Mary W. Packingham of West Chicago
A memorial service for Mary W. Packingham, 77, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, at First United Methodist Church, 204 Church St., West Chicago.
Mrs. Packingham died Friday, June 11, 1999, at Central DuPage Hospital. Interment will be private.
A 75-year resident of West Chicago, she was an active member of First United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her sister, Myrtle (late Edmund) Juzwiak and brother, Russell (Helen) Cotie, both of West Chicago; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the church's building fund, are appreciated.
Arrangements were made by Williams-Woodward Funeral Home, Wheaton.

Hazel M. Parr of Hawthorn Woods
Services for Hazel M. Parr, 72, will begin with prayers at 9:30 a.m. today, at Ahlgrim & Sons Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich, and continue with Mass at 10 a.m., at St. Francis de Sales Church, 11 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich.
Born Oct. 19, 1926, in Pascagoula, Miss., she died Saturday, June 12, 1999, in Cuba Township. Burial will be in Ascension Cemetery, Libertyville.
Mrs. Parr was a member of St. Francis de Sales Church where she participated in the choir, the Ministry of Care and the Keenagers. She was a former member of the Hawthorn Woods Women's Club and a current member of the Knights of Columbus Women's Auxiliary.
She was the beloved wife for 52 years of Robert J. Parr; loving mother of Dennis L. Parr of Florida, Suzanne (Terry) Wodek of Connecticut, Robert T. Parr of Ingleside, Mary (Bruce) Albert of Lindenhurst, Debra (Richard) Melrose of California and Christina Parr of Round Lake Beach; and cherished grandmother of Tanya, Thomas, Shane, Jason, Brian, Kimberly, Charlotte and Adam.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Leukemia Research Foundation, 820 Davis St., S-420, Evanston, IL 60201.

Loretta T. Parsons of Schaumburg
Private funeral services and interment will be held for Loretta T. Parsons (nee Klauk), 82, of Schaumburg.
Born Oct. 5, 1916, in Chicago, she died Sunday, June 13, 1999, in Hoffman Estates.
Mrs. Parsons was a former owner of Parsons Sports Center of Schaumburg.
She was the beloved wife of the late Charles O. Parsons Sr.; loving mother of Charles (Sylvia) Parsons Jr., Michele Lash and Michael Parsons; and cherished grandmother of Rachel, Daniel, Michael and Michele.
Arrangements were made by Ahlgrim & Sons Funeral Home, Schaumburg.

Joshua A. Perez of Aurora
A graveside service for Joshua A. Perez, the 5-day-old infant son of Seann and Caprice (nee Melling) Perez, will be held at 11 a.m. today, at Naperville Cemetery. Rev. Marilyn Scott will officiate.
Born June 8, 1999, in Naperville, Joshua died Sunday, June 13, 1999, at Edward Hospital.
He is also survived by his sister, Rebecca Perez of Aurora; maternal grandparents, Malcolm and Josie Melling of Warminster, England; paternal grandparents, David and Susan Perez of Hammond, Ind.; three great-grandmothers; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Memorials in Joshua's name may be made to the Neo-Natal Unit of Edward Hospital, 805 S. Washington St., Naperville, IL 60540.

Donald F. Pieper of St. Charles
Services for Donald F. Pieper, 70, will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, at Yurs Funeral Home, 405 E. Main St., St. Charles.
Born July 24, 1928, in St. Charles, he died Sunday, June 13, 1999, at Delnor Community Hospital in Geneva. Interment will be private.
Mr. Pieper was an employee of Pioneer Press for 27 years and the Courier News for 20 years, prior to his retirement. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing and boating.
Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Helen; sons, Donald (Jane) of St. Charles and Dennis (Eliska) of South Elgin' daughter, Debby (Mark) Smallwood of St. Charles; sister, Shirley (Glen) Sportsman of Elgin; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Lillian Pieper.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today, at the funeral home.

Nancy J. Pikora Schaumburg
Prayers for Nancy J. Pikora, 40, will be said at 10:15 a.m. Wednesday, at Ahlgrim & Sons Funeral Home, 330 W. Golf Rd., Schaumburg. Services will follow at 11 a.m. at St. Peter Lutheran Church, 208 E. Schaumburg Rd., Schaumburg.
Born July 14, 1958, in Chicago, she died Sunday, June 13, 1999, inChicago. Burial will be in St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Palatine.
Employed at Zurich Kemper for 12 years, she is survived by her mother, Lorraine Pikora Skinner; stepfather, Donald Skinner; brothers, Arthur (Julie) and Gary (Sue) Pikora; stepbrothers, Jeff (Marilyn) and Stuart (Fran) Skinner; stepsister, Melanie Skinner; nephews, Cory, Danny and Jason; and niece, Tracy.
Visitation will be from 2 to 9 p.m. today, at the funeral home.

