ARTHUR – Edna G. Helmuth, 77, of Arthur died at 2:30 a.m. Sunday (April 11, 1999) at Provena Covenant Medical Center, Urbana.
Funeral services will be at 9 a.m. Tuesday at the Omer A. Miller home, 222 E. County Road 200N, rural Arthur. Bishop Omer A. Miller will officiate. Burial will be at Miller cemetery in rural Arthur.
Visitation will be any time before the funeral at the Miller home. Edwards Funeral Home, 221 E. Main St., Arcola, is in charge of arrangements.

OGDEN – Glenn M. Hiser, 91, of Ogden died at 8:05 a.m. Sunday (April 11, 1999) at home.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Freese Funeral Home, 302 E. Grand Ave., St. Joseph. The Rev. Kathy Krstolovich and the Rev. Guy Keysear will officiate. Burial will be in Mount Olive cemetery, Mayview.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

St. JOSEPH – Marian L. Knott, 74, of St. Joseph, formerly of Olive Branch, died at 11:11 p.m. Sunday (April 11, 1999) at the Champaign County Nursing Home, Urbana.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Freese Funeral Home, 302 E. Grand Ave., St. Joseph, with the Rev. Ken Fetters and the Rev. Verley Akers officiating. Burial will be in Patterson cemetery, St. Joseph.
Visitation will be from 12:30 to 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Sidney McGill Jr.
CHAMPAIGN – Funeral services for Sidney A. McGill Jr., 64, of Houston, formerly of Champaign, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Twin City Memorial Chapel, 1203 N. Market St., C. Elder Donnie Frith will officiate.
Burial will be in the Danville National cemetery.
Visitation will be for one hour before the services Tuesday at the funeral home.
Mr. McGill died Wednesday (April 7, 1999) at the Houston Veterans Affairs Medical Center.

MONTICELLO – A private entombment for Earl S. Perrine, 95, of Monticello, formerly of Champaign, will take place at Mount Hope Mausoleum in Champaign, with the Rev. Gary Bass officiating.

Mr. Perrine died at 5:45 p.m. Saturday (April 10, 1999) at Bement Health Care Center, Bement.
