Patricia A. Jackels of Elgin
Services for Patricia A. Jackels, 67, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jubilee Christian Center, 667 Luda St., Elgin.
Rev. Jimmie Roach will officiate.
Born May 4, 1931, in Cicero, the daughter of James P. and Anne M. (nee Novy) Butler, she died Saturday, April 24, 1999, at home. Burial will be in Bluff City Cemetery.
She had been employed as an executive secretary and was a member of Jubilee Christian Center.
Survivors include her longtime companion, David Jackels; sons, Daniel Jackson of Elgin, Samuel Jackson of Arizona and John (Jeanne) Jackson of Elgin; daughters, Kathleen (Daniel) Vallo of New Mexico, Ranee (Jimmie) Roach of Michigan and Jennifer Jackson of Rockford; brother, David Butler of Lombard; and 14 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, John Roger Jackson; and sister, Jacqueline Olsen.
Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. today, at Wait Ross Allanson Funeral Chapel, 51 Center St., Elgin.

Kay Ann Knight of Arlington Heights
Memorial services for Kay Ann Knight, 60, will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, at Our Saviour's Lutheran Church, 1234 N.
Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights.
Born June 2, 1938, in Chicago, she died Friday, April 23, 1999, at her home.
A member of the P. E. O. Sisterhood, she was the beloved wife of David H. Knight; loving mother of Craig (Janice) Knight, Susan Knight and Cheryl (Tim) Gretz; cherished grandmother of Kyle Matthew Gretz; and beloved daughter of Alice and the late Frank Standfest.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to donor's favorite charity would be appreciated.

Walter O. Kufeldt of Streamwood
Services for Walter O. Kufeldt, 86, of Streamwood, formerly of Franklin Park, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, at Sax-Tiedemann Funeral Home, 9568 Belmont Ave., Franklin Park.
He passed away Sunday, April 25, 1999, at the Lexington Health Care of Streamwood. Cremation will follow the services.
Mr. Kufeldt had retired after 45 years of service with the Chicago Park District.
Among his special interests, he was a member of the Mount Prospect Moose Lodge.
He was the beloved husband of the late Florence Kufeldt; loving father of Barbara Birkenheier; fond grandfather of Richard White and Linda (Bob) Winfrey; dear great-grandfatherof Sarah, Bobby, Kerri, Rachel and Tyler; and dear brother of Harold, Charles, Gwendolyn, Glen and Richard.
Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. today, at the funeral home.

Mary N. Laris of Bloomingdale
Services for Mary N. Laris (nee Nicolopulos), 85 (`39'), will begin at 10 a.m. Wednesday, at Salerno's Rosedale Chapels, 450 W. Lake St. (3/4 mile west of Bloomingdale/Roselle Road), Roselle, and continue at 11 a.m. at Assumption Greek Orthodox Church. Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery, River Grove.
Mrs. Laris was the past district governor of the 13th District Daughters of Penelope and the past worthy matron of the Eastern Star. She was also very active in many other clubs and organizations.
She was the belovedwife of the late Nicholas D. Laris; loving mother of Peter (Barbara), Cynthia and James (Ramona) Laris; dear sister of Margie, Zach (Helen) and the late Nick; proud grandmother of James (Sara), Maria, Deanna, Jamie and Vanessa (Dan); great-grandmother of Carla and Cody; dearest aunt to many nieces and nephews; and respected friend to many.
Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. today, at the funeral chapel.

Charlene H. Lennen of St. Charles
An interment ceremony for Charlene H. Lennen, 84, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, at Camp Butler Cemetery in Springfield.
Born July 23, 1914, in Hendricks, W. Va., to Charles W. and Gladys (nee McNeely) Harvey, she died Friday, April 23, 1999, at Sherman Hospital, Elgin.
Mrs. Lennen was a socialworker for the Department of Public Aid in Decatur from 1950 to 1978. She and her late husband, Vincent, were one of the founding families of the Woodland Chapel Presbyterian Church in Decatur. Charlene was also a founding memberof the Boys Club of Decatur.
Surviving are her daughters, Joan (Robert) Green of St. Louis, Mo., and Cynthia (Carl) Utley of St. Charles; grandchildren, Graham Lennen Green, Matthew Jason Green, Jerry (Lourdes) Gandy, Elizabeth Gandy and Jennifer (David) Morris; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Vincent Lennen, in 1971, and one sister.
Contributions in Mrs. Lennen's memory may be made to the Boys and Girls Club of Decatur, 859 N. Jasper, Decatur, IL 62521, or to a charity of donor's choice.
Arrangements were made by Norris Funeral Home, St. Charles.

Helen P. Muscarello of Barrington
Prayers for Helen P. Muscarello (nee Glowac), 89, will be said at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, at Stirlen-Pieper & Davenport Funeral Home, 149 W. Main St. (Lake-Cook Road), Barrington. Funeral Mass will follow at 10 a.m., at St. Anne Catholic Church, 120 N. Ela St., Barrington.
Born Dec. 16, 1909, in Jamestown, N. D., she passed away Saturday, April 24, 1999, at Good Shepherd Hospital in Barrington.
Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Barrington.
A member of St. Anne Catholic Church, Mrs. Muscarello was very active in the community, volunteering at the Catchpenny since it opened. She was a member of the St. Anne Church Ladies' Auxiliary and made altar cloths for the church. She was also a member of the Barrington V. F. W. Post 7706 Ladies' Auxiliary. She enjoyed spending time with her family and going to church, and her hobbies included antiques. She was alwaysthere to lend a helping hand to anyone who needed it.
Survivors include her children, Jacqueline (Edward) Wesolowski of Barrington, Bradley Sauder Muscarello of Barrington and Catherine (Philip) Landriault of West Chicago; brother, Frank (Helene) Glowac of Street, Mass.; her grandchildren, Mark Wesolowski, Melissa Sauder, Philip Landriault III and Michelle JoElen Landriault; two great-grandsons, Mark and John Wesolowski; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph L. Muscarello, who was the chief of police in Barrington for many years, and whom she married June 9, 1947, in Barrington.
Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today, at the funeral home.

