HAILEY V. SMITH
BROOKVILLE, Pa. - Hailey V. Smith, 6-year-old daughter of Jim and Brenda Smith, of RD2 Box 173, Brookville, died Thursday (July 29, 1999) at the Childrens Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pa., following complications after surgery.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Grace Lutheran Church, Brookville, Pa., with Pastor James Fore officiating. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery
at Windy Hill, Rose Township, Jefferson County, Pa.
Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the McKinney Funeral Home, 345 Main St., Brookville, Pa. 15825.
Memorials may be given to the Smith Lemli Opitz Foundation, 32 Ivy Lane, Glen Mills, Pa. 19342.
Hailey V. Smith was born Aug. 15, 1992, in Clarion, Pa., to Jim and Brenda Tesch Smith. She was a member of the Grace Lutheran Church in Brookville, Pa. Hailey was a wishchild for Make a Wish Foundation.
She is survived by her parents, Jim and Brenda Smith, of Brookville, Pa.; maternal grandparents, Rudy and Arlene Tesch, of St. Ansgar; paternal grandparents, James D. and Carol Smith, of Brookville; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; and Hailey's primary nurse, Kathy Morrison, of Clarion, Pa.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Virginia Tesch.

LEROY, Minn. - Donald M. Jensen, 66, of LeRoy, Minn. died Friday (July 30, 1999) at the Riceville Care Center.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the United Methodist Church, McIntire, with the Rev. Arthur Hill officiating. Burial will be in Wayne Cemetery , near McIntire.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Hindt Hutchins Funeral Home, LeRoy, Minn.

ST. ANSGAR - Annie Ellen (Rasmussen) Larsen, 95, of St. Ansgar, died Thursday (July 29, 1999) at the Good Samaritan Center, St. Ansgar.

MERRY S. WELD DICK
AMANA - Merry S. Weld Dick, 26, of Amana, formerly of Clarion, died Wednesday (July 28, 1999) at Mercy Medical Center-Cedar Rapids, from injuries suffered in a car accident.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the United Methodist Church, Clarion, with Mark Young of the Clarion Church of Christ officiating. Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery , Clarion.
Merry Sue Weld was born June 1, 1973, in Clarion to James L. and Karen S. (Zirbel) Weld. She was raised and educated in Clarion, graduating from Clarion High School in 1992.
Merry was active with the Methodist Youth Fellowship, Lincoln Lassies 4-H Club, State 4-H Council, FFA, National FFA Band and high school music groups.
She was united in marriage with Edouard L. Dick on June 17, 1995, at the Smith Memorial Chapel, Campus of Simpson College, Indianola.
Merry graduated from Simpson College in 1996. She was the middle school music teacher at the Clear Creek-Amana School.
Merry was a member of the United Methodist Church in Clarion and active in the Clover Ridge United Methodist Church and with the youth groups at Walford. She was also a member of the Eastern Iowa Brass Band, was active in many community affairs and taught private music lessons.
Merry is survived by her husband, Ed, of Amana; her parents, Jim and Karen Weld, of Clarion; her sister, Jamie Weld, of Des Moines; her grandparents, Stanley and Kit Zirbel, of Clear Lake; Ed's parents, Ramon and Doris Dick, of Villisca; his brother, Aaron, of Amana; his grandparents, Anabelle White, of Villisca and Mervyn and Maxine Dick, of Stanhope.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents.
JUDITH MARIE ANDERSEN
ROCKFORD - Judith Marie Andersen, 50, died Saturday (July 31, 1999) at her home.

ANNIE ELLEN (RASMUSSEN) LARSEN
ST. ANSGAR - Annie Ellen (Rasmussen) Larsen, 95, died Thursday (July 29, 1999) at the St. Ansgar Good Samaritan Center.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the First Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Robert Porisch officiating. Burial will be in the Hillcrest Cemetery , Albert Lea, Minn.
Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Tuesday at the church.
Annie E. (Rasmussen) Larsen was born in Worth County, on Dec. 20, 1903, to Peter and Ida (White) Rasmussen. She received her education at Deer Creek No. 6 school.
On Dec. 26, 1928, she married Carl M. Christensen in Northwood. They made their home in Albert Lea. Carl passed away in 1964. On April 9, 1967, she married Emil Larsen. He passed away in 1969.
Annie moved to St. Ansgar in July, 1970. She was a member of the First Lutheran Church. Annie was a member of the St. Ansgar Senior Citizens Club for a number of years, and was named the Outstanding Senior Citizen of Mitchell County in 1980.
Survivors include one daughter, Ida DeWald of Phoenix, Ariz.; one step-daughter, Marcella Peterson and husband, Perry, of St. Charles, Minn.; one step-daughter-in-law, Helen Larsen of Austin, Minn.; one brother, John Rasmussen and wife, Evelyn, of St. Ansgar; one sister, Emma Skjeveland of St. Ansgar; several nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
Annie was preceded in death by her parents; two husbands; three brothers, Louie, Arthur and Peter; seven sisters, Mary, Louise, Lilly, Katie, Ida, Florence and Esther; son-in-law, James DeWald; and one step-son, Burnett Larsen.

HAMPTON - Harold Miller Jorgensen, 82, died Friday (July 30, 1999) at the Scenic Manor Care Center, Iowa Falls.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. John's Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Louise Stromberg officiating. Burial will be in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 2 to 6 p.m. today at the Sietsema-Vogel Funeral Home.

CHARLES CITY - Loan Krumlinde, 73, died Friday (July 30, 1999) at her home.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Trinity United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Jack Ivey of the First Congregational Church, officiating. Burial will be in Sunnyside Memorial Gardens.
Friends may call from 3 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Hauser Funeral Home, with the family present from 6 to 8 p.m. Visitation will continue one hour prior to services at the church on Wednesday.

MASON CITY - Luda H. Nelson, 100, died Friday (July 30, 1999) at the Heritage Care Center.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Fullerton Patterson James Funeral Home, 123 Second St. S.E. Officiating will be Elders Cliff Hagman and Fanny Hansen of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Clear Lake. The family will receive friends and relatives from 3 to 7 Monday at the funeral home.
