Shirlee K. Moe of Palatine
Funeral services for Shirlee K. Moe, 73, will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, at Christ Lutheran Church in Palatine.
Born June 4, 1925, in Torrington, Conn., she died Friday, May 28, 1999, at ManorCare Health Services. Burial will be in Irving Park Cemetery, Chicago.
Mrs. Moe had been employed at Northwest Community Hospital for 27 years.
She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church of Palatine and the church's Seniors Center.
Surviving are her children, Janet LaLond of Rolling Meadows, Karen (John `Jack') Riddiough of Marietta, Ga., and Robert (Sandy) Moe of Riverview, Fla.; grandchidlren, Ryan, Rebekah, Tara and Todd Riddiough, Amy (John) Kramer, Allen and Margaret LaLond, and Westin and Dalton Moe; great-grandchildren, Kayla, John, Nicholas and Alison Kramer; sisters, Jean Gibbs of Brandon, Miss., and Joyce Dillon of Green Bay, Wis.; and brother, Robert King of Houston, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Nils R. Moe, and daughter, Diane A. Moe.
Visitation will be from 5to 9 p.m. today, at Ahlgrim & Sons Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Highway, Palatine.
Memorials may be made to Christ Lutheran Church or to the Hospice of Northeastern Illinois.

Suzanne E. `Suzy' Nebendahl of Naperville
Prayers for Suzanne E. `Suzy' Nebendahl, 38, formerly of Chicago Heights and Homewood, will be said at 9:15 a.m. Thursday, at Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home, 44 S. MillSt., Naperville. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10 a.m. at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 1500 Brookdale Rd., Naperville.
Born May 18, 1961, in Blue Island, she died Saturday, May 29, 1999, at Edward Hospital in Naperville. Interment will be private.
A Naperville resident for one year, Ms. Nebendahl was a graduate of Homewood-Flossmoor High School in Homewood, class of 1979. She also held a bachelor of science degree in biology from Purdue University in Calumet, Ind.
Ms. Nebendahl worked in the sales field, most recently with Frito Lay Company in Carol Stream. An avid athlete, she competed in softball, golf and bowling.
Survivors include her mother, Charlotte Nebendahl of Naperville and father, Richard J. Nebendahl of Homewood; sisters, Kathy Lawrence of Homewood, Mary Nebendahl of Aurora and Patricia (Don) Parker of Monee, Ill.; brothers, Michael (Colleen) Nebendahl of Naperville and Edward Nebendahl of Homewood; and seven nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home.

Estelle E. Schiller
Services for Estelle E. Schiller (nee Wojtkiewicz), 85, of Crystal Lake, formerly of Lake Zurich, will begin with prayers at 10:15 a.m. Tuesday, at Kolssak Funeral Home, 189 S. Milwaukee Ave., Wheeling, and continue with Mass at 11 a.m., at St. Mary's Church, 75 N. Buffalo Grove Road, Buffalo Grove.
Born Oct. 2, 1913, in Niles, she died Friday, May 28, 1999, at Condell Medical Center, Libertyville. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Buffalo Grove.
She was the wife of the late Leonard Schiller; mother of Leonard (Dorothy) Schiller of Buffalo Grove, Michael (Charlotte) Schiller of Mount Prospect, Jerry (Joyce) Schiller of Johnsburg and Martin (Karen) Schiller of Crystal Lake; 12 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers, Thaddeus and Casmir Wojtkiewicz, both of Chicago; and sisters, Josephine Kabot of Chicago, Melvina Buchner of Niles, Frances Giosa of Heber Springs, Ark., Wanda Meschewski of Carpentersville, and Jeanne Christian of Hoffman Estates.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today, at the funeral home.
Please omit flowers. Masses would be appreciated or donations may be made to the American Heart Association in her memory.

