Services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday in the chapel of the Willim Funeral Home, Clarion, with the Rev. Charles Kellogg officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery , Clarion.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Willim Funeral Home.

ALGONA - Rose M. Courtney, 75, died Thursday (April 8, 1999) at Good Samaritan Center, Algona.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Cecelia's Catholic Church, Algona, with the Rev. Steve Brodersen officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery , Algona.
Visitation will be held from 2:30 to 8:30 p.m. Sunday at Oakcrest Funeral Home, Algona. A parish rosary will begin at 3 p.m. and a parish prayer service at 7 p.m. at the funeral home Sunday.
LOUISE A. WITZEL
CHARLES CITY - Louise A. (Mrs. Reuben) Witzel, 102, of Salsbury Baptist Home, formerly of 808 N. Iowa St., died Thursday (April 8, 1999) at the nursing home.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday in the chapel of St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church, Main and Gilbert streets, Charles City, with the Rev. Dennis D. Niezwaag officiating. Burial will be in New Hampton Cemetery , New Hampton.
Friends may call from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Fullerton Hage Funeral Home, 401 Blunt St., Charles City. Visitation will continue one hour prior to services Monday at the church.
MARILYN A. COLLERAN
ROCHESTER, Minn. -Marilyn A. Colleran, 67, of 190 36th Ave. N.W., died Friday (April 9, 1999) at Seasons Hospice, Rochester, after an illness of 16 months.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at Macken Colonial Chapel, 1105 Twelfth St. S.E., Rochester, with the Rev. James McCauley officiating.
Friends may call an half hour before the service on Monday at the funeral home.
Marilyn Alice Tierney Colleran was born Sept. 16, 1931, at Mason City, Iowa. She attended school in Mason City and graduated from Holy Family High School in 1949.
She graduated from St. Marys School of Nursing, Rochester, in 1952 and worked at St. Marys Hospital as a private duty nurse from 1952 to 1968. Then she became a nursing supervisor at St. Marys Hospital from 1968 until her retirement in 1992.
She married, but later divorced. She enjoyed traveling, quilting and sewing.
Marilyn is survived by her mother and stepfather, Gwen and Winston Whitehead, Phoenix, Ariz.; five daughters, Karen Jensen, Austin, Minn., Sharon Colleran-King, Rochester, Carol Hyter, Mabel, Minn., Colleen Colleran, Rochester, and Kathleen Colleran, Rochester; and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father and one brother.
PAUL F. KASEL
OSAGE - Paul F. Kasel, 66, died Friday (April 9, 1999) at Mitchell County Regional Health Center in Osage following a long illness.
Paul was born Aug. 25, 1932, at Adams, Minn., the son of Paul P. and Anna (Bodensteiner) Kasel. He married Darlene Salisbury on June 27, 1962, at Queen of Angels Catholic Church in Austin, Minn.
He worked for the Oliver Corporation and White Farm in Charles City for 23 years. Paul was a member of Sacred Heart Church, the Knights of Columbus and V.F.W., all in Osage. His hobbies were collecting toy tractors and playing with his two grandchildren.
Paul was a heart transplant recipient in 1987, the 14th at University Hospitals in Iowa City.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, April 12, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Osage, with the Rev. Philip Recker officiating. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery
with military rites at the grave by members of Osage V.F.W. Post No. 7920.
Visitation will begin at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Champion Funeral Home, Osage, with a rosary at 3 p.m. and a wake service at 7 p.m., followed by a Knights of Columbus rosary at 8 p.m.
Paul is survived by his wife, Darlene, of Osage; two daughters, Linda Kasel of Osage and Margaret Dunn and her husband, Roger, of Alta Vista; a son, Robert Kasel of Osage; two grandchildren, Joshua and Sara Dunn of Alta Vista; a special friend, Mary Ann Denekas; five brothers, John Kasel and his wife, Vera, of Osage, William Kasel and his wife, Harriet, of Mason City, Eugene Kasel and his wife, Maryls, of Roscoe, Ill., Daniel Kasel and wife, Barbara, of Taopi, Minn., and Theodore Kasel of Ames; four sisters, Mary Brumm and her husband, John, of Mason City, Joann Krause and her husband, Richard, of Pine Island, Minn., Barbara Kitt and her husband, Dennis, of Denison, and Carol Kasel of Minneapolis, Minn.; and also nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one nephew.

MASON CITY - Tom James Zanios, 79, of 944 Sixth St. S.E., died Friday (April 9, 1999) at Muse Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit, Mason City.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Greek Orthodox Church of the Transfiguration, 1311 Second St. S.W., Mason City.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at the church. A Trisagion prayer service will begin at 7 p.m. Monday at the church.

HUMBOLDT - Stena Jutting, 90, formerly of Buffalo Center, died Wednesday (April 7, 1999) at the Humboldt Care Center.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at First Reformed Church, Buffalo Center. Burial will be in Ramsey Reformed Church Cemetery , rural Titonka.
Visitation will be from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Winter Funeral Home, Buffalo Center

MASON CITY - Edith W. Westly, 77, of 30 Beaumont Drive, died Friday (April 9, 1999) at Good Shepherd Health Center, Mason City.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Trinity Lutheran Church, Mason City, with the Rev. Nils "Chris" Hellevik officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery , Mason City.
