Anna M. Dvorchak of Lake Zurich
Prayers for Anna M. Dvorchak (nee Skarba), 80, will be said at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, at Ahlgrim and Sons Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Rd., Lake Zurich. Mass will follow at 10 a.m. at St. Francis de Sales Church, 11 S. Buesching Rd., Lake Zurich.
Born Dec. 20, 1918, in Czechoslovakia, she died Sunday, Feb. 21, 1999, at home.
Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.
A retired employee of the Jesuit House of Loyola University, she was a current parishioner of St. Francis de Sales Church. She was a former parishioner of St. Timothy Church in Chicago and a former active parishioner of St. Mary of the Lake Parish in Chicago for 23years from 1940 to 1963.
She was the wife of the late Joseph C.; loving mother `Mamitchka' of Richard (Karen), Jean(Jerry) Jagla, Robert (Cora) and Joseph (Cheryl); sister of Joseph, and the late Vincent, John, Rudolph and Mary; grandmother of 12; and great-grandmother of five.
Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. today, at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Northeastern Illinois, 410 S. Hager Ave., Barrington, IL 60010.

James Quinn Etherton, 57, of Winfield, died Sunday, Feb. 21, 1999. Arrangements were made by Brust Funeral Home, Carol Stream, (630) 510-0044.

Florence M. Foster formerly of Arlington Heights
A memorial gathering for Florence M. Foster (nee Brasel), 78, of Wauwatosa, Wis., will be held between 4:30 and 6 p.m. Friday, at Raasch-Raetz Funeral Home, 7709 W. Burleigh St., Milwaukee, Wis. All are welcome.
Mrs. Foster passed away Saturday, Feb. 20, 1999, in Wauwatosa.
Florence worked for the Arlington Heights Public School System in the Library for many years.
She was the beloved wife of the late George Foster; loving mother of Karen (Keith) Vail, David (Denise) Foster and Steven (Linda) Foster; and loving grandmother of Angela Foster, David Foster and Bryan (Chris) Vail She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Memorials to UNICEF are appreciated.

Edward W. Gruenewald of West Chicago
Services for Edward W. Gruenewald, 79, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, at NorrisWalen Funeral Home, 132 Fremont St., West Chicago.
Born Oct. 25, 1919, in Chicago, he passed away Sunday, Feb. 21, 1999, at his home. Burial will be in Glen Oak Cemetery, West Chicago.
Mr. Gruenewald had been a resident of West Chicago since 1927 and had retired from Diamond International Printing Company in 1981. An Army veteran, he had served 44 months in the South Pacific during World War II and was a member of Leon Richardt VFW Post 6791 in West Chicago.
Survivors include his brothers, Philip (Mary) Gruenewald of Elgin and Robert (Leona) Gruenewald of Iowa; nieces, Holly Welch of Golf, Ill., and Deborah Tebo of Saunemin, Ill.; two greatnephews; one great-niece; and one great-great-nephew.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ammiel and Emily Gruenewald, and infant brother.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home.

Thomas Joseph Holzkampf of Bartlett
Prayers for Thomas Joseph Holzkampf, 10, will be said at 9:15 a.m. Wednesday, at Countryside Funeral Home, 950 South Bartlett Rd. (at Stearns Rd.), Bartlett. Mass will follow at 10 a.m. at St. Isidore Church.
Born March 7, 1988, in Park Ridge, he died Sunday, Feb. 21, 1999, at home. Entombment will be in Queen of Heaven Mausoleum.
Thomas was a big Blackhawks fan.
He was the son of Jeff and the late Gina Marie; brother of Joanna; grandson of Mary (late Thomas Martin) Holzkampf of Bartlett, Joanne Brucato Greco of Bartlett and Frank (Trish) Greco of Bolingbrook; nephew of Marty (Dave) Banks of Bartlett, Kathy Spires of Hanover Park, Mary Smith of Chicago, Peter (Sandy) Greco of Hickory Hills and Joseph (Maryanne) Greco of Des Plaines; andgreat-grandson of Antoinette and the late Joseph Brucato.
Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. today, at the funeral home.

Dennis F. Howland of Arlington Heights

Born June 30, 1943, in Chicago, he died Sunday, Feb. 21, 1999, at Northwest Community Healthcare.
Survivors include his wife, Janice Howland (nee Battaglia); children, Michael, Kelly, Tammy and Stacy Howland; father, James Howland; brother, James Howland; and sisters, Janice (George) Stephens and Mary Lu (Roy) Brown.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Lucille Howland.

