JAMESTOWN, Tenn. -- Mrs. Thelma Grace Brannon, 67, of 523 Burnett St., died Sunday, June 14, 1998, at Fentress County General Hospital.
The funeral will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Thomas L. King Funeral Home, Martinez, with Kenneth Galloway officiating. Burial will be in Bellevue Memorial Gardens, Grovetown.
Mrs. Brannon, a native of Muncie, Ind., was an apartment manager.
Survivors include a son, Cecil Brannon, Belvedere; four daughters, Dilrea E. Rhodes, Jamestown, Carolyn Walker, Crossville, Mary Jane Thompson, Augusta, and Kay Espiritu, Grovetown; her mother, Katie G. Stewart, Jamestown; a brother, Clarence Stewart; three sisters, Gladys Bice, Clinton, Georgia Turner, Nashville, and Dilrea Beaty, Crossville; and nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

COLUMBIA -- Mrs. Virginia Todd ``Babe" Adams, 82, of 1109 Sunnepide Drive, died Sunday, June 14, 1998, at her residence.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Covenant Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Lee Ferguson officiating. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
Mrs. Adams, a native of Georgetown, was a homemaker. She was a member of Covenant Presbyterian Church.

Mr. Adams, a native of Chatham County, was a longtime Washington County resident. He was a laboratory technician at Burgess Pigment Co. and a member of New Bethel Baptist Church.
Survivors include wife, Teresa Beck Adams; two daughters, Sarah Adams and Samantha Adams, both of Bartow; his mother, Sarah F. Frawley, Bartow; two brothers, Thomas ``Tommy" Adams, Ellabell, and Ralph Frawley, Waverly Hall; and four sisters, Jackie Mitchell, Savannah, Carolyn DeWolfee, Jacksonville, Fla., Brenday Sparks, Bloomingdale, and Carolyn Helms, Costman.

Mr. Palmer, a native of Lincoln County, was the owner of Phil Palmer Logging and a member of Pine Grove United Methodist Church where he served as treasurer, was on the Board of Trustees and a member of the Methodist Men's Club.
Survivors include his wife, Brenda Davis Palmer; two daughters, April Marie Landrum and Jamie Lynn Landrum, both of Lincolnton; four brothers, Marvin Palmer, McCormick, S.C., Bruce Palmer, Graniteville, Wade Palmer, Washington, and Cornell Palmer, Lincolnton; and two sisters, Linda Brown, Augusta, and Pamela Higginbotham, Fayetteville, N.C.

Mrs. Meyer was co-owner of Idle Hour Florist, which she started with her husband in 1927. She was retired owner of Merilyn Florist and Gifts and was a member of St. Mary On The Hill Catholic Church.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Merilyn M. Golden, Waynesboro; two grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.

Mr. McKenzie, a native of Atmore, Ala., was the owner of Jolly's Restaurant and was retired from the Army, where he served as a staff sergeant and was a veteran of the Korean and Vietnam Wars. He had worked as a security guard with Regent Security at the Morris Building and was a member of Augusta Lodge 737 Free and Accepted Masons, Alee Temple and Augusta Shrine Go Cart Unit.
Survivors include his wife, Bobbie Gilbert McKenzie; two sons, Walter ``Butch" Harvey and Iverson ``Bernie" Chavous, both of Augusta; two daughters, Vickie Berry, Hephzibah, and Beverly Colson, Augusta; and 15 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
