Prayers for Patricia B. Dill (nee Cavanaugh), 65, will be said at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, at Grove Memorial Chapel, 1199 S. Arlington Heights Rd. (three blocks south of Biesterfield Rd.), Elk Grove Village. Mass will follow at 10 a.m. at St. Julian Eymard Church.
Born in Chicago, she died Monday, March 8, 1999. Interment will be in St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery.
A retired 20-year employee of Elk Grove School District 214, she was the wife of the late Conrad D.; mother of Michael (Beth), Timothy (Jami), Kathleen(Jim) Edgecombe, Colleen (Terry) Gloss, Julie (Glen) Hansen and Margaret (Brad) Lentz; sister of William (Marian) Cavanaugh, James (Ruth) Cavanaugh and Ellen (Larry) Bartels; na-na of Patty, Dan, Michael, Ryan, Jacqueline, Matthew, Wilden, Shannon, Adam, Rebecca, Sean, Conlin and Kasey; and aunt and greataunt of many.
Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. today, at the funeral chapel.

Rose Dussias of Palatine
Prayers for Rose Dussias, 85, will be said at 9:30 a.m. Friday, at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 185 E. Northwest Hwy., Palatine. Mass will follow at 10 a.m. at St. Theresa Church.
Born Feb. 2, 1914, in Chicago, she died Tuesday, March 9, 1999, at Alexian Brothers Medical Center. Burial will be in All Saints Mausoleum, Des Plaines.
Survivors include her husband, Nicholas; sons, Steve (Meg) and Mario; daughters, Georgene (Robert) Smithson and Carol Babikan; brothers, Charles (Dolores) Abruzzini, Albert (Virginia) Abruzzini and the late Edward Abruzzini; sister, Eleanor (Harry) Jurek; grandchildren, Bill LaSchiava, Nikki Abbott, Laura and William Babikan, Steve Babikan, Jason Dussias and Jennifer Dussias; and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Thursday, at the funeral home.

Gerald J. Fink of St. Charles
Funeral services for Gerlad J. Fink, 73, will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, at St. Mark's Lutheran Church, 101 S. 6th Ave., St. Charles, with the Rev. Timothy Silber officiating.
Born Sept. 11, 1925, in Chicago, he died Tuesday, March 9, 1999, at his home.
Mr. Fink, an Army Air Force veteran, was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church in St. Charles. He was employed by Amoco Research Center for more than 40 years, starting at Amoco Oil Refinery in Whiting, Ind., and transferring in 1970 to the Research Center in Naperville, until his retirement.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Anna; daughters, Murial Fink of St. Charles, Judy (Gregg) Hitchcock of Cuming, Ga., Laura (Dr. Ken) Mihavics of Elmhurst, Amy Fink of Yakima, Wash. and Dr. Lisa Finkof Indianapolis, Ind.; sisters, Florence Martin of Tinley Park and Dolores Gusky of Fontana, Calif.; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, at Yurs Funeral Home, 405 E. Main St., St. Charles.

George Henry Harper formerly of Prospect Heights
A funeral Mass for George Henry Harper, 71, formerly of Chicago, will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, at Our Lady of the Hope Church, Rosemont.
Born Sept. 4, 1927, in Valley Junction, Iowa, he died Thursday, March 4, 1999.
Burial will be in All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines.
A retired electrician, he was a member of the Third Order of St. Francis and St. Elizabeth.
Survivors include his wife, Colette (nee Frymark); daughters, Catherine Harper of Chicago, Mary (David) Witt of Des Plaines and Patricia (Al) Blake of Mauldin, S. C.; brothers, Lawrence (Diane) and Dennis (Joan); sisters, Carol Nalepa and Roxie (Doug) Birkner; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. today, at Oehler Funeral Home,555 Lee St., Des Plaines.

Sheila Campbell James of Lake Forest
Memorial services for Sheila Campbell James, 52, will be held at11 a.m. Saturday, at First Presbyterian Church of Lake Forest, 700 N. Sheridan Rd., Lake Forest.
Mrs. James died of cancer, Friday, March 5, 1999, at home.
She is survived by her husband, Ken; daughters, Amanda and Lacey; mother, Elvire O. Green; sister, Theresa Morse; brother, Donald Campbell; and many nieces and nephews.

Robert Scott Jarosz, 16, of Carol Stream, died Saturday, March 6, 1999. Arrangements were made by Brust Funeral Home, Carol Stream, (630) 510-0044.

Robert King of Antioch
A memorial service for Robert King, 73, will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, at the United Methodist Church, 848 Main St., Antioch.
Mr. King passed away Sunday, Feb. 21, 1999, at Condell Medical Center in Libertyville. Interment will be private.
He leaves his wife, Marese `Terry' King.

