Stanley F. Blake
Prayers for Stanley F. Blake will be said at 9:45 a.m. Wednesday, at Ahlgrim and Sons Funeral Home, 330 W. Golf Rd., Schaumburg. Mass will follow at 10:30 a.m. at St. Matthew Catholic Church, 1001 E. Schaumburg Rd., Schaumburg.
Mr. Blake died Sunday, May 23, 1999, in Schaumburg. Burial will be in St. Adalbert Cemetery, Niles.
A veteran of World War II, Mr. Blake was a member of VFW Post #3579, St.
Constance Holy Name Society, Young at Hearts and PNA, past grand knight of Tonti Council #1567 Knights of Columbus and former unit commissioner of the Chicago Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
Survivors include his wife, Bernardine (Suwalski) (nee Weiland); children, Jeffrey (Nancy), Michael (Kathleen), James (Marsha) Blake and Linda (Richard) Silverman; stepchildren, Michael (Jane) and Charles Suwalski, Nancy (Charles) Czaplewski and Mary Donna Suwalski; brother, Anthony (Therese) Blaszczyk; sister, Gertrude (Raymond) Maszka; 13 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Pauline and Anthony Blaszczyk.
Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. today, at the funeral home.

Lydia M. `Lee' Capasso of Hanover Park
Prayers for Lydia M. `Lee' Capasso (nee DePasquale) will be said at 11 a.m. Thursday, at Salerno's Rosedale Chapels, 450 W. Lake St. (3/4 mile west of Bloomingdale/Roselle Rd.), Roselle.
Mass will follow at noon at St. Peter Damien Church, Bartlett. Interment will be in Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
She was the beloved wife of the late James Capasso; devoted mother of James (Sharon), Albert (Sharon), Anthony (Beverly) and the late Jeffrey Capasso; loving companion of Chester Noga; dear sister of Roma Ponticelli, and the late John and Raymond (Jenny) DePasquale; fond grandmother of 10; and great-grandmother of many.
Visitationwill be from 3 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, at the funeral chapel.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the St. Jude Society, are appreciated.

Victoria P. Ciciore of Streamwood
Services for Victoria P. Ciciore (nee Mrozinski), 72, will begin with prayers at 8:30 a.m. Friday, at Ahlgrim & Sons Funeral Home, 485 S. Bartlett Road, Streamwood, and continue with Mass at 9:30 a.m., at St. John the Evangelist Church, Streamwood.
Born Sept. 28, 1926, in Chicago, she died Monday, May 24, 1999, at St. Alexius Medical Center, Hoffman Estates. Burial will be in St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Palatine.
Mrs. Ciciore had been a resident of Streamwood for 11 years and was formerly of Lansing, Ill. She was a member of TOPS and the YMCA Jazzercise swim classes.
She was the beloved husband of Edwin Ciciore; loving mother of Lester (Maureen) and Russell Ciciore; dear grandmother of Philip and Steven; sister of Lorraine (the late Michael) Roma, Walter (Clara) Mrozinski, Genevieve (Walter) Strezlecki and the late Frances (Bruno) Lesniewski; and loving aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 2 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, 208 S. LaSalle St., Suite 900, Chicago, IL 60604-1197.

Patricia Ellen Downs
A memorial service for Patricia Ellen Downs, 66, of Dixon, Ill., will be held at 7 p.m. Saturday, at the First United Methodist Church, Dixon. Rev. John Bell, pastor of the Good Shepherd United Methodist Church in Bartlett, will officiate.
Born June 2, 1932, in Bushnell, Ill., the daughter of James Robert Keigwin, she died Friday, May 21, 1999, at home.
She was a graduate of the University of Iowa with her bachelor of sciencedegree in nursing. She worked for the Dixon Development Center from 1966 to 1983 and was a registered nurse for the Illinois Department of Public Health prior to her retirement in 1995. She was a member of the church and the American Nurses Association.
Survivors include her son, Paul Downs of Dixon; daughters, Jennifer Jo (Rollin) Chapman of Jefferson City, Mo. and Melissa Jane (Robert) Kress of Bartlett; brother, Thomas Keigwin of San Diego, Calif.; stepbrother, Richard Witter of Macomb, Ill.; and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father.
A memorial has been established for Hospice of the Rock River.

