Pauline K. Sheahan of Roselle
A funeral Mass for Pauline K. Sheahan (nee Kanger), 84, will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, at St. Walter Church.
Born Feb. 27, 1915, in Chicago, she died Monday, May 24, 1999, at Lexington of Bloomingdale. Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Worth.
A homemaker, she was the wife of the late John; mother of John `Jack' Sheahan, Joan (Kenneth) Nowak and Christine (John) Pokryfke; and grandmother of five.
Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today, at Martin Funeral Home, 333 S. Roselle Rd., Roselle.

Virginia L. Smith of Round Lake Beach
Services for Virginia L. Smith, 78, will be held at 11 a.m. today, at Strang Funeral Chapel and Crematorium, Ltd., 410 E. Belvidere Rd., Grayslake.
Born in Cook County, she passed away Friday, May 21, 1999, at ManorCare Nursing Home in Libertyville. Interment will be in Avon Centre Cemetery, Grayslake.
She was a Round Lake Beach resident most of her life, and a member of the Round Lake Beach Women's Club.
Survivors include her daughter, Chanette Smith of DeKalb; stepson, David (Rosemary) Haas of Greenfield, Wis.; siblings, Betty Sorensen, Mike (Gertrude) Nelson, Catherine (Ray) Boro and Ken Nelson; four stepgrandchildren; eight great-stepgrandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Virginia was preceded in death by her husbands, Chan A. Smith (1984) and Lorence G. Haas (1998); and daughter, Holly D. Smith (1996).

Patricia Swiatek, 53, of Bartlett, died Sunday, May 23, 1999. Arrangements were made by Countryside Funeral Home, Bartlett, (630) 289-7575.

Wanda Ward of Wheaton
Services for Wanda Ward, 70, will be held at 8 p.m. Thursday, at WilliamsKampp Funeral Home, 430 E. Roosevelt Road (one block east of Naperville Road), Wheaton.
She died Monday, May 24, 1999, at Edward Hospital in Naperville. Interment will be private.
A resident of Wheaton for 14 years, Mrs. Ward had been employed at the Target store in Wheaton and attended Evangel Assembly of God Church in Hanover Park.
Surviving are her children, Steven, Susan (Ron) Hirsch, Robert and Joseph (Lorraine) Ward; and seven grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother, Wendell (Barbara) Todd; and three nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas A. Ward.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until the time of services at 8 p.m. Thursday, at the funeral home.

Rosanne Willman of Palatine
Prayers for Rosanne Willman (nee Hildenbrand) will be said at 9:15 a.m. today, at Ahlgrim and Sons Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Hwy., Palatine.
Mass will follow at 10 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, 2515 Palatine Rd., Inverness.
Born April 26, 1941, in Chicago, she died Sunday, May 23, 1999, at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge. Interment will be in St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Palatine.
A Palatine resident since 1971, Mrs. Willman had been a well known real estate broker in the Greater Palatine area for more than 20 years.
Mrs. Willman received the Mother of the Year award from the Palatine Jaycees in 1975. She was extremely devoted to her family who she loved and cared for very deeply. Her family was awarded the key to theCity of Palatine in August 1996 for her humanitarian efforts. She was also an avid boating enthusiast.
Survivors include her children, Steven Kolinski of Schaumburg, Kimberly (Steve) Gillespie of Vernon Hills, Lisa Kolinski of Schaumburg, Jeffrey Kolinski of Colorado and Robin Costello of Schaumburg; grandchildren, Brittany Costello and Tyler Gillespie; and sisters, Winnie (Lou) Warchol of Niles, Mary Ellen Wolmer of Bartlett and Janice (Jim) Busse of Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edwin and Mary Hildenbrand; and first husband, Robert Kolinski.
In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated to the Willman Children's Fund, c/o Immanuel Lutheran Church, 200 N. Plum Grove Rd., Palatine, IL 60067.

Wilbert H. `Lutz' Yackley, 88, of Lisle, died Monday, May 24, 1999. Arrangements were made by Blake-Lamb FuneralHome, Lisle, (630) 964-9392.

William L. Anderson of Arlington Heights
Services for William L. Anderson, 61, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, at Presbyterian Church of Palatine, 800 E. Palatine Rd.
Born March 22, 1938, he died Thursday, May 20, 1999, in Mesa, Ariz. Burial will be in Ridgewood Cemetery.
Mr. Anderson was a self-employed general contractor for the Edwin Anderson Construction Company.
Survivors include his wife, Janet (nee Lawson); children, Scott, Deborah(Mark) Matula, Kimberle (Brian) Thompson and Karen (Joseph) Dahm; brother, Neil (Gayle) Anderson; six grandchildren; and aunt, Dama Hunter.
Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. today, at Drake and Son Funeral Home, 625 Busse Hwy., Park Ridge.
Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes. Association or the American Heart Association.

Elsie E. Awe of Hampshire
Services for Elsie E. Awe, 85, formerly of Chicago, will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, at Fredrick Funeral Home, 284 Park St., Hampshire, with the Rev. Gordon Smith officiating.
Born with her twin sister, `Dorie, ' on Dec. 23, 1913, in Chicago, to Louis and Ida (nee Purmann) Awe, she died Monday, May 24, 1999, at her home. Burial will be in Eden Memorial Park, Schiller Park.
Elsie was a longtime resident of Chicago and had been employed for many years by Westfield-Sommers Foods of Chicago. She had retired in 1976 and moved to Hampshire where she was a member of Zion Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women.
Survivors include her sisters, Edna Maushak and Elizabeth `Dorie' Awe, both of Hampshire; nephews, Wayne (Sandi) Siegmann of Hampshire andRodney (Janet) Lee of Bloomingdale; greatnephews, Mike Siegmann and Brian Lee; great-nieces, Lisa Siegmann and Kristy Lee; and great-great-nephew, Aaron Siegmann.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Raymond; and sisters, Lucille Lee and Bertha `Bertie' Awe.
Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Thursday, at the funeral home.
Memorials in her name may be directed to the Provena Home Care and Hospice of Elgin.

