ORLANDO, Fla. -- Mrs. Ionia Williams, 91, of 1652 Cypress St., died Thursday, June 18, 1998.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Cherry Grove Baptist Church, Washington, Ga., with the Rev. G.L. Avery officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery" target="_blank">cemetery.
Mrs. Williams, a native of Wilkes County, had retired.
She is survived by nieces and nephews.

Mr. Jesse W. Haley Sr., 80, of 1930 Fairway Drive, died Sunday, June 21, 1998, at Dwight D. Eisenhower Army Medical Center.
The funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Hillcrest Baptist Church with the Rev. Gordon Robinson officiating. Entombment with Masonic rites will be at Hillcrest Memorial Park Mausoleum.
Mr. Haley, a native of South Pittsburg, Tenn., was an Army veteran of World War II, the Korean conflict and the Vietnam War, and had retired with the rank of master sergeant after 30 years of service. He had received the Grand Cross of Color and was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, the 17th Airborne Association and the Disabled American Veterans. He was a member of Fleming Masonic Lodge and the Order of the Eastern Star. He was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Lorene W. Haley; two sons, Jesse W. Haley Jr. and Jerry E. Haley, both of Augusta; two daughters, Joyce Stachel, Cape Canaveral, Fla., and Judy Payton, Augusta; and 10 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be members of a military honor guard.
Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Fleming Masonic Lodge.
Memorials may be made to the Arthritis Association or to diabetes research.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Elliott Sons Funeral Home, Lumpkin Road.

Mr. Graves, a native of Wilkes County, had retired from the Medical College of Georgia as a chef. He was a member of Pompey's Chapel Baptist Church.

Mrs. Garvin, a native of Bulloch County, was a homemaker and a member of Paynes Chapel Methodist Church.

AIKEN -- Mr. Donald Leslie Fulmer, 55, of 22 Mack Donald Lane, died Sunday, June 21, 1998, at Columbia Augusta Medical Center.
The funeral will be at 4 p.m. Thursday at St. James Lutheran Church, Graniteville, with the Revs. Barry Antley and Louie Anderson officiating. Burial will be in Shiloh Church cemetery" target="_blank">Cemetery.
Mr. Fulmer, a native of Aiken County, was a machinist for Industrial Tool and Engineering. He was a volunteer fireman and fire chief of Center Fire Department for 25 years. He was a volunteer member of the sheriff's department, and he was a member of the Warrenville National Guard for seven years. He was a member of St. James Lutheran Church.
Survivors include his wife, Dianne Busbee Fulmer; his parents, L.T. Fulmer and Deasaux McGhee Fulmer, Graniteville; and two brothers, N. Wayne Fulmer, Trenton, and Marshall Fulmer, Graniteville.
Pallbearers will be fire chiefs Phil Napier, Greg Bailey, Carroll Busbee, Rick Mundy, Ricky Holley, Johnny Crook, David Cunningham, Kenneth Bell, Michael Jackson, Anthony Wiles, Bob Hines, Mark Redd, Gene Fogle, Mark Key, Ernest Hook, George Knowles, Andy Keller, Gurney Wiggins and Michael Cato.

AIKEN -- Mr. Ralph Francis Cullinan, 85, of 203-K Landing Drive, died Saturday, June 20, 1998, at his residence.
A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at St. Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church with the Rev. Edward Fitzgerald officiating.
Mr. Cullinan, a native of Philadelphia, had lived in Aiken since 1952. He had retired from DuPont as a chemist. He was a former member of the Aiken County Council, a past chairman of the Lower Savannah Council of Governments and a member of the Aiken Republican Party. He was a former member of the Aiken Squadron of the Civil Air Patrol and a member of Houndslake Country Club. He was a member of the 50-Plus Club. He was a member of St. Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church where he attended Friday Morning Prayer Group.
Survivors include his wife, Eleanor N. Cullinan; a son, Thomas W. Cullinan, Columbia; two daughters, Cathleen C. Fay, Narberth, Penn., and Mimi T. Cullinan, Aiken; a brother, John W. Cullinan, Aurora, Colo.; and seven grandchildren.

Mrs. Collins, a native of Augusta, had retired from Carter Electric Co. as a secretary. She was a member of the Pine Needle Garden Club and director of the Singing Saints at St. John's Towers Apartments. She was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church where she was a member of the St. Cecilia Chapter.
Survivors include a brother, Charles Edward Collins Jr., Evans.

Mr. Boykin, a native of Dover, Ga., had retired as a men's clothing salesman. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War and a member of First Baptist Church of North Augusta.
His family said he was devoted to his family, friends and grandchildren. He enjoyed landscaping and fishing.
Survivors include his wife, Mildred Cato Boykin; a son, William Southwell Boykin, Danville, Calif.; a daughter, Jane Boykin ElLaissi, Evans; two brothers, Tommy W. Boykin, Lincolnton, Ga., and Don M. Boykin, North Augusta; and four grandchildren.
