Mary Kimmell
Mary Virginia White Kimmell, 63, of Argyle, died Wednesday, March 24, 2004, at her home.
A celebration of life memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Faith Family Church, 2323 Main St., Keokuk, with the Rev. John Abraham officiating.
A memorial has been established for Melrose United Methodist Church.
Scott Warrington
Scott E. Warrington, 38, of Fairfield, died Monday, April 11, 2005, at his mother's home in Keosauqua.
Born April 10, 1967, in Iowa City, he was the son of Floyd and Judith Jameson Warrington.
Mr. Warrington worked for Kokomo's Restaurant in Fairfield.
He lived most of his life in Keosauqua and moved to Fairfield in February 2004.
Survivors include his mother of Keosauqua; and one sister, Candy Ross, of HIllsboro.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Friday at Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua.
The funeral for Mr. Warrington will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Pedrick Funeral Home, with the Rev. Bill Shewmaker officiating. Burial will be in Purdom Cemetery
in Keosauqua.
A memorial has been established.
Sgt. John W. Miller
The funeral service for Sgt. John Wayne Miller, 21, who died Tuesday, April 12, 2005, will be Wednesday, April 20th, at 10:30 AM in Burlington Memorial Auditorium. Chaplain Murray Phillips will officiate. Interment will be in Oakland Cemetery , Fort Madison, Iowa. The Iowa Army National Guard will conduct Military Rites. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 7:00 PM on Tuesday, April 19th, in Lunning Chapel. A memorial has been established for the Alpha Company 224th Engineer Battalion Support Group, 2500 Summer St., Burlington, IA.
Katherine "Katie" R. Masters
The funeral service for Mrs. Katherine "Katie" R. Masters, 77, who died Thursday, April 14, 2005, will be Monday, April 18th, at 1:30 PM in Lunning Chapel. The Rev. Donald Hoornstra will officiate. The funeral service for Mrs. Stella Martha Brown, 86, who died Friday, April 15, 2005, will be Tuesday, April 19th, at 10:00 AM in First Baptist Church. The graveside funeral service and interment for Mrs. Cleo "Bea" Koger, 89, who died Friday, April 15, 2005, will be Tuesday, April 19th, at 2:00 PM in Burlington Memorial Park Cemetery . ARLENE VIKDAL
Following the wishes of Mrs. Arlene Vikdal, 89, of Burlington, who died on Thursday, April 21, 2005, at Great River Medical Center in West Burlington, there will be no formal services or visitation. Mrs. Vikdal has requested that her body be donated to the University of Iowa, Department of Anatomy. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established for Great River Medical Center Hospice, Shakespeare Garden at Crapo Park or CRISP.
DELLA MAE (STUART) TURNER
Family visitation for Mrs. Della Mae (Stuart) Turner, 81, of Burlington who died on Thursday, April 22, 2005, at Genesis East Hospital, Davenport, Iowa, will be held in Prugh's Chapel on Tuesday, April 26, 2005, from 1:00 until 3:00 P.M. Friends may call after 8:00 A.M. on Monday. Della is survived by 5 grandchildren, Richard, Angela, Jamie, Danielle, Michelle, and eight great–grandchildren, Brennan, Aaron, Kyleigh, Katelyn, Bec, Mykah, Brandon and Kelsey. A memorial has been established for Mrs. Della Mae Stuart Turner.
CARL DeBOER
Funeral Services for Carl Bernhardt DeBoer, 90, of Burlington who died on Friday, April 22, 2005, at Great River Medical Center in West Burlington will be held at a time and place to be announced later. Prugh Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
Randall Dehner
Randall "Randy" L. Dehner, 53, of Thermopolis, Wyo., formerly of Burlington, died at 7 p.m. Saturday, April 23, 2005, at Riverton Hospital in Riverton, Wyo.
Born May 14, 1951, in Bur–lington, he was the son of Ralph A. and Darlene "Dolly" Mattson Dehner. On July 22, 1972, he married Mary E. Westfall in Burlington.
Mr. Dehner was a surgical nurse. After 17 years in the Air Force, he retired and moved to Wyoming, where he worked for five years at Hot Springs Memorial Hospital and then became a "traveling nurse" and established his own business.