John H. Banbury of Elgin
Services for John H. Banbury, 75, will begin with prayers at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, O'Connor & Homeier Funeral Home, 364 Division St., Elgin, and continue with Mass at 10 a.m., at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Elgin. The Rev. Michael Morrissey will officiate.
Born Oct. 16, 1923, to Benjamin and Agnes (nee Cram) Banbury, he died Sunday, May 23, 1999, at Provena St. Joseph Hospital, Elgin. Burial will be in Lakewood Memorial Park.
Mr. Banbury was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. A graduate of Marmion military Academy in Aurora, he had worked as a meat department manager for A & P in Arlington Heights, retiring after 30 years ofservice. An Army veteran of World War II, he had served in Italy with the 34th Infantry Division and received two Battle Stars and the Combat Infantry Badge. For many years he had been a very dedicated manager of American Legion Post 57 of Elgin where he was also a Gold Card Member and a past president. He was also a member of VFW Post 1307, the Moose, the Elks, the Owls and the Riverside Club, and past president of the United Civics Club, all of Elgin.
Surviving are his son, Jack (Sheri) Banbury of Elgin; daughters, Bonnie J. (Jack) Sterk, Susan J. (Brian) Jones and Lori J. (Dave) Ledford, all of Elgin; grandsons, Kenneth P. (Chastity) Jepson, Michael J. Banbury, Gordon S. Lowery and Brant L. Jones, all of Elgin; granddaughters, Kristen S. (Deron) Mellinger of Elgin, Dawn L. (Michael) Ponsolleof Wisconsin, Dr. Erin L. (Daniel) St. Onge of Florida, Heather M. Bayer of Elgin, Pvt. Shannon L. Sterk, USMC, Katrina M. Lisiecki of Elgin and Brianna E. Jones of Elgin; and 11 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother, Francis B. Banbury of Wisconsin; aunt, Florence B. Johnson of Montgomery, Ill.; and special friend, Edward Bimmerle of Elgin.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Loretta J. Banbury, in 1981; and daughter, Sandra J. Lowery, in 1991.
Visitation will be from 2 to 9 p.m. today, at the funeral home.

Corliss C. Beilfuss of Elgin
Funeral services for Corliss C. Beilfuss, 70, will be held at 5 p.m. Thursday, at Laird Funeral Home, 310 S. State St., Elgin. The Rev. Gerald Schalk will officiate.
Born Oct. 13, 1928, in Chicago, the son of Edward and Eleanor Beilfuss, he passed away Monday, May 24, 1999, at St. Alexius Medical Center, Hoffman Estates.
Burial will be private.
Mr. Beilfuss was a member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church of Barrington.
Survivors include his wife, Joyce Beilfuss of Elgin; three children, Sandi (Jim) Frets, Lori (Jim) Russelland Barbara Koester; two stepchildren, Cyndi (John) Alexander and Lynda (Robert) Anderson; and eight grandchildren, Matthew, Steven, Amy, Vicky, Justin, Nicole, Daniel and Gregorey.
He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Leighton, Richard and Edward Beilfuss.
Visitation will be from 3 p.m. until the time of services at 5 p.m. Thursday, at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.

James P. Bonick formerly of Mount Prospect
Services for James P. Bonick, 31, will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, at Matz Funeral Home, 410 E. Rand Road, Mount Prospect.
Born March 17, 1968, in Chicago, he died Saturday, May 22, 1999, in Milwaukee, Wis. Entombment will be in Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Hillside.
Mr. Bonick was amember of the I. H. S. A.
He was the beloved son of Antoinette Griffin and the late Edward S. Bonick Sr.; dear brother of Edward (Michelle) Bonick and Thomas (Cindy Le) Bonick; and loving uncle of Angela and Daniel.
Visitation will be from 2 to 9 p.m. Thursday, at the funeral home.

Victoria P. Ciciora of Streamwood
Services for Victoria P. Ciciora (nee Mrozinski), 72, will begin with prayers at 8:30 a.m. Friday, at Ahlgrim & Sons Funeral Home, 485 S. Bartlett Road, Streamwood, and continue with Mass at 9:30 a.m., at St. John the Evangelist Church, Streamwood.
Born Sept. 28, 1926, in Chicago, she died Monday, May 24, 1999, at St. Alexius Medical Center, Hoffman Estates. Burial will be in St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Palatine.
Mrs. Ciciora had been a resident of Streamwood for 11 years and was formerly of Lansing, Ill. She was a member of TOPS and the YMCA Jazzercise swim classes.
She was the beloved husband of Edwin Ciciora; loving mother of Lester (Maureen) and Russell Ciciora; dear grandmother of Philip and Steven; sister of Lorraine (the late Michael) Roma, Walter (Clara) Mrozinski, Genevieve (the late Michael) Romancik, Edna (Walter) Strezlecki, Edward Mrozinski and the late Frances (Bruno) Lesniewski; and loving aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 2 to 9 p.m. today and Thursday, at the funeral home.
