Dolores A. Bonanata of Algonquin
Prayers for Dolores A. Bonanata, 74, will be said at 9:30 a.m. Monday, at Willow Funeral Home, 1415 W. Algonquin Road, Algonquin, followed by a 10 a.m. Mass at St. Margaret Mary Church.
Born March 15, 1925, in Chicago, she died Friday, May 21, 1999, at Sherman Hospital, Elgin. Entombment will be in All Saints Cemetery Mausoleum.
Mrs. Bonanata worked as a bookkeeper for Westlake Printing.
She is survived by her husband, Aldo Bonanata; children, Gary (Laverne) Kmiec, Mark (Wendy) Kmiec, Glen (Paula) Kmiec, Michael (Joyce) Bonanata and Laura (Roland) Kielich; mother, Irene Stankiewicz; brother, Al Stankiewicz; sister, Geri Parejko;six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. today, at the funeral home.

Robert Thomas Burns 8-year resident of Buffalo Grove
Prayers for Robert Thomas Burns, 69, will be said at 9:30 a.m. Monday, at Grove Memorial Chapel, 195 N. Buffalo Grove Road, Buffalo Grove, followed by 10 a.m. Mass at St. Mary Church, Buffalo Grove.
Born in Chicago, Mr. Burns died Thursday, May 20, 1999, at Northwest Community Healthcare. Interment will be in Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Va.
Mr. Burns was a 21-year veteran of the Navy, having attained the rank of Lt. j. g.
He served in the Korean War and two tours of duty in the Vietname War. He had worked for the Department of Defense as an analyst, and had been employed for 5 years by Vance Publishing Company in Lincolnshire. He was a member of the Naval Fleet Reserve Association, Branch #53. Mr. Burns enjoyed reading the newspaper, especially the obituaries, committments and birth announcements.
He also loved all types of music, from bagpipes to Gregorian chants.
He was the husband of 16 years of Ginger (nee Zulkey); father of Tim and Patrick Gosy and Mary L. (Bill) Richards; brother of Willard (Millie) Burns, Mary Catherine Mulligan, and the late James and Russell Burns, Rosemary Crews and Betty Ann Ebervein; grandfather of Will and Ann Richards; and uncleof many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. today, at the funeral chapel.
Please omit flowers; memorial contributions made to Kays Animal Shelter of Arlington Heights, or the USO, would be appreciated.

Ret. Master Sgt. Robert L. Godwin of San Antonio, Texas
Funeral services for retired Master Sgt. Robert L. Godwin, USAF, a former longtime resident of the Libertyville - Mundelein area, will be held at 2p.m. Monday, at BurnettDane Funeral Home, 120 W. Park Ave. (Route 176), Libertyville.
Born Aug. 28, 1943, in Kenosha, Wis., he passed away Tuesday, May 18, 1999, at Wilford Hall, Lackland Air Force Base, Texas. Intermentwill follow the services in Lakeside Cemetery, Libertyville.
Bob was a 1961 graduate of Libertyville High School and a 26-year veteran of the Air Force.
Surviving are his children, Robert (Sharon) Godwin of Mattoon, Cheri (Richard) Gilbert of Williamstown, Ky., Spec. Charles (Shawna) Godwin of Fort Campbell, Ky. and Jennifer Godwin of Wichita, Kan.; former wife, Linda Godwin of Wichita; brother, William (Doris) Godwin of Mundelein; sister, Judith (Stanton) Kerr of La Mesa, Calif.; and five grandchildren, Maryellyn, Robyn, Nicholas, Miranda and Brian Peter.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Mona Godwin.
Friends of the family may call one hour prior to the services Monday, at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in his memory.