Felicia Lenee Jones of Bloomingdale

She was the loving daughter of Robyn Scurek and Henry Jones; dear sister of Austin, Zachary and Sean; fond grandchild of Daniel (Josephine) Scurek and Harry (Marilyn) Jones; dear great-grandchild of Sadie Mazurek; and very dear friend of many.

Sadie (Corzine) Kempf of Waukegan
Funeral services for Sadie (Corzine) Kempf, 90, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, at Salata Gurnee Funeral Home, 4190 Old Grand Ave., Gurnee.

Born Nov. 24, 1908, in Anna, Ill., she died Saturday, Feb. 20, 1999, at Victory Memorial Hospital. Interment will be in North Shore Garden of Memories.
She retired in 1959 from Fansteel, and dairy farming in Richland Center, Wis.
Survivors include her son, Cecil `Al' Corzine; grandchildren, Linda (John) Corr, Rita (Harold) Wilkinson, Harold (Sherry) Leatherman, John Leatherman, Bruce (Carolyn) Corzine, Mark (Cindy) Corzine, Joyce (Mike) Wade and Steven (Billie Jean) Willis; many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Nina (Howard) Davidson of Anna and Buelah (Rufus) Lingle of Dongola, Ill.; brother, Watten Heilman of Jonesboro, Ill.; and son-in-law, Harrison `Gene' Willis.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Francis E. Corzine and Ernest Kempf; and daughters, Lulabelle Corzine and Katherine Willis.

Anthony Scott MacHarg of Palatine
A funeral Mass for Anthony Scott MacHarg, 23, will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 4640 N. Ashland Ave., Chicago.
Mr. MacHarg passed away suddenly on Friday, Feb. 19, 1999. Interment will be in All Saints Cemetery.
Tony was a store manager at Bed, Bath and Beyond.
Hewas the beloved husband of Melanie (nee Ketterhagen); loving father of Anthony Jr., Kyle and Kerri; cherished son of Robert and Dorothy MacHarg of Chicago; dear brother of Daniel (Roxie) MacHarg of Waukegan, Nicole and Robert of Chicago; fond grandson of Mary MacHarg of Chicago; and in-laws, Art and Kim Ketterhagen of Palatine.

August `Augie' Maron of Hoffman Estates
Private services will be held for August `Augie' Maron, 67, formerly of Hanover Park and Des Plaines.
Born July 31, 1931, Mr. Maron passed away Wednesday, Feb. 17, 1999.
A veteran of the Korean War, he was a member of the American Legion.
He was the beloved husband of the late Geraldine `Gerry'; ex-husband of Mary; loving father of Judi (Joe) Krokoskie; Michael (Tami) Maron, Robert (Renee) Maron,Misty (Lee) Goguen and Milissa Maron; fond grandfather of Christi, Cody, Kali, Samantha Rae, Donny, Justin, Sabastian, Gage and Jasmine; and dear brother of Helen Marttila and Carl Cifka.

Janette Marie Miller of Elgin
Services for Janette Marie Miller, 45, will be held at 7 p.m. today, atFirst Baptist Church of Elgin, 1735 Highland Ave., Elgin.
Born July 29, 1953, in Chicago, to Edward and Lauretta (nee Gonya) Walz Sr., she died Sunday, Feb. 21, 1999, at Rosewood Care Center, Elgin. Burial will be in Prairie Cemetery, St. Charles.
Jan was raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and moved with her family to Omaha, Neb., and finally to Freeport.
She was a 1971 graduate of Freeport High School, attended Highland Community College, and graduated from Lincoln Barber School in Rockford. A member of First Baptist Church of Elgin since 1983, Janette taught women's Sunday school classes and was the overseer of the `Angel Ministry. ' She had cared for the elderly in their homes since 1983. Throughout her journey with cancer, Jan continued to have a close walk with Jesus.
She is survived by her loving husband of 12 years, Timothy Miller; her 8-year old daughter, Megan; her father, Edward Walz Sr. of Hartington, Neb.; her brother, Edward (Debra) Walz Jr. of Rockford; and nephews, Aaron and Ben Walz.
In addition to her grandparents, she was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Lauretta T. Walz.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until the time of services at 7 p.m. today, at the church.
Contributions in Janette's memory may be made to the church.
Arrangements were made by Norris Funeral Home, St. Charles.