He was a 1969 graduate of Burlington High School, attended Southeastern Community College and was a 1978 graduate of the University of Texas, where he received his bachelor of science in nursing. He was a Vietnam War Marine Corps veteran assigned to the 11th Motor Charlie Co. and an Air Force veteran. He was a member of the National Nash Car Club, attended Community Federated Church, served on the planning commission for the town of Thermopolis. He enjoyed restoring his 1930 Nash, camping, coin collecting and watching sports.
Survivors include his wife; one son, Ryan Dehner of Laramie; one daughter, Carrie of Laramie; his parents of Burlington; one brother, Keith Dehner of Burlington; one sister, Dayle Dieffenbach of Cedarburg, Wis.; nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.
Visitation will be two hours prior to the time of service Saturday at First Christian Church.
The funeral for Mr. Dehner will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at First Christian Church, with the Rev. David Nash officiating. Burial with military rites conducted by the Offutt Air Force Base Honor Guard will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery.
A memorial has been established for the Burlington High School track team.
Nathalie Hartman
Nathalie "Nat" Frances Hartman, 87, of Burlington died at 4:25 p.m. Friday, April 27, 2007 at the Great River Medical Center's Klein Center.
Funeral arrangements are pending at Hass–Thielen Funeral Home.
Michael Schrader
Michael "Mike" Scott Schrader, 45, of Burlington died at 3:20 a.m. Wednesday, May 9, 2007, at his home after a battle with cancer.
Born July 24, 1961, in Burlington, he was the son of Harry Glenn and Joyce Elaine Walker Schrader.
Mr. Schrader was a carpenter and farmer. He previously owned Short Stuff's in Kingston. He worked for Holsteen and Shipley Construction Cos., and Zaiser Fabrication. He was a heavy equipment operator for Fye Excavating. He worked on several large construction projects in the area including, Lock and Dam No. 18 spillway, the Methodist churches in Mediapolis and Sperry, and Burlington Public Library. He was a 1979 Mediapolis High School graduate and a Southeastern Community College graduate. He was a member of Kingston United Methodist Church. He enjoyed boating, bonfires by the river and working.
Survivors include his parents of rural Burlington; fiancée, Kris Taylor; one sister, Sheila Keltner of Wapello; one brother, Craig Schrader of Story City; nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 8 a.m. to noon today in Lunning Chapel. with family receiving friend from 4 to 8 p.m. at the First United Church of Mediapolis. Visitation will continue from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the church.
The funeral for Mr. Schrader will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in the First United Methodist Church, with the Revs. John Gaulke and Beth Briggs officiating. Burial will be in the North Walker Cemetery . A fellowhip luncheon will follow the burial at Shoquoquon Boat Club.
A memorial has been established for a special river project.

The funeral service for Mrs. Mary L. Titus, 77, who died Wednesday, June 16, 2004, will be Monday, June 21st, at 10:30 AM in Oak Street Baptist Church. The Rev. Jason Unzicker will officiate. Interment will be Tuesday, June 22nd, at 2:30 PM in IOOF Cemetery , Indianola. Friends may call after 9:00 AM on Sunday, June 20th, in Lunning Chapel, where the family will receive friends from 6:00 until 7:30 PM. The family will also receive friends on Tuesday, June 22nd, from noon to 2:00 PM at Peterson Funeral Home in Indianola. In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established for Oak Street Baptist Church, American Bible Society and VFW National Home.
Francene "Fran" A. Caryl
The memorial funeral service for Mrs. Francene "Fran" A. Caryl, 56, who died Wednesday, June 16, 2004, will be Saturday, June 19th, at 1:30 PM in West Hill United Methodist Church. The Rev. Bill Porter will officiate. Friends may call from noon until 8:00 PM today in Lunning Chapel. The family will not be present. In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established for Great River Hospice and PAW Animal Shelter of Fort Madison. According to Mrs. Caryl's wishes, her body has been cremated.

Judy D. Simmons, 65, of Burnside, Ill., died of natural causes at 12:19 p.m. Friday, June 18, 2004, at her home.
