Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at J.E. Foster Funeral Home, 701 Findley St., Toronto, Ohio. The Rev. Kevin Rinkes will officiate. Burial will be in Hammondsville cemetery, with military graveside rites performed by Toronto American Legion Post 86.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