Herman Reif of Wheeling
Graveside services for Herman Reif, 75, will be held at 11 a.m. today, at Shalom Memorial Park, Arlington Heights.
Born Sept. 21, 1923, Mr. Reif died Sunday, June 13, 1999, at home.
Hewas the husband of Bertha Abrams; father of Edward (Sara) Reif and Donna Reif (John) Sack; brother of Joseph (Gertrude) Reif; and grandfather of Aaron and Jordan Reif.
Memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.

Terry L. Reinlein formerly of the Carpentersville/ Dundee area
Services for Terry L. Reinlein, 36, of Redgranite, Wis., will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, at Miller Funeral Home, 504 W. Main St., West Dundee. The Rev. Nancy Nyberg will officiate.
Born July 23, 1962, in Elgin, he died Sunday, June 13, 1999, at Berlin Memorial Hospital, Berlin, Wis. Burial will be in Dundee Township East Cemetery, East Dundee.
Mr. Reinlein was raised in the Carpentersville/Dundee area and was a 1981 graduate of Dundee High School. He was a former firefighter for the Village of Mount Prospect and the Village of Carpentersville.
Surviving are his mother, Louella Gardner Reinlein ofHughes, Ark.; sister, Paula (Richard) Thomas of Gilberts; niece, Ashley Thomas of Gilberts; nephew, Dustin Thomas of Gilberts; maternal grandmother, Moddie Burkhart of Forrest City, Ark.; paternal grandparents, Paul and Opal Reinlein of Elgin; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry L. Reinlein on April 23, 1996; and maternal grandfather, Lawrence Gardner.
Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home.

Hazen Clifford Russell
Hazen Clifford Russell, 56, passed away Saturday, May 22, 1999, in San Diego, Calif., where he resided most of his adult life. After spending almost 24 years in the Navy, he retired with the rank of commander.
Survivors include his son, Regan; ex-wife, Sherry; father, Kenneth; stepmother, Jacqueline and her children, Robert Broitzman, Jan Smith, David (Cindy) Broitzman and Karen (Tom) Stewart; brother, Wayne (Jeannette); nieces, Sara, Elizabeth and Rachel; aunts and uncles, Clifford Russell, Raymond (Dorothy) Russell, Mildred (Thomas) Strausberger, Madlyn (Harold) Jones and Jane Stansfield; and cousins, Lorna Powers, Randy (Aleta) Russell and Lavonne (Dennis) Nesheim.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Ruth McDowell Russell.
A loving celebration of hislife and a time for sharing will be held from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, at the Cornerstone Church on Russell Road, Plato Center, with a brief prayer service at 2 p.m.
Memorials may be made to hepatitis or cancer research or Cornerstone Church.

George J. Smith of West Chicago
Services for George J. Smith, 61, formerly of Carol Stream, will be held at 8 p.m. Wednesday, at Grove Memorial Chapel, 1199 S. Arlington Heights Rd. (three blocks south of Biesterfield Rd.), Elk Grove Village.
Born in Chicago, he died Sunday, June 13, 1999, at St. Luke Hospital in Jacksonville, Fla.
A veteran of the Army, he retired after 20 years as a grounds keeper for School District 214 (Wheeling High School).
He was the husband of the late Diana R. Smith, she preceded him in death in 1997; father of George Jr. (Debbie), Jason (Kristen) and Sheila (Jeff) Catlin; brother of Arthur and the late Shirley (Tony) Lio; and grandfather of Jessica and Adam Catlin, and Patrick and Ryan Smith.
Visitation will be from 3 p.m. until the time ofthe services Wednesday, at the funeral home.

Lindsey M. Stiling of Naperville
Funeral services for Lindsey M. Stiling, 15, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, at the Evangelical Free Church of Naperville, 1551 Hobson Road, Naperville.
Born Jan 24, 1984, in St. Charles, she died Saturday morning, June 12, 1999, at Lutheran General Hospital, Park Ridge.
Interment will be in Naperville Cemetery.
Lindsey had attended the Parent-Infant Program at Little Friends School and several elementary schools, including Beebe School and Madison Junior High School. She enjoyed music, movies, books and bowling throughthe WDSRA program.
Surviving are her parents, Paul A. and Lisa A. (nee Jackson) Stiling of Naperville; sister, Erin Stiling of Naperville; brother, Drew Stiling of Naperville; paternal grandmother, Nell Wilson Stiling of Tiverton, R. I.; maternal grandmother, Myrtle Jackson of Lebanon, Ind.; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Rod Stiling, and maternal grandfather, Paul Jackson.
Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. today, at Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home, 44 S. Mill St., Naperville.
