Iris Margaret Cosgrove
A memorial service for Iris Margaret Cosgrove, 70, most recently of Hot Springs Village, Ark., will be held Monday, at St. Thomas of Villanova Church in Palatine. Services in Hot Springs Village wereheld at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Hot Springs Village. The Rev. Raymond Rossi will officiate.
BornApril 13, 1928, in Cincinnati, Ohio, she died Thursday, Feb. 18, 1999, in Hot Springs Village. Burial was in Cedar Vale Cemetery, Hot Springs Village.
Mrs. Cosgrove was a member of the Village Card Club, the Hot Springs Village Women's Club, the Sacred Heart Women's Guild and was a former vice president of the St. Thomas of Villanova Women's Club.
Survivors include her husband, Thomas Cosgrove of Hot Springs Village; sons, Kevin (Constance) Cosgrove of Glen Ellyn, Michael Cosgrove of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., John (Vicki) Cosgrove of Castro Valley, Calif., Stephen (Laura) Cosgrove of Wheaton and Patrick (Pam) Cosgrove of Newport News, Va.; sister, Joan (James) McHugh of Rockford; and seven grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Bertha C. Dammrich of Arlington Heights
Services for Bertha C. Dammrich, 91, formerly of Indianapolis, Ind., will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, at Hendryx Mortuary of Cumberland Chapel, Cumberland, Ind.
Mrs. Dammrich died Friday, Feb. 26, 1999, at the Lutheran Home in Arlington Heights. Entombment will be in Washington Park East Cemetery.
A resident of the Lutheran Home for 3 years, she was a former co-owner of Walls and Dammrich Dental Laboratories in Indianapolis. She was a member of St. John United Church of Christ for 60 years.
Survivors include her daughters, Betty Fowler and Mary Ebbeler; two granddaughters; four grandsons; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis G. Dammrich.
Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. today, at the funeral chapel.

Dorothy Durrenberger of Elgin
Services for Dorothy Durrenberger, 89, will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, at St. John's Lutheran Church, Elgin.
Born Jan. 30, 1910, in Watertown, S. D., the daughter of Edward and Sophia Grage Kent, she died Friday, Feb. 26, 1999, at home. Burial will be private.
She worked for the Elgin Watch Factory and School District U-46.
Survivors include her children, Vivian Durrenberger of Elgin, Candy (Ken) Fowler of Michigan, Bill (Lorraine) Durrenberger of New York and Paul Durrenberger of Elgin; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and brother, Edward (Kay) Kent of New Hampshire.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, William `Kai' in 1978.
Please omit flowers.
Memorials may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church of Elgin.

Lucille M. Eaker of Libertyville
Memorial services for Lucille M. Eaker, 78, will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, at St. Lawrence Episcopal Church, 125 W. Church St., Libertyville. The Rev. Jedediah D. Holdorph II will officiate.
Born Sept. 1, 1920, in Chicago, she passed away Tuesday, Feb. 23, 1999, at her home.
A former resident of Eugene, Ore., and Mundelein, Mrs. Eaker had lived in Libertyville since 1988. She was a member of St. Lawrence Episcopal Church in Libertyville and a former employee of Marshall Field's at Hawthorn Center in Vernon Hills.
Surviving are her children, Virginia St. Claire and James Burke, both of Libertyville; grandchildren, Marc (Heidi) Lee and Matthew Lee, both of Indianapolis, Ind., and Anna Burke and Kristin Burke, both of Libertyville; sister, Ruth Sweeney of Eugene; and brother, Albert (Mary Alice) MacNaul of New Brunsfield, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, James Burke, in 1980; second husband, John Patrick Eaker, in 1988; and sister, Madge Lee.
Contributions in Mrs. Eaker's memory may be made to a charity of donor's choice.

Eric J. Elias of Des Plaines
Services for Eric J. Elias, 29, will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, at Oehler Funeral Home, 555 Lee St., Des Plaines.
Born May 26, 1969, in Chicago, he died Thursday, Feb. 25, 1999, athome. Burial will be in All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines.
A lifelong resident of Des Plaines, Mr. Elias was employed as a systems analyst at Sears in Hoffman Estates for eight years.
Surviving are his mother, Ann E. (Paul) Gehrke of Des Plaines; father, David L. (Cathy) Elias of Mount Prospect; brother, Jason (Jennifer) Elias of Lombard; stepbrothers and stepsisters, Paulette and Joseph Gehrke, Kathryn Merkelz, and Valerie and Jennifer O'Donnell; and uncle, Richard (Susan) Elias of Moline.
Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. today, at the funeral home.

Bodo Gustav Gebauer of Algonquin
A funeral service for Bodo Gustav Gebauer, 70, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, Algonquin.
Born July 7, 1928, in Leipzig, Germany, he died Saturday, Feb. 27, 1999, at home. Private burial will be in Algonquin Cemetery.
Mr. Gebauer was employed as a chemistwith GTE in Northlake and Genoa for 28 years. He was a a World War II veteran, educated at the University of Zurich and completed post graduate studies at Northwestern University in Evanston. He graduated after 10 years of attendance from the Thomasschule zu Leipzig where he was a member of the prestigious St. Thomas Boys Choir in Leipzig, Germany. For his contributions to science and electronic progress, he received four patent awards. He was also a member of the Elgin Turners.
Survivors include his wife, Irene Keeley; children, Glen of Elkhart, Texas and Wendy (Roger) Quinlan of Algonquin; sister, Rosemarie (Helmut) Ehrhardt of Leipzig, Germany; grandchildren, Christopher, Kyleand Caleb Gebauer, and Riley, Ryne and Keeley Quinlan; and nieces and nephews, Petra (Andreas) Vollmar, Ute Pleschke and Frank Ehrhardt.
Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, at Wait Ross Allanson Funeral Chapel, Algonquin, and from 10 a.m. until the time of services Wednesday, at the church.

