HARRISBURG - Louise Stone, 86, died Saturday, Aug. 4, 2001, at Harrisburg Medical Center.
Surviving are two sons, Danny Cornaghie and Randy Stone, both of Harrisburg; five grandchildren, Todd and Clint Cornaghie and Sy, Shaye and Shawna Cowsert; and six great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 3 p.m today in Sunset Lawn cemetery.

Henry Sechrest
LAWRENCEVILLE - Henry A. Sechrest, 87, died Friday, Aug. 3, 2001, at United Methodist Village.
He retired from Texaco Oil Refinery.
He was a member of the Illinois National Guard during World War II.
He was a member of Island Free Methodist Church.
Surviving are two sons, Arthur Sechrest of Bloomington and Dean Sechrest of Bridgeport; a brother, Merton Sechrest of Lawrenceville; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Sue (Cessna) Sechrest.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Cunningham Funeral Home Bridgeport Chapel, with burial in Petty cemetery.

Biddie Robinson
McLEANSBORO - Biddie (Russell) Robinson, 90, died Thursday, Aug. 2, 2001, at Columbia Convalescent Center in Columbia.
She worked as an instructor at the McLeansboro Dress Factory.
She was a member of First Baptist Church.
Surviving are a son, John Robinson of Oakville, Mo.; a grandson, Charles Robinson; and a great-granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles F. 'Cutt' Robinson, in 1994.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Harre Funeral Home McLeansboro Chapel, with burial in Odd Fellows cemetery.

Mary Louise Davis
GOLCONDA - Mary Louise Davis, 90, formerly of Golconda, died Friday, Aug. 3, 2001, at Memorial Hospital of Carbondale.
She was a graduate of Southern Illinois Normal College.
She was a retired teacher, having taught in Golconda public schools.
She was a member of Golconda Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are a daughter, Mary Alice Moss of Carbondale; and two grandsons, Greg and Eric Moss.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Davis, in 1990.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Aly Funeral Home in Golconda, with burial in Odd Fellows cemetery.

Helen Cochran
LAWRENCEVILLE - Helen G. (Wilson) Cochran, 95, formerly of Lawrenceville, died Thursday, Aug. 2, 2001, at her home in Mesa, Ariz.
She was a member of First United Methodist Church.
Surviving are a daughter, Mary Jean Davis of Mesa; two sons, Benny Cochran of Lawrenceville and Howard Cochran of Salem, N.C.; nine grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lyle Cochran, in 1980.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Smith Funeral Home, with burial in Lawrenceville City cemetery.

Virgil Chaffin Jr.
ELDORADO - Virgil Truman Chaffin Jr., 81, died Tuesday, July 31, 2001, at The Willow of Eldorado.
He worked for Ashland Gas Station as an auto mechanic for 25 years, and was a World War II Army veteran.
Surviving are three brothers, George of Carmi, John Emil of Denver and Charles of Chicago Heights; and nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Watson Funeral Home, with burial in Wolf Creek cemetery, with military rites. Friends may call from 11 a.m. to service time.
Gary Holt
ELDORADO - Gary N. Holt, 54, died Monday, July 30, 2001, at his home of complications of cancer.
He was a truck driver, a veteran and attended Miracle Temple Church.
Surviving are his wife, Emma Lee (Melton); a daughter, DeeAnna Hodges of Owensboro, Ky.; three sons, Robert and Norman, both of Owensboro, and Brian of Cincinnati; two stepsons, Conrad McCloskey of Payton, Colo., and Kelly Melton of Jackson, Mo.; his father, Maurice Wayne Holt of Dummer, N.H.; a sister, Sherry Main of Dummer; three brothers, Wayne and Brian, both of Dummer, and Carl of Milan, N.H.; four grandchildren; and a stepgrandchild. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Dorothy (Everly), in 1997 and a stepson, Gene Hooten, in 1997.
Memorial services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the First General Baptist Church in Owensboro, Ky. The body will be cremated. Watson Funeral Home is handling arrangements.

Larry Goodwin
GRAYVILLE - Larry L. Goodwin, 60, died Sunday, July 29, 2001, at his home of heart failure.
He had been a truck driver for Emro Propane Co. and was a singer and songwriter with the Mountain Rain Band.
He was a member and vice president of the Wabash Valley Auto Club.
Surviving are his wife of 41 years, Shirley (Kozlowski); a daughter, Debbie Bunting of Bone Gap; a son, Larry D. 'Butch' of Bone Gap; a sister, Phyllis Rhodes of Grayville; a brother, Ed Goodwin of Grayville; and five grandchildren, Clinton Moore, Leland, Anna and Kendrick Bunting and Whitney Goodwin.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Sturm Funeral Home Grayville Chapel, with burial in Oak Grove cemetery, with military rites.

MOUNT CARMEL - Audrey Marie (Belcher) Luker, 82, of Ola, Ark., formerly of Mount Carmel, died Friday, July 27, 2001, at Chambers Memorial Hospital in Danville, Ark.
Surviving are her husband of 45 years, William 'Bill'; two sons, Glen of Mount Carmel and Scott of Seattle; two sisters, Olive Webber and Juanita Madden, both of Mount Carmel; five grandchildren, Timothy W., Michael and Patrick Luker and Stacey and Mason Moore; and a great-grandson.
