Patrick Edward Lambert, 80, passed away on Wednesday, August 27, 2008 in Sandpoint, Idaho. Rosary will be said at 7:00 pm, Monday, September 1st at the Lakeview Funeral Home in Sandpoint. Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, September 2, 2008 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church with Father Dennis C. Day officiating. Burial will follow at the Evergreen Cemetery in Priest River, Idaho.
Patrick was born on October 4, 1927 in Spokane, WA to Ralph and Beatrice Lambert. He served his country in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. Patrick served a career with the United States Forest Service on the Kaniksu National Forest. He also ranched with his brother Ralph in the Nordman and Laclede areas. After Patrick’s brother and mother passed away he sold the ranch in 1984 and moved to Sandpoint.
He was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, and was an avid hunter and outdoorsman.
He is survived by his two sisters, Mrs. David (Mary) Wacker of Davenport, WA and Mrs. Erval (Lola) Rainey of Sandpoint, ID; numerous nieces and nephews. A special thanks to his niece Susan Bristol for her loving care to Patrick during his final years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his twin sister Patsy, and a brother Ralph.

Imogene E. Gee, 79, passed away on Wednesday, August 13, 2008, in Sandpoint, Idaho. Funeral Services will be held at 4:00 pm on Monday, August 18, 2008 at the Lakeview Funeral Home Chapel in Sandpoint. Viewing for friends and family will be held Monday from 1:00 pm until service time. Burial will take place in the Dillon, MT Cemetery.
Imogene was born on December 23, 1928 in Scotts Mills, OR to Louis and Edna Smith. When her mother remarried Ernest Garrison, Imogene changed her name to Garrison.
Imogene married Lyle Gee on December 21, 1948 in Tillamook, OR. They later moved to Port Orford, OR, where Lyle worked in the logging industry. In 1966 they moved to Livingston, MT, later settling in Dillon in 1974. Lyle passed away on August 3, 1983 in Dillon. Imogene worked at the Truck Inn Café from 1980 -1990.
In 2001 she moved to Sandpoint to be closer to her daughter and family. She enjoyed fishing, art, crocheting and knitting.
She is survived by her four sons, Ernest Gee of Whitehall, MT, James Gee of Butte, MT, Mark (Carrie Joe) Gee of Spokane, WA, and Mike Gee (Shannon) of Dillon, MT; daughter Lori Miller of Sandpoint, ID; four stepchildren: Pat, Gary, Mike and Diane Kelley; 15 grandchildren Mason, Aspen, Jenny, Holly, Tyler, Torey, Lindsey, Alicia , Matthew, Sean, Adam, Ashley, Mike, Kim, and Rickie; great granddaughter, Anna Marie; and brother Lauren Garrison of Arlington, WA
She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband Lyle.
Memorials may be made to Bonner Community Hospice, PO Box 1448, Sandpoint, ID 83864.

Delbert Ray Gardner, 79, passed away on Friday, August 22, 2008 at his home, surrounded by his family.
Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, August 30, 2008 at the United Methodist Church of Bonners Ferry.
Delbert was born in Colville, WA on March 1, 1929, the son of Arbery and Clara (Masterson) Gardner. He lived most of his adult life in Spangle, WA before moving to Bonners Ferry, Idaho in 2002
His hobbies included hunting, 4 wheeling and also loved his family.
Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Delores Gardner of Bonners Ferry, ID; sons, Jeffery (Ethelene) Gardner of Bremen, KY, and Bret Gardner of Spokane, WA; daughters, Linda (Ed) Hawley of Boise, ID, and Debra Gardner of Spokane, WA; brother, Leroy Gardner of Spokane, WA; seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Bonner Community Hospice at P.O. Box 1448, Sandpoint, ID 83864.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a son Dustan Ray, a sister Jean Bailey and a brother Guy Gardner.