John `Azzy' Petrusky of Waukegan
A Mass of Christian Burial for John `Azzy' Petrusky, 85, formerly ofNorth Chicago, will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, at St. Patrick Church (new church), Wadsworth.
Born Sept. 14, 1913, in Waukegan, he died Sunday, April 25, 1999, at at Terrace Nursing Center in Waukegan. Interment will be in Ascension Cemetery, Libertyville.
A longtime resident of the area, he owned and operated Azzy's 66 Service Station atthe corners of 10th and Jackson Sts. in Waukegan for 50 years. He was a former member of Mother of God Church. He participated in the semi-pro baseball league, was an avid fisherman and loved all animals, especially `ponies'.
Survivors include his wife of 61 years, Emily Elizabeth (nee Svete); children, Mary Frances `Missy' Daniels of Pleasant Prairie, Wis., Robert `Rob' (Georgene) Petrusky of Pleasant Prairie, Allan (Marcia) Petrusky of Waukegan and Thomas (Leigh Ann) Petrusky of Pleasant Prairie; 11 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and sister, Millie Ogrin of Waukegan.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Joan, on April 26, 1954; brothers, Charles and Joseph Petruska, and John and Albert `Mickey' Zaugra; and sisters, Bernice Pickel and Nelle Wightman.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, at Salata Gurnee Funeral Home, 4190 Old Grand Ave., Gurnee.

Nancee L. Reckwerdt of Wauconda
A memorial service for Nancee L. Reckwerdt (nee Hironimus), 59, will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, at Windridge Memorial Park, 7014 S. Rawson Bridge Rd., Cary.
Born Dec. 10, 1939, in Wauconda, she died suddenly Saturday, April 24, 1999, at home. Inurnment will be in Windridge Memorial Park.
A lifelong Wauconda resident, she was a member of Transfiguration Church and Women of the Moose of Wauconda Chapter #1520, since 1995. She was a longtime member and volunteer of the auxiliary of Good Shepherd Hospital.
She was the wife of the late Roy P.; mother of Kathleen (George) Upton, Kimberly Carpenter, Lisa (Daniel) Schmidt, Lora (Peter III) Snelten and Lynda Bliss; daughter of Ethel and Clarence Hironimus; sister of Kenneth (Janice) Hironimus, Jo Ann (Mitchell) Bienkowski, Cheryl (Gary) Thompson and the late Norman; and grandmother of Nicole, Robert, Ryan, Kiersten, Luke, Adam, Jacob, Rachel, Ben, Cody and PJ.
A memorial visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, at Kisselburg Wauconda Funeral Home, 235 N. Main St., Wauconda.

Carole Ann Rooney of Bloomingdale
Services for Carole Ann Rooney, 61, will be held at 7:30 p.m. today, at Norris Funeral Home, 100 S. Third St., St. Charles.
Born Sept. 17, 1937, in Chicago, the daughter of August and Helen (nee Belzer) Kramer, she died Monday, April 26, 1999, at Glen Oaks Hospital in Glendale Heights. Burial will be in Garfield Cemetery, St. Charles.
She had been employed for many years in the Jewel Bake Shop, most recently at the Bartlett store.
Mrs. Rooney is survived by her children, Kathleen A. (Glenn) Kudla of Frankfort, Cheryle (Daniel) Hurtado of Oak Park and James F. (Carrie) Rooney of Hinckley; grandchildren, Michelle, Alicia, Erin, John and Kelly; brother, Robert (Georgia) Kramer of Hoffman Estates; and sisters, June (Gene) Graham of Peoria, Helen (Raymond) Woodfill of Hoffman Estates and Donna (Paul) Rhodes of Melbourne, Fla.
In addition to her parents, Carole was preceded in death by her husband, James Michael Rooney in 1990; and brother, James Kramer.
Visitation willbe from 1 p.m. until the time of the services today, at the funeral home.

James Scott of Mount Prospect
A Requiem Mass for Mr. James Scott, 82, will be held at 7:30 p.m. today, at St. John Episcopal Church, 200 N. Main St., Mount Prospect.
Born Nov. 25, 1916, in Belfast, Ireland, he died Friday, April 23, 1999.
A member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario, Canada, he is survived by his wife, Pauline (nee Groves); daughters, Rhonda Scott (Duane Voitel) and Patricia (Andy) Earle; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and dear friend, Fred Moore.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. John Episcopal Church, are appreciated.

Wilbert William Seilkopf of Elgin
Services and burial for Wilbert William Seilkopf, 82, will be private.
Born Aug. 5, 1916, in Elgin, the son of Lewis and Adelia Stephen Seilkopf, he passed away Monday, April 26, 1999, at Alderwood Health Care Center in South Elgin.
He served in the Army for five years and worked for the City of Elgin.
Survivors include his daughters, Nan Jean Kay and JoAnne Gwen Schram, both of Elgin; granddaughter, Rian Arin Schmidt of Arlington Heights; and sister, Margaret Betz of Elgin.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and wife, Mary Jane Hack Seilkopf in 1991.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, at Stout-Madison Funeral Home, 252 S. State St., Elgin.
