Mrs. Anna Toomer Gray, 81, died May 30 at Candler General Hospital of natural causes. A native and lifelong resident of Savannah, she was a retired House Cleaning Supervisor at Candler General Hospital. She attended the local schools of Chatham County. Wilbert Edenfield

Lyons - Mr. Wilbert Edenfield, 75, died Saturday morning, June 1, at his residence after an extended illness. Mr. Edenfield was a native and lifelong resident of Toombs County. He was retired from the Georgia DOT and was a member of the Lyons Holiness Church. Survivors: wife, Annie Jo Edenfield of Lyons; daughters, Judy Ann Frazier of Monette, AR and Mary Sue Edenfield of MS; step-sons, Darrell O. and Raymond J. Etheridge, both of St. Cloud, FL; niece, Hazel King of Lyons; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral Services: 3:00 p. m. Monday, June 3 from the Lyons Holiness Church with Rev. Walter Zelinski

Walter "Ski" Zelinski, 72, of Savannah, died Friday, May 31 at Candler Hospital. He was born in Simpson, PA and moved to Savannah in the 1950s. He was a retired veteran having served in the U. S. Air Force for 20 years, and was retired from Independent Life Insurance Company. He was a Communicant of the Catholic Church, a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose, and a member of American Legion Post #36. Survivors: daughters and sons-in-law, Terry Zelinski and Fred Sinclair, Diane Zelinski and Carlos McElhaney, and Leslie Zelinski, all of Savannah; sisters, Jean Z. Meagher and Violet Z.
