Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Rayburn Scott

Excavator operator

TWIN CITY, Ga. -- Mr. Rayburn ``Sonny" Scott, 61, of 11 Lookout Tower Road, died Friday, Feb. 27, 1998, at his residence.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. today at Johnson Funeral Home, Swainsboro, with the Rev. C.E. Sego officiating. Burial will be in Antioch Primitive Baptist Church cemetery" target="_blank">Cemetery, Swainsboro.

Mr. Scott, a native of Emanuel County, was an excavator operator for McLendon Enterprises. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War, and he was a Baptist.

Survivors include his wife, Glenda Sconyers Scott; two sons, Nicky Scott and Kelvin Scott, both of Twin City; a daughter, Charlotte Chavis, Twin City; his mother, Myrtle R. Scott, Vidalia; a brother, Ronnie Scott, Eden; a sister, Joyce Greenway, Midville; and two grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Richard Jones, Jimmy Ray Mercer, John Emmit Rountree, Getzen Dekle, Wayne Scott and Tim Cumbee.

The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mr. Ned Smith

NORTH AUGUSTA -- Mr. Ned Smith of 1582 Edgefield Road died Saturday, Feb. 28, 1998, at his residence.

The funeral will be at 3 p.m. today at Old Macedonia Baptist Church, Edgefield County, with the Rev. James Thomas officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery" target="_blank">cemetery.

Mr. Smith was a member of Geter Baptist Church.

Survivors include a son, King David McKie, Belvedere; three daughters, Fannie Smith, Annie Smith and Sallie Smith, all of North Augusta; a brother, Charlie Smith, Augusta; and 13 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be grandsons.

Peoples Funeral Home, Augusta, is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Henry Thomas Jr.

Roofer

RESTON, Va. -- Mr. Henry ``Dean" Thomas Jr., 37, of 1800 Cameron Glenn Nursing Center, died Wednesday, Feb. 25, 1998.

The funeral will be at 3 p.m. today at Bell Grove Baptist Church, Aiken, with the Rev. Joseph DeLoach officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery" target="_blank">cemetery.

Mr. Thomas, a native of Aiken County, was a roofer and construction worker. He was an Army veteran and a member of Jacksonville Baptist Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Jamie Thomas, Suitland, Md.; his mother, Alice Brown Thomas, Suitland; two brother, Gerald Thomas, Biloxi, Miss., and Bernard Waldo, Plainsville, Conn.; and two sisters, Darnell Thomas, Suitland, and Betty J. Cook, Philadelphia.

Pallbearers will be cousins.

Blalock's Funeral Home, Edgefield, is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Robert Walker Sr.

Insurance adjuster

Mr. Robert Edgar Walker Sr., 70, of 3103 Richmond Hill Road, died Friday, Feb. 27, 1998, at University Hospital.

Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Monday at Sunset Hill cemetery" target="_blank">Cemetery, North Augusta, with the Rev. Robert Pate officiating.

Mr. Walker, a native of Augusta, was an insurance adjuster and owner of R.E. Walker Co., Insurance Adjusters, and of the Hobby Shop. He was a member of the C.S.R.A. Flyers. He was a Merchant Marine veteran of World War II and a member of Burns United Methodist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Ann Boxx Walker; and three sons, Robert Edgar Walker Jr. and Michael Alan Walker, both of Augusta, and Charles David Walker, North Augusta.

Honorary pallbearers will be members of the C.S.R.A. Flyers.

Memorials may be made to Barton Chapel United Methodist Church, 3414 Deans Bridge Road, Augusta, GA 30906.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Platt's Funeral Home, Crawford Avenue.

Mrs. Corrie Willis

AIKEN -- Mrs. Corrie L. Kneece Willis, 78, of 3525 Augustus Road, died Saturday, Feb. 28, 1998, at Pepper Hill Nursing Center.

The funeral will be at 3 p.m. Monday at Redds Branch Baptist Church with the Rev. Mark Watford officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery" target="_blank">cemetery.

Mrs. Willis, a native of Aiken, was a homemaker and a member of Redds Branch Baptist Church.

Survivors include a sister, Doris E. Preston, Langley.

Pallbearers will be Bobby Burkett, Harold Burkett, Billy Wells, Calvin Burgess, William Kneece and Tommie Blackwell.

Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Willing Workers Sunday School Class.

Friends may call at 113 Schley St., Warrenville, or at George Funeral Home, Park Avenue.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mr. Carl Cox

Retired electronic technician

AIKEN -- Mr. Carl W. Cox, 86, of 11 Clemson Drive, died Saturday, Feb. 28, 1998, at his residence.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Poplar Springs Baptist Church with the Rev. Fred W. Andrea III officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery" target="_blank">cemetery.

Mr. Cox, a native of Reidville, was retired from DuPont as an electronic technician and was a Navy veteran of World War II. He was a member of First Baptist Church, where he was a member of Williamson Sunday School Class.

Survivors include one son, John Carlton Cox, Aiken; two brothers, Walter Cox, Reidville, and James Cox, Spartanburg; one sister, Louise Cox, Spartanburg; and two grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, P.O. Box 3157, Aiken, SC 29802.

Friends may call at 110 Rosemary Drive or at George Funeral Home, Park Avenue.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home and from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Wood Mortuary Inc., Greer.