John Brian Baker 56, of Long Beach CA passed away unexpectedly on Sunday August 24th, 2008 while visiting his family in Sagle ID. Memorial services will be held in California on John's birthday September 13th.
He was born in Long Beach, CA on September 13, 1951 to Donald C. Baker and Dollie J. Baker. He moved to Northern Idaho in 1960 and attended schools in Sandpoint, graduating SHS in 1969. John attended the University of Idaho before transferring to Long Beach University.
John married Vicki Busby on December 24, 1977 in Long Beach. The couple later had a son, Brian. John worked as a surveyor on large construction and development projects for over 30 years and was a member of Operating Engineers Local #12.
John was a wonderful caring father. There wasn't anything more important to him than his son Brian. He enjoyed playing volleyball, sports, fishing and reading. John was a kind, thoughtful honest person with an effervescent sense of humor who loved to laugh. He will be greatly missed and we will all miss him making us laugh.
He is survived by his father Donald (JoEllen) Baker of Sagle, ID; mother Dollie (Joe) Kocarnik, of Bullhead City, AZ; son Brian of Huntington Beach, CA; two sisters Sally Baker of Portland, OR and Christine (Gregory) Miller of Sagle, ID; two brothers Dan (Angie) Baker of Sandpoint, ID, and Jeffrey (Leony) Baker of Oldtown, IDand friend Stacy Hujing of Long Beach. He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Gary Ronald Papineau, 68, passed away on Saturday, April 5, 2008 in Sandpoint, Idaho.
Gary was born on July 17, 1939 in Moscow, Idaho to Felix and Thelma Papineau. He grew up and attended schools in Moscow. He served his country honorably from 1962 to 1965 in the United States Air Force.
Gary worked in the Moscow area as a type setter in the printing business. He moved to Sandpoint, Idaho in 1979 and worked for E.J.’s Auto Supply, Frontier Auto Parts and Napa Auto Parts.
He is survived by two brothers, Jim Papineau of Moscow, ID and Frank Papineau of Boise, ID; sister, Carol Pugh of Coeur d’Alene, ID; sister-in-law, Bettyann Papineau of Moscow, ID and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother Don.
At Gary’s request, there will be no service, his remains will be buried with his parents in the Moscow Cemetery.

Michael (Tony) Kramer, 47, passed away on Monday, April 7, 2008 in Sandpoint, Idaho.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:00 am, Saturday, April 12, 2008 at the First Christian Church in Sandpoint with Pastor Tony Nelson officiating.
Visitation will be held from 4pm – 6pm, Friday, April 11, 2008 at the Lakeview Funeral Home.
Mike was born on April 13, 1960 in Spokane, Wa, the son of Margaret and Donald Kramer. He grew up in Sandpoint and graduated from Sandpoint High School.
He worked in the Lumber Industry for 25 years; Pack River Lumber co., WI Forest Products, Louisiana Pacific, Riley Creek and JD Lumber Co. He later worked for Litehouse Dressing.
Mike was an avid snow skier, water skier and also enjoyed snowmobiling. He was well known for having long blonde hair and high lift pickups. He was a member of The First Christian Church and had a great love for God. His personality and compassion has touched the hearts and lives of so many people and he will truly be missed. He will live on with us in remembrance of the many good times we have shared with him.
Survivors include sons, Nick Douglas and Brandon Kramer; daughter, Amanda Kramer; brother, Brian (Cindy) Kramer; grandchild, Kyauna Douglas and two more grandchildren on the way. Seven nieces and nephews also survive.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Margaret and Don Kramer.

Raymond John Kedish, 82, passed away on Thursday, April 17, 2008 in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. His wife Peggy Kedish, 66, passed away on January 2, 2008 in Spokane, Washington. A service remembering this husband and wife will be held at 11:00 am, Wednesday, April 23, 2008 at the Lakeview Funeral Home in Sandpoint. Burial with full military honors will follow at Pinecrest Cemetery. A potluck gathering will follow at the Lakeview Funeral Home reception area. Viewing for friends and family will be held from 4-6pm Tuesday evening at the Lakeview Funeral Home.
Ray was born on June 21, 1925 in Port Townsend, WA to Jacob and Alice Kedish. He shared the same birthday as his six year old sister Ella. As a young boy he moved to the family’s homestead near Priest Lake. He attended the one room Lamb Creek School, and in the winter he would ski 5 miles one way to get to school. As a young man he worked for the CCC’s and as soon as he could joined the Army like his older brothers had. After serving in World War II he went to work on the Cabinet Gorge and Albani Falls Dams, and in the Colburn Mills.
Peggy Arlene Gotham was born May 28, 1941 in Spanaway, WA to Harry and Ethyl Gotham. She moved to the family homestead up Gold Creek. She attended local schools.
Ray and Peggy married on May 30, 1961 in Sandpoint. They made their home in Kirkland, WA where Ray worked as a union carpenter. Ray retired in 1989 and the couple moved back to Bonner County and settled in the Hidden Valley area.
Ray and Peggy loved the ocean, fishing, ceramics, and the Seattle Mariners.
They are survived by three children, Stewart (Margie) Kedish of Port Angeles, WA; Maureen (Josh) Dammarell of Sandpoint, ID and Greg (Michelle) Kedish of Maple Valley, WA; four grandchildren; Ray’s brother, Louis (Emma) Kedish of Sandpoint, ID; and sister Alice McCallister of Buhl, ID; Peggy’s three brothers, Harley (Cindy Lou) Gotham of Alaska, Mike Gotham of Athol, ID and Bob Carlson of Puyallup, WA; and one sister, Mabel (Frank) Schilling of Sandpoint, ID
They were preceded in death by their parents, and three siblings Jacob Kedish, Ella LaPrath, and Carolyn Gotham.