Frieda L. Schmokel of Elgin
Services for Frieda L. Schmokel, 100, will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, at Madison Funeral Home, 305 Park St., Elgin. The Rev. Herbert Hedstrom will officiate.
Born April 25, 1899, in Rummelsburg, Germany, to August and Augusta (nee Golz) Kaschke, she died Friday, May 28, 1999, at Sherman West Court. Burial will be in Lakewood Memorial Park.
Mrs. Schmokel had come to the United States on March 22, 1922 and had resided in the Elgin area until her death.
Surviving are her daughters, Elly (Austin) Mitchell and Lotty (Harry) Thies, both of Elgin, and Betty (J. Donald) Ramsey of DeKalb; grandchildren, Bonnie (Gerald) Baumann of Ingleside Lake, Gary (Vicki) Mitchell of Elgin, Douglas (Linda) Ramsey of Arizona, Paul (Linda) Ramsey of Minnesota and Barbara (Douglas) Hamilton of Arizona; great-grandchildren, Matthew and Michael Baumann, Andrew and Janet Ramsey, and Gregory (Carla) Hamilton; greatgreat-granddaughter, Skylar Hamilton; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John Schmokel, on May 14, 1959; two sisters; and one brother.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the time of services at 10 a.m. Tuesday, at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the Evangelical Covenant Church of Elgin.

Robert C. Schneider of Wood Dale
Funeral services for Robert C. Schneider, 70, will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, at The Oaks Funeral Home, 1201 E. Irving Park Road, Itasca.
Born July 8, 1928, in Chicago, he died Sunday, May 30, 1999, at home. Burial will be in Acacia Park Cemetery, Chicago.
Mr. Schneider had served as a police officer in the Bensenville Police Department.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Ann Schneider (nee Karnberg); sons, Glenn (Karen) Schneider, Scott (Nancy) Schneider and Mark (Gloria) Schneider; daughter, Laura (Philip) Hinchley; and eight grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, at the funeral home.

Robert V. Schuttler Sr. of Barrington Hills
Services for Robert V. Schuttler Sr., 71, will begin withprayers at 10 a.m. Wednesday, at Stirlen-Pieper & Davenport Funeral Home, 149 W. Main St. (Lake-Cook Road), Barrington, and continue with Mass at 11 a.m., at the St. Joseph Home for the Elderly, 80 W. Northwest Highway, Palatine.
Born March 30, 1928, in Chicago, he passed away Saturday, May 29, 1999, at Good Shepherd Hospital. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Barrington.
Mr. Schuttler was the chief executive officer of Victor Construction in Rolling Meadows, a company he had continuously built up since its inception in 1954. He was a member of St. Anne's Catholic Church in Barrington and enjoyed hiking, gardening, traveling, tennis, and especially his grandchildren, whom he loved tremendously.
He was the beloved husband of Margaret Schuttler (nee Zickgraff); loving father of Robert (Janet)Schuttler Jr., Pam Pettit, Jeff (Elizabeth) Schuttler, Peggy (Scott) Geldernick and Kathy (Graham) Morrison; and devoted grandfather of Kari, Rob, Zak, Lindsey, Kristen, Jessie, Katelyn, Lauren, Scott and Megan.
He was preceded indeath by his parents, Victor and Ruth Schuttler; sister, Marie Flint; and son-in-law, Jeff Pettit.
Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, at the funeral home.

Margaret M. Scoleri
Services for Margaret M. Scoleri (nee Ceili), 82, of Melrose Park, will be held at 10a.m. Wednesday, at Geils Funeral Home, 180 S. York Rd., Bensenville.
Born Aug. 5, 1916, in Melrose Park, she died Friday, May 28, 1999, at Sherman Hospital in Elgin. Burial will be in Mount Emblem Cemetery, Elmhurst.
Employed in customer service sales, she is survived by her daughters, Rochelle (Glenn) Raddatz and JoAnn Albanese (Larry Wood); sister, Mary (late Joseph) Pestillo; grandchildren, Jimmy, Shelly, Denise, Vicki, Danny, Kristin and Kimberly; three great-grandchildren; and dear friend, Donato Sinisi.