Ardell Ann Faulhaber of Schaumburg
Services for Ardell Ann Faulhaber (nee Hubner), 58, will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, at Trinity Lutheran Church, 405 S. Rush St., Roselle.
Born Oct. 3, 1940, in Pipestone, Ill., she died Saturday, May 22, 1999, in Schaumburg. Burial will be in Randhill Park Cemetery, Palatine.
Mrs. Faulhaber was the head of youth services at the Skokie Public Library. She received her bachelor of arts from Valparaiso University in 1962 and master of arts in Library Science from Rosary College in 1977. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.
She was the wife of Kenneth R.; mother of Laurel Kristine (Bradley) Grogger and Alison Meredith Faulhaber; daughter of the late Ernest and Alma (nee Wittrock) Hubner; sister of Eldon Lee Hubner and Verla Mae (Glenn) Baden; grandmother of Kyle Alexander Grogger; and aunt of Jonathan Charles Hubner, Anthony Penn Hubner and Kara Lee Baden.
Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. today, at Ahlgrim and Sons Funeral Home, 330 W. Golf Rd., Schaumburg.

Ignacio Antonio Flores of Itasca
Services for Ignacio Antonio Flores, 68, will be held at 8 p.m. Wednesday, at Salerno's Rosedale Chapels, (Symonds Funeral Homes, Directing), 450 W. Lake St. (3/4 mile west ofBloomingdale/Roselle Rd.), Roselle.
Born Oct. 30, 1930, in San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico, he passed away Monday, May 24, 1999, after a long illness. Interment will be in Puerto Rico.
A resident of Itasca for the past five years, he formerly lived in Chicago. He was a retired social insurance claims examiner with the Chicago Regional Social Security Administration.
Survivors include his wife, Mary (nee Haley); sons, Anthony and Thomas Flores of Itasca; daughters, Evelyn (Daniel) Murphy of Itasca, Zulma (Peter) Himplemann of Medinah and Ana (Gerald) Geschrey of Itasca; stepdaughters, Elba (Juan) Ramirez of Mount Prospect and Carmen (late Angel Munoz) Ramirez of Puerto Rico; sister, Crucita Loiz of Puerto Rico; and ex-wife, Anna Marcano-Flores of Itasca.
He was preceded in death by many brothers and sisters.

Everette F. Foxx of Grayslake
Visitation for Everette F. Foxx, 69, will be from 6 to 9 p.m. today, at Strang Funeral Chapel and Crematorium, Ltd., 410 E. Belvidere Rd., Grayslake, with Masonic Rites held at 7:30 p.m.
Born March 2, 1930, in Cherry Valley, Ark., he passed away Friday, May 21, 1999, at Condell MedicalCenter in Libertyville. Interment will be private.
An electrician by trade, Mr. Foxx had been employed for more than 30 years at Aldridge Electric in Libertyville, retiring in 1992. He was a veteran of the Korean War serving in the Army, a member of the Rising Sun Lodge 115 A. F. & A. M. of Grayslake and a part time police officer affiliated with the Hainesville and Round Lake departments.
Survivors include his wife, Jeanne M. (nee Shipman); children, Karen (Jim) Foxx-Smith of Gurnee, Roger (Laurie) Foxx of Jupiter, Fla., Dennis Foxx of Roseville, Calif. and Darryl Foxx of Antioch; sisters, Mildred (Charlie) McCoy and Betty Hudson, both of Wynne, Ark.; and grandchildren, Tyler Foxx and Drew Foxx.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Oscar and Maggie Foxx; and sister, Edith Nixon.

Warren Fromm of Palatine
Services for Warren Fromm, 77, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 185 E. Northwest Highway, Palatine.
Born June 14, 1921, in Chicago, he died Sunday, May 23, 1999, at Lutheran General Hospital, Park Ridge. Interment will be in Acacia Park Cemetery.
He was thehusband of Dorothy Fromm (nee Ahlers); father of Corinne (Tim) Thron, W. David Fromm, Steven (Carol) Fromm and Janine Fromm; grandfather of Aimee and Adam Thron, and Heidi and Paul Fromm; and brother of Bernhard (Mary Ann) Fromm and the late Marcella (the late Walter) Matthey.
Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home.

Born April 29, 1924, in Chicago, she died Saturday, May 22, 1999, at home. Interment will be in St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Palatine.
An Arlington Heights resident since 1955, Mrs. Gabrielsen was the bookkeeper for 50 years at Gabrielsen, Miles and Miles Insurance Company in Arlington Heights. She was a member of Our Lady of the Wayside Woman's Club.
She was the wife for 50 years of George K. Gabrielsen Jr. of Arlington Heights; mother of G. Kenneth K. (Mary K.) Gabrielsen of Algonquin, Martin J. (Joanne) Gabrielsen of Hoffman Estates, Robert E. (Dorothy) Gabrielsen of Highwood, Gregory J. Gabrielsen of Mount Prospect, Carol A. Gabrielsen of Arlington Heights, Mary Ellen Gabrielsen of Seattle, Wash. and Eileen M. (Stacy) Norman of Hoffman Estates; sister of Ella (Bill) Sedgwick of Palatine, Edward (Lois) Martin of Skokie and the late James Martin; and grandmother of Gregory, Alexander, Thomas, David, Mary, Sean, Zachary, Kevin and Brian.
