URBANA – Funeral services for Marion "Sue" Denby Wetmore, 83, of 309 W. Elm St., U, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Episcopal Chapel of St. John the Divine, 1011 S. Wright St., C. The Rev. Timothy Hallett will officiate.
Inurnment will be in the columbarium at the church.
A prayer vigil will be at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the church. A reception will follow until 9 p.m. in the parish house, north of the church. Morgan Memorial Home, Savoy, is handling arrangements.
Mrs. Wetmore died at 11:45 a.m. Sunday (April 18, 1999) at home.
John William Babbs
CHARLESTON – John William "Bill" Babbs, 75, of Charleston, formerly of Tuscola, died at 9:15 p.m. Friday (April 16, 1999) at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center, between Mattoon and Charleston.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Tuscola cemetery. Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 705 S. Main St., Tuscola, is handling the arrangements.
There will be no visitation.