Mildred R. Stjernberg of Arlington Heights
A memorial service for Mildred R. Stjernberg (nee Rohrbach), 87, will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, at First Presbyterian Church of Arlington Heights, 302 N. Dunton Ave., Arlington Heights.
Born July 19, 1911, in Chicago, she died Sunday, May 30, 1999, at Northwest Community Healthcare, Arlington Heights.
Burial will be private.
Millie was a homemaker and a former office worker at Airway in Schiller Park, a position she held for more than 20 years until her retirement in 1976.
Surviving are her daughter, Lois (Donald) Hartung of Arlington Heights; son, Lloyd (Catherine) Stjernberg of Des Moines, Iowa; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother, Harry L. (Cusa) Rohrbach.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Armand Stjernberg.
Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, at Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road (four blocks south of Palatine Road), Arlington Heights.

Georgia C. Stout formerly of Naperville
Services for Georgia C. Stout, 94, of Solvang, Calif., also formerly of Crete, Ill., will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, at Grace United Methodist Church, 300 E. Gartner Rd., Naperville.
Born April 8, 1905, in Seymour, Ind., she died Thursday, May 27, 1999, at Cottage Hospital in Santa Barbara, Calif. Interment will be in Fairmount Hills Memorial Cemetery, Willow Springs.
Mrs. Stout grew up in central Indiana and moved to Crete as a child. She was a graduate of Bloom Township High School and resided in Crete until 1977. Although she was primarily a homemaker, Mrs. Stout was employed on and off for many years with the Chicago Heights News Agency. She was a longtime member of Crete United Methodist Church and a choir member. She was a Naperville resident from 1977 until 1984, when she moved to California. She enjoyed gardening.
Survivors include her son, George (Christine) Stout of Naperville; daughter, Charlotte (Don) Marz of Solvang; grandchildren, Kathleen Stout-Shoger, Reid Stout, Cammie Marz, Carrie Marz, Scott Marz, Kristen Stout, Brady Marz and Rob Stout; great-grandchildren, Joe Stout, Erin Stout-Shoger, Kaitlyn Stout-Shoger, Conor Stout-Shoger and Jake Marz; and sister, Lavaughn Philip of O'Fallon, Ill.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Stout, whom she married on Nov. 28, 1927; and grandson, Jeff Stout.
Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. today, at Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home, 44 S. Mill St., Naperville.

Genevieve E. Wahler of Gages Lake
Funeral services for Genevieve E. Wahler (nee Schalk), 86, will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, at Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium, Ltd., 410 E. Belvidere Road, Grayslake.
Born Sept. 27, 1912, in LaPorte, Ind., she passed away Friday, May 28, 1999, at Condell Medical Center, Libertyville. Entombment will be in Highland Memorial Park Cemetery, Libertyville, following the services.
Formerly of Chicago, Mrs. Wahler had made her home in Gages Lake for the past 50 years and was a member of the Warren Township Seniors Club.
She leaves her son, Wilbert `Wil' (Marlene) Wahler of Gages Lake; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Also surviving is her sister, Mabel Hugl of Greenfield, Wis.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbert Wahler Sr., in January 1978; and brothers, Willard and Ray.
Friends of the family may visit from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, at the funeral chapel.
Memorials may be given to the Condell Medical Center ICU Unit, 801 S. Milwaukee Ave., Libertyville, IL 60048.

Robert Wilk of Wheeling
Services for Robert Wilk, 87, will begin with chapel prayers at 9:45 a.m. Wednesday, at Grove Memorial Chapel, 195 N. Buffalo Grove Road, Buffalo Grove, and continue with Mass at 10:30 a.m., at Holy Family Church, 2515 Palatine Road, Inverness.
Born in Poland, he died Sunday, May 30, 1999, at Northwest Community Healthcare, Arlington Heights. Interment will be private, in St. Michael Cemetery.
A resident of Wheeling for 16 years, Mr. Wilk was a retired tool and die maker.
Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Irene Wilk (nee Olewniczak); sons, Mark R. and Ted (Betty) Wilk; daughter, Barbara Wilk; grandchildren, Liz Ann, Mary and Sarah Wilk, and Kimberly Ann Snortum; great-granddaughter, Kayla; and brother-in-law, Joe Olewniczak.
Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, at the funeral home.
