Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Columbkille's Catholic Church, with burial in Mount Olivet Cemetery , Key West, Iowa. Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. today at Siegert-Didesch Colonial Funeral Home, 390 N. Grandview Ave., where there will be a wake service at 4:30 p.m.
She was born on Nov. 30, 1923, in Dubuque, daughter of Charles T. and Jeanette (Watters) Sisler.
Mary lived in Dubuque all her life. She was a telephone operator for Northwestern Bell for 25 years, retiring in 1972. She was a member of St. Columbkille's Parish for many years, and its rosary society. Mary also belonged to the Dubuque Women's Club and The Telephone Pioneers.
Surviving are two brothers, Elmer (Helen) Sisler and Donald (Mary) Sisler Sr., both of Dubuque; a sister, Mrs. Jose (Lois) Ferreira, of Brazil; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Grace Tigges and LaVaune Hinz; and four brothers, George, Joseph, Arnold and Roger Sisler.

Memorial services will be at 7:30 p.m. Friday at St. Matthew's Catholic Church, Oak Creek, where friends may call from 4 to 7:30 p.m. Friday.
Burial will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Forest Hill Memorial Park, Oak Creek. The Molthen-Bell & Sons Funeral Home, Milwaukee, is in charge of arrangements.

EAST DUBUQUE, Ill. - Mrs. Wayne J. (Carol Ann) Kramer, 60, of 104 Third Ave., East Dubuque, died at 6:15 p.m. Monday, June 3, 2002, at The Finley Hospital, Dubuque.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Sacred Heart Church, with burial in Linwood Cemetery , both in Dubuque. Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. today at Behr Funeral Home, 1491 Main St., Dubuque, where there will be a parish wake service at 4:30 p.m.
She was born Nov. 21, 1941, in Dubuque, daughter of Herb Sr. and Rose (Ploessl) Gruel.
Carol was a graduate of Dubuque Senior High School.
She married Wayne J. Kramer on Feb. 5, 1970, in San Jose, Calif. Wayne and Carol Ann lived in California for 20 years before returning to Dubuque.
She was formerly employed as the office supervisor for the W.W. Grainger Company in San Diego until 1990. In Dubuque Carol Ann worked at Regency Thermographers in the billing department.
She was a member of the Women's Auxiliary of the VFW, Post 508 and a member of the Memorial Day Parade Committee. Carol Ann enjoyed doing needlework and making crafts. She was an avid collector of salt and pepper shakers and refrigerator magnets. Carol Ann was a "grandma" to little Tyler John Kueter, and "mom" to Amy.
Surviving are her husband, Wayne J. Kramer; a son, George P. Kramer, of Dubuque; a sister, Norma (Bill) Duenser, of Dubuque; three brothers, Robert Gruel, of Dubuque, Jerry Gruel, of Dubuque, and Herb (Florence) Gruel, of East Dubuque; and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Theresa Kramer, on Feb. 27, 1989.
Memorials may be given to Finley Hospital, ICU, 350 N. Grandview Ave., Dubuque, Iowa 52001.
The family wishes to thank Dr. Garrett Ridgley and the nurses and staff of The Finley Hospital Intensive Care Unit for the care and concern for Carol Ann and the family.