Ralph A. Komorowski of Mount Prospect
Prayers for Ralph A. Komorowski, 85, will be said at 9:30a.m. Tuesday, at Friedrichs Funeral Home, 320 W. Central Rd. at Northwest Hwy., Mount Prospect. Mass will follow at 10 a.m. at St. Emily Church, Mount Prospect.
Born Jan. 5, 1914, in Toledo, Ohio, he died Friday, May 21, 1999. Interment will be in St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Palatine.
Retired from the Railroad Retirement Board, Mr. Komorowski volunteered for the Mount Prospect Senior Center helping the senior citizens prepare their taxes. He was a longtime member of St. Emily Church.
He was the husband of the late Lillian Komorowski; father of Judy (Richard) Blutt, James Komorowski, Carol Luchsinger and Richard (Brigitte) Komorowski; grandfather of Dr. Sarah Blutt (Chris Magnus), Patrick Luchsinger, Ruth (Mitch) Franczyk, Paul Blutt, Joy Luchsinger, Amy Komorowski and ThomasKomorowski; and brother of Clarence (Loretta) Komorowski, Virginia (Donald) Hauri and Angela (Stanley) Krasa.
Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Monday, at the funeral home.

Florence Maher
Private funeral services will be held for Florence Maher (nee Nelson).
She was the beloved wife of the late Allison Maher; dear mother of Jay (Susan) Maher and the late Richard Maher; devoted grandmother of Christopher, Ryan and Patrick Maher; and fond sister of the late Marvin (late Helen) Nelson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Hospice of Northeastern Illinois, 410 S. Hager, Barrington, IL 60010, would be appreciated.
Arrangements were made by Lloyd Mandel Levayah Funerals, Skokie.

Kenneth Del Re of Mount Prospect
Private funeral services will be held for Kenneth Del Re, age 80. A memorial service will be held at a later date at Harvest Bible Chapel, 800 Rohlwing Rd., Rolling Meadows.
Born Sept. 19, 1918, in Chicago, Mr. Del Re died Friday, May 21, 1999, at home after a long illness.
He was a retired dairy worker for Bowman Dairy and a former security guard for General Binding Corporation of Northbrook. He was a member of Local Union #754 in Elmhurst, Elks Lodge 1526 in Des Plaines, and St. Ems Gems.
Survivors include his wife, Delores (nee Duetsch); sons, Ken (Jessica) Del Re, Gary (Sandra) Del Re and Philip (Susan) Del Re; grandchildren, Gary (Lucie) Del Re, David Del Re, Angelica (Donald) Cusic, Amy Del Re, David Del Re, Jonathan Del Re, Sarah Del Re and Joseph Del Re; and great-grandchildren, Marina and Joshua Cusic.
Memorials may be made to Rush Hospice Partners, 1035 Madison St., Oak Park, IL 60302.

Page A. Watson of Arlington Heights
Funeral Mass for Page A. Watson, 73, will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday, at St. Thomas of Villanova Church, 1152 E. Anderson Dr. (Williams and Anderson), Palatine.
Born Sept. 6, 1925, in Ocean City, N. J., he died Thursday, May 20, 1999. Interment will be private.
Mr. Watson was an active member and past president of the Pickwick Golf Glub (NAS Glenview Golf Club). He was a retired colonel in the Army Reserves. Mr. Watson had also served as director and coach in the Glenview Pee Wee Football program for many years. He will be deeply missed by his family, his many friends, and especially his golf buddies.
He is survived by his close friend and former wife, Patricia J. Watson and his children, of whom he was very proud, William Watson of Chicago, Christopher Watson of Rolling Meadows, Lorel P. (Dan) McDonald of Palatine and Lisa Watson of Pasadena, Calif. He was the devoted grandfather of Meghan and Kyle McDonald; brother of Loretta Lease of Bradenton, Fla.; two nieces; and nine nephews.
He was preceded in death by son, Page A. Watson III.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today, at Ahlgrim and Sons Funeral Home, Ltd., 201 N. Northwest Hwy., Palatine.

William L. Anderson of Arlington Heights
Services for William L. Anderson, 61, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, at Presbyterian Church of Palatine, 800 E. Palatine Rd.
Born March 22, 1938, he died Thursday, May 20, 1999, in Mesa, Ariz. Burial will be in Ridgewood Cemetery.
Mr. Anderson was a self-employed general contractor for the Edwin Anderson Construction Company.
Survivors include his wife, Janet (nee Lawson); children, Scott, Deborah(Mark) Matula, Kimberle (Brian) Thompson and Karen (Joseph) Dahm; brother, Neil (Gayle) Anderson; six grandchildren; and aunt, Dama Hunter.
Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, at Drake and Son Funeral Home, 625 Busse Hwy., Park Ridge.
Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes. Association or the American Heart Association.