Harry J. Kohl of Arlington Heights
Prayers for Harry J. Kohl, 80, will be said at 9:30 a.m. Friday, at Lauterburg and Oehler Funeral Home, 2000 E. Northwest Hwy., Arlington Heights. Mass will follow at 10 a.m. at St. James Church, 841 N. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights.
Born June 14, 1918, in Chicago, he died Tuesday, March 9, 1999, at Northwest Community Healthcare in Arlington Heights. Interment will be in All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines.
A retired butcher, he was a World War II Army veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Alice June; daughters, Elaine C. Stickles of Hanover Park and Sharon A. (late Harry) Davis of Arlington Heights; sister, Lois (Joe) Glab of Camarillo, Calif.; grandchildren, Brenda Ryefield of Palatine, Tracy Ryefield of Hanover Park, Bobbie (Mark) Mitchell of Covington, Ga., Nikki (Mike) Warm of Easley, S. C., Dana (George) Jarnutowski of Bartlett, Susan (Michael Lipp) Stickles of Easley and Tina (Sal) Ingraffia of Lake In The Hills; great-grandchildren, Katrina, Amanda, Ryan, Jordyn, Sabrina, Corey, Kyle, Mikey, Danielle and Kenna; seven nephews; three nieces; and ex sonin-law, Max Ryfield.
He was preceded in death by his sisters, Elaine Meyers and Helen Everett.
Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Thursday, at the funeral home.

Mary Lanas of Schaumburg for 14 years
Funeral services for Mary Lanas (nee Palmisano), 89, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, at St. Matthew Church.
Born in Chicago, she died Tuesday, March 9, 1999, at Alexian Brothers Medical Center. Interment will be in Mount Carmel Cemetery, Hillside.
Mrs. Lanas had retired after 12 years with the corporate office of Walgreens Drugs. She was a member of the Schaumburg Senior Club and the Walgreens Alumni Club.
She was the wife of the late Ignatius `Tony', who passed away in 1986; daughters, Mary Jean Lanas, Lorraine D. (Jerome) Kuffel and the late Dolores J. Fogel; sister of Pearl (Al) Glaude, Ann Lauten, Antoinette (Joseph) Abbate, and the late Christine Satarino and August Palmisano; grandmother of Debbie (fiance, Eric) Kuffel, Julie (Curtis) Acs, Dan Kuffel, Ron (Terri) Fogel, Diane (Vince) English, Robert (Robin) Fogel, Jennifer (Tom) Skym, Donna Pozdro and Thomas Pozdro; great-grandmother of nine; and mother-in-law of Ronald E. (Phyllis) Fogel.
Visitation will be from3 to 9 p.m. Thursday, at Grove Memorial Chapel, 1199 S. Arlington Heights Road (three blocks south of Biesterfield Road), Elk Grove Village.

Born Oct. 30, 1917, in Chicago, she died Tuesday, March 9, 1999, at ManorCare of Elk Grove Village. Burial will be in Maryhill Cemetery.
A homemaker, she was the wife of the late Joseph John Latala Sr.; mother of Geri Artner, Beverly (Raymond) Cianciola, Judith (Thomas) Hebda, Joseph Jr. (Susan) Latala, Linda Karberg, Thomas (Donna) Latala and Robert Latala; sister of Stanley (Angie) Kosla and the late Victoria (late Joseph) Ozark, Estelle (late Joseph) Smolen and Francis (late Walter) Szostek; grandmother of Laurie, Darlene, Brian, Kevin, Derek, Martin, Jennifer, Joseph III, Danielle, Britney, Eric and Valerie; and great-grandmother of Melanie, Michael, Jackie, Gina, Jennifer, Patrick and Matthew.
Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. today and Thursday, at Oehler Funeral Home, 555 Lee St., Des Plaines.

Mildred `Jean' Lee formerly of Carpentersville
Graveside services for Mildred `Jean' Lee, 75, of Glendale, Ariz., will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, at Dundee Township Cemetery East, East Dundee.
Born April 11, 1923, in Chicago, the daughter of Harold and Midge Sullivan McDonough, she died Monday, March 8, 1999, in Arizona.
She had been a resident of Carpentersville for more than 15 years and had been a resident of Glendale for the past 19 years. She was employed by Avon Cosmetics prior to her retirement.
Survivors include her son, Michael (Chona) Lee of Glendale, Ariz.; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and son-in-law, Frank Krammer.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Wilson Lee in 1976; and her daughter, Nancy Krammer.
Visitation will be held in the Laird Funeral Home, 120 S. Third St., West Dundee.

Thomas David Lemak of Naperville
A funeral service for Nicholas Morrissey Lemak, age 7, Emily Grace Lemak, age 6, and Thomas David Lemak, age 3, will be held at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 26 N. Ellsworth Ave., Naperville. Interment will be in Naperville Cemetery.
Nicholas was born on June 12, 1991, in Aurora, Emily was born on Dec. 24, 1992, in Aurora and Thomas was born on May 5, 1995, in Hinsdale They all died Friday, March 5, 1999, at their home.
Nicholas was in the second grade at Ellsworth Elementary School. He was also involved in the Indian Guides program at the YMCA.
Emily was a morning kindergarten student at Ellsworth Elementary School. She was also a member of the Naperville Gymnastics Club.
Thomas was active in the preschool YMCA and park district programs.
They are survived by their father, Dr. David Lemak of Naperville and mother, Marilyn Lemak of Naperville; paternal great-grandmother, Ruth V. Keller of Des Plaines; paternal grandparents, Albert L. and Mary F. (nee Keller) Lemak of Wheaton; maternal grandparents, William and Carol Morrissey of Orland Park; uncles, Mark (Peggy) Lemak of Sunnyvale, Calif., and William (Patricia) Morrissey Jr. of Fort Worth, Texas; and aunts, Diane (John) Hansa of Bolingbrook, Patty (Jim) Sheedy of Bensonville, Kathy (Larry) Swenson of Orland Park and Patty (Mike) Hoge of Tinley Park.
Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. today, at Beidelman-Kunsch Funeral Home, 117 W. Van Buren, Naperville.
