Margaret F. Byrne
Services and interment for Margaret F. Byrne (nee Wolfram), 91, of Vero Beach, Fla., formerly of Oak Park, will be private.
Mrs. Byrne died Sunday, May 9, 1999, in Vero Beach.
She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph; loving mother of John G. of Milwaukee, Wis., William M. `Mick' (Sue) of Elk Grove Village, Roger J. (Sam) Byrne of Chicago and Sheila (Paul) Grange of Vero Beach; devoted grandmother of Kevin, Marty and Michael Byrne, and Patrick Grange; and fond aunt of many.

Frances J. Card of Lindenhurst
Services for Frances J. Card, 53, formerly of Wildwood, will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, at Marsh Funeral Home of Lindenhurst, 1840 E. Grand, Lindenhurst.
Born Aug. 4, 1945, in Chicago, she died Saturday, May 15, 1999, at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Burial will be in Warren Cemetery, Gurnee.
Frances had been employed as a cashier at Dominick's Foods in Vernon Hills for the past 23 years and was a member of the Retail Clerks Union Local 1501.
She was an avid cook and reader.
Survivors include her daughter, Michelle (Dennis) Mustell of Round Lake Beach; grandchildren, Casandra, Antonio, Amanda and Matthew; mother, Lena Lopresto of Lindenhurst; sisters, Annie Vowell of Noxapater, Miss., and Grace Rubel of Mundelein; brother, Vic (Karen Graham) Lopresto of Crystal Lake; four nieces; one great-niece; and one greatnephew.
She was preceded in death by herfather, Santo Lopresto, in 1980; and her sister, Grace, in infancy.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today, at the funeral home.
Memorials to the family would be appreciated.

Dominic P. Cerceo, 75, of Homosassa, Fla., died Saturday, May 15, 1999. Arrangements were made by Humes Funeral Home, Addison, (630) 628-8808.

Jeannette J. Clifford of Sleepy Hollow
Family and friends of Jeannette J. Clifford, 63, will meet forfuneral Mass at 10 a.m. Wednesday, at St. Catherine of Siena Church in West Dundee. The Rev. Louis Tosto will officiate.
Born April 15, 1936, in Chicago, she died Sunday, May 16, 1999, at Provena St. Joseph Hospital, Elgin. Burialwill be private.
Mrs. Clifford had been a resident of the Dundee area for six years and was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church of West Dundee. She had been employed by American Overhead Garage Door Company of Schaumburg. Among her special interests, she was a member of the Melodeers Chorus of the Sweet Adelines International.
Surviving are her parents, Fredrick R. and Helen J. (nee Vacelious) Shank of Joliet; daughters, Wendy (Steve) O'Neill of Sleepy Hollow and Karen (Mark) Mowinski of Bartlett; sons, Wayne (Maggie) Gilpin of Chicago, Ken (Sarah) Clifford of California and Jim Clifford of Addison; and two grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Lorilei (William) Kerschbaum of Joliet.
Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. today, at Miller Funeral Home, 504 W. Main St., West Dundee, and from 9 a.m. until the time of Mass at 10 a.m. Wednesday, at the church.

Marilyn Coates of Cary
Memorial services for Marilyn Coates (nee Beam), 61, formerly of Barrington, will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, at Windridge Funeral Home, Ltd., 104 High Road, Cary. Rev. David M. Longstreet of Long Grove Community Church, will officiate.
Born Dec. 14, 1937, she died Saturday, May 15, 1999, at Good Shepherd Hospital in Barrington. Inurnment will be held at Windridge Memorial Park at a later date.
A homemaker, Mrs. Coates had been a resident of Cary for the past two years.
She had earned a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Michigan in 1959 and a master of fine arts degree from Case-Western Reserve in Cleveland, Ohio, in 1963.
She was the beloved wife of James P. Coates of Cary; and loving mother of Stephen A. (Kari) Coates of Denver, Colo., and James Andrew (Sandra) Coates of Cary.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the time of services at 10 a.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home.
Memorial donations made to the AntiCruelty Society, 157 W. Grand Ave., Chicago, IL 60610, would be appreciated.

Corinne A. Davis of Arlington Heights
Prayers for Corinne A. Davis (nee Dusablon), 60, will be held at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, at Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road (four blocks south of Palatine Road), Arlington Heights, followed by a 10 a.m. Mass at St. Edna Catholic Church, 2525 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights.
Born March 30, 1939, in Chicago, she died Sunday, May 16, 1999, at her home.
Entombment will be in All Saints Cemetery Mausoleum.
Survivors include her husband of 34 years, James R. `Dick' Davis; her daughters, Susan L. (Craig) Kunz of Palatine and Stacy A. Davis of Chicago; son, Steven W. Davis of Arlington Heights; grandson, Jackson S. Kunz; father, Augustin M. Dusablon; brothers, James (Adie) and Joseph Dusablon; mother-in-law, Janet Matson; and brother-in-law, Robert W. Davis.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Rose (nee Alonzo).
Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p. m today, at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the American Autoimmune Related Diseases Association, Inc., 15475 Gratiot Ave., Detroit, MI 48205.

Loretta F. Donnelly (nee Collins), 95, of Lisle, died Friday, May 14, 1999. Arrangements were made by Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, Lisle, (630) 964-9392.