Eugene L. Anderson formerly of Elgin
Private graveside services for Eugene L. Anderson, 84, most recently of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., will be held at 11 a.m. today, at Starks Family Cemetery, Starks Station, Ill.
Born Aug. 26, 1914 in Chicago, the son of Victor and Florence Anderson, he passed away Friday, May 14, 1999, in Fort Lauderdale.
Mr. Anderson was employed by Eby Brown in Elgin before retiring.
He is survived by his two daughters, Judy (Jeffrey) Cooke of Fort Lauderdale and Rose (Gregory) Wendt of Madison, Wis.; grandson, Geoffrey (Kimberly) Wendtand two great-grandsons, Trevor and Davis Wendt, all of Sterling, Va.; four brothers, Kenneth Anderson of Burnham, Ill., Victor Anderson of Carpentersville, Clifford Anderson and Donald Anderson, both of Elgin; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Kittie Belle Anderson in 1982; and a sister, Vernette.
Arrangements were made by Laird Funeral Home, Elgin.

James William Anderson of Carpentersville
Funeral services for James William Anderson, 71, willbe held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, at Miller Funeral Home, 504 W. Main St., West Dundee.
Born in Peoria, Feb. 22, 1928, the son of James and Emily Neal Anderson, he died Saturday, May 22, 1999. Burial will be in Dundee Township East Cemetery, East Dundee.
Mr. Anderson worked in the field of commercial art. He was an Army veteran and a life member of the American Legion.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Irene Seitz Anderson, they married Jan. 3, 1953; son, Eric J. (Cindy) Anderson of East Dundee; daughter, Inge Etherton of Broken Arrow, Okla., Karen (Heinz) Schneider of Germany and Krista (Erhardt) Poppe of Germany; 15 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; sister, Elsie Lorraine (Glenn) Matthews of Mechanicsburg, Ill.; and brother, Thomas Nortcliffe Neal of Peoria.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his son, Willie Dotterer, in 1995.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today, and from10 a.m. until the time of services Wednesday, at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church, East Dundee.

John H. Banbury of Elgin
Services for John H. Banbury, 75, will begin with prayers at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, O'Connor & Homeier Funeral Home, 364 Division St., Elgin, and continue with Mass at 10 a.m., at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Elgin. The Rev. Michael Morrissey will officiate.
Born Oct. 16, 1923, to Benjamin and Agnes (nee Cram) Banbury, he died Sunday, May 23, 1999, at Provena St. Joseph Hospital, Elgin. Burial will be in Lakewood Memorial Park.
Mr. Banbury was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. A graduate of Marmion military Academy in Aurora, he had retired after 30 years of service as a meat department manager for A & P in Arlington Heights. An Army veteran of World War II, he had served in Italy with the 34th Infantry Division and received two Battle Stars and the Combat Infantry Badge. For many years he had been a very dedicated manager of American Legion Post 57 of Elgin where he was also a Gold Card Member and a past president.
He was also a member of VFW Post 1307, the Moose, the Elks, the Owls and the Riverside Club, and past president of the United Civics Club, all of Elgin.
Surviving are his son, Jack (Sheri) Banbury of Elgin; daughters, Bonnie J. (Jack) Sterk, Susan J. (Brian) Jones and Lori (Dave) Ledford, all of Elgin; grandsons, Kenneth (Chastity) Jedson, Michael J. Banbury, Gordon S. Lowery and Brant L. Jones, all of Elgin; granddaughters, Kristen S. (Deron) Mellinger of Elgin, Dawn L. (Michael) Ponsolle of Wisconsin, Erin L. (Daniel) St. Onge of Florida, Heather M. Bayer of Elgin, Pvt. Shannon L. Sterk, USMC, Katherine M. Lisiecki of Elgin and Brianna E. Jones of Elgin; and 11 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother, Francis B. Banbury of Wisconsin; aunt, Florence B. Banbury of Montgomery, Ill.; and special friend, Edward Bimmerle of Elgin.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Loretta J. Banbury, in 1981; and daughter, Sandra J. Lowery, in 1991.
Visitation will be from 2 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to American Legion Post 57, 820 N. Liberty St., Elgin, IL 60120.