Constance `Connie' Harsa of Naperville since 1970
Prayers for Constance `Connie' Harsa, 60, will be held at 9:30 a.m. Monday, at Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home, 44 S. Mill St., Naperville, followed by a 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 1450 Green Trails Dr., Naperville.
Born Jan. 1, 1939, in Cleveland, Ohio, she died Thursday, Feb. 25, 1999, at her home. Interment will be in Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Naperville.
Mrs. Harsa worked in the customer relations department of United Healthcare.
She was a member of St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church and was an avid `Soccer Grandma. ' She is survived by her husband, Joe Harsa of Naperville; daughters, Jean (David) Chocola of Naperville and Michelle Harsa of Carpentersville; son, Joe Harsa Jr. (wife, Dallas) of Naperville; grandchildren, Joey and Adam Chocola; sister, Nancy Cordes of Cleveland, Ohio; and brothers, Harold and James Winkler of Cleveland.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Ann Winkler.
Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. today, at the funeral home.

Leslie G. `Les' Hodge of Batavia
Funeral services for Leslie G. `Les' Hodge, 74, will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, at Bethany Lutheran Church, Batavia, where he will lie in state from 10 a.m. until the time ofservice. The Rev. Philip D. Lund will officiate.
Born Dec. 31, 1924, in Waltonville, Ill., to Guy and Ethel May Hodge, he passed away Friday, Feb. 26, 1999, at Delnor-Community Hospital, Geneva.
Interment will be in River Hills Memorial Park, Batavia.
Les had served in the Air Force during World War II in the South Pacific.
He was a volunteer firefighter with the Batavia Fire Department for 16 years, retiring as a lieutenant in 1970. For many years he covered Batavia High School sports and other local sporting events as a sportswriter for the Batavia Herald and the Kane County Chronicle.
In 1989 he was elected into the Illinois Basketball Coaches Hall of Fame in recognition for his writing and devotion to high school athletics. He was also a member of Bethany Lutheran Church in Batavia.
He is survived by his four children, Janis (Jeff) Graffagna of LaFox, Gerald (Lisa) Hodge of Elburn, Gregg (Nancy) Hodgeof Batavia and Sandra (Bob) Wagner of Lemont; 11 grandchildren, Erin, Mallory, Christopher, Jaclyn, Kelsey, Ben, Steven, Kevin, Jay, Samantha and Douglas; sister, Myrtle Petrosky of St. Charles; brother, Ronald (Theresa) Hodge ofAngola, Ind.; many nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Steve Marshall.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Melba V. Hodge (nee Jensen), whom he married June 25, 1947, in St. Charles, and who preceded him in 1997; an infant son, Guy Leslie Hodge; and brother, Robert S. Hodge.
Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Monday, at Yurs-Peterson Funeral Home, 209 S. Batavia Ave., Batavia.

Ruth Cornelia Huxtable of Des Plaines
Services for Ruth Cornelia Huxtable, 71, a resident of Des Plaines for 10 years, will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, at Christ Church, 1429 Henry, Des Plaines.
Born June 4, 1927, in Chicago, Mrs. Huxtable died Friday, Feb. 26, 1999, at Evanston Hospital. Burial will be private.
She was the loving mother of Robert (Ellen) Huxtable of Batavia, Richard (Anne) Huxtable of Shawnee, Kan., David (Laura) Huxtable of Crystal Lake and Shirley (Gary) Haselow of Norcross, Ga.; cherished grandmother of Nathan, Eric, Amy, Adam and Kyle; and dear sister of the late Donald (Elaine) Kirchhoff of Arlington Heights.
A memorial visitation will be held from 3 to 9 p.m. Monday, at Oehler Funeral Home, 555 Lee St., Des Plaines.

Robert A. Lukasek of Palatine
Services for Robert A. Lukasek, 42, will begin with prayers at 9:45 a.m. Monday, at Ahlgrim & Sons Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Highway, Palatine, and continue with Mass at 10:30 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, 2515 Palatine Road, Inverness.
Born Oct. 18, 1956, in Chicago, he died Thursday, Feb. 25, 1999, at Northwest Community Hospital, Arlington Heights.
Burial will be in Rosehill Cemetery, Chicago.
Mr. Lukasek had been employed as a pharmacist for CareMark Pharmacy in Lincolnshire.
He was the beloved son of Estelle A. Lukasek of Evergreen Park and the late Dr. Alfred Lukasek, M. D.; dear brother of Loretta (Kurt) Wandreyof St. Charles and Linda (Floyd) Heller of Deer Park; and caring uncle of Lindsay, Jason and Stacy.
Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. today, at the funeral home.