Orva M. Field of Round Lake Park
Services for Orva M. Field, 77, will be held at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, at Strang Funeral Chapel and Crematorium, Ltd., 410 E. Belvidere Rd., Grayslake. Rev. Lisle Kauffman of Calvary Presbyterian Church in Round Lake, will officiate.
Born in Arcadia, Mich., she passed away Monday, May 17, 1999, at Pebblebrook Nursing Home in Lake Bluff.
Interment will be private.
A resident of Round Lake since 1965, she was a former member of the Round Lake Park and Antioch Seniors. She proudly served her country in the Army during World War II as a practical nurse.
Survivors include her son, Kenneth Field; sister, Vera Covert; nieces, Deira Covert, Carol Skow and Ellen (Don) Riemann; and many great-nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters.
Friends and family may visit from 6 p.m. until the time of the services Wednesday, at the funeral chapel.

Emma L. Gomoll of Burlington
Funeral services for Emma L. Gomoll, 89, of Burlington, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Hampshire, with the Rev. James Hughes officiating.
Born June 6, 1909, in Genoa Township, the eldest child of August and Ida (nee Boeger) Becker, she died Sunday, May 16, 1999, at Provena St. Joseph Hospital, Elgin. Burial will be in Burlington Union Cemetery.
Emma married Paul E. Gomoll Sr. on Dec. 22, 1934, in Chicago, where they resided for 34 years. They were Burlington area residents since 1968.
Emma was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Hampshire. After moving to Burlington, she began rug weaving and made over 4200 rugs in her 29-year labor of love.
Surviving are her sons, Paul (Margarete) Gomoll Jr. of Elgin and Charles (Carole) Gomoll of Hampshire; grandchildren, John (Jennifer) Gomoll of Elgin, Justin Gomoll of Hampshire, Tracy Gomoll of South Elgin and Michele (Mark) Engel of Chicago; great-grandchildren, Jessica, Sarah and Evangeline; brother, Henry (Violet) Becker of Genoa; and sisters, Isabelle Dillillo of Melrose Park and Louise Stoll of Chicago.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Paul Gomoll on Jan. 9, 1989; and brothers, Albert, Richard, Elmer and Lawrence Becker.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today, at Fredrick Funeral Home, 284 Park St., Hampshire, and at the church prior to services.
Memorials may be directed to Trinity Lutheran Church of Hampshire.

Elizabeth M. Gont of Barrington
Funeral services for Elizabeth M. Gont (nee Lentine), 86, will begin at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, at Ahlgrim and Sons Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich, followed by a10 a.m. Mass at St. Francis de Sales Church, 11 S. Buesching Rd., Lake Zurich.
Born March 7, 1913, in Chicago, she died Saturday, May 15, 1999, in Barrington. Interment will be in Ascension Cemetery, Libertyville.
She was the beloved wife of the late Michael; mother of Mary Kay (Jim) Glogovsky; grandmother of Margie (Tom) O'Neill of Algonquin, Karan (Scott) Miller of Carpentersville, Jamie (Fred) Hoeft of Lake Zurich and Nancy Glogovsky of Chicago; great-grandmother of Kathy and Nancy O'Neill, Jordan and Nicholas Miller, and Jim Hoeft; sister of Antonette (Edward) Gamberale of Zion and Blanche Lupino of Wisconsin; sister-in-law of Anna Lentine of Gurnee and Paul Zupec of Waukegan;and aunt of many nieces and nephews. She also has left a host of loving friends at Governor's Park.
She was preceded in death by her husband; her brothers, Dominick and John; and her sister, Josephine.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today, at the funeral home.

Jean McClean Griffin formerly of Glenview
A graveside service for Jean McClean Griffin, 85, will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, at Memorial Park Cemetery, Skokie.
Born May 23, 1913, in Chicago, she passed away Saturday, May 15, 1999, at the Winchester House in Libertyville.
Mrs. Griffin was a 1931 graduate of Senn High School. From 1949 to 1977, she and her husband raised their family in Glenview where she was active in the Glenview Community Church and the Infant Welfare Society, and was a member of the Lions Club and the American Legion auxiliaries, the Glenview Historical Society and various bridge groups. They retired in 1977 to Las Cruses, N. M., where she lived until returning to the Chicago area in 1998.
Surviving are her son, Dr. David R. (Gladys) Griffin, and grandchildren, Marie and Margaret Griffin, all of Libertyville.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Maj. Stanley H. Griffin, USAF, Ret., who was a process engineer at Kraft Foods for 29 years and who passed away Aug. 24, 1981; and her brother, William J. McClean.
Contributions in her memory may be made to the Salvation Army.
Arrangements were made by Burnett Dane Funeral Home, Libertyville.

Elizabeth Hart of Des Plaines
Services for Elizabeth Hart (nee Pilles), 90, formerly of Fox Lake, will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, at G. L. Hills Funeral Home, 745 Graceland Ave., Des Plaines.
Born April 1, 1909, in Bartan, Hungary, she died Sunday, May 16, 1999, in Des Plaines. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
A 36-year Des Plaines resident, she was the beloved wife of Howard Hart; loving mother of Howard J. (Peggy) Hart, Patricia (Raymond) Hutson and the late Margaret (James) Barnes and Mary C. (Clarence) Paul; cherished grandmother of four; and great-grandmother of five.
Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. today, at the funeral home.

Virginia M. Henn, 82, of Friendship Village in Schaumburg, died Saturday, May 15, 1999. Arrangements are being made by Ahlgrim & Sons Funeral Home, Schaumburg, (847) 882-5580.
