Virginia Jean Senyard of Geneva
Memorial services for Virginia Jean Senyard (nee Campbell), 91, will be held at 2 p. m. Saturday, at the chapel of St. Mark's Episcopal Church, S. Fourth and Franklin Street, Geneva.
Father Mark A. Tusken will officiate.
Born Aug. 4, 1907, in Boone, Iowa, the daughter of Philip and Iva Campbell, she died peacefully in her home on Monday, Jan. 4, 1999. Interment will be private in Oak Hill Cemetery, Geneva.
Virginia and her family lived briefly in Milwaukee before moving to Oak Park, where she graduated from Oak Park-River Forest High School. She also attended Shimer College, which, at that time, was located in Mount Carroll.
On Nov. 11, 1933, Virginia was united in marriage to Stephen Cregier Senyard of Oak Park and in April of 1946, they moved to Geneva.
Throughout her life, Virginia was involved in many community activities, including the Nursery Auxiliary and Women's Auxiliary of Community Hospital, compiling the cookbook, `Community Fare,' for the benefit of the hospital. She was also a member of the Geneva Garden Club, the Altar Guild and women's organization of St. Mark's Episcopal Church of Geneva, the Girl Scouts of America, PTA, and numerous other community efforts while living in Geneva.
She is survived by her daughter, Glorianne S. (Colin C.) Campbell of Riverhead, N. Y.; brother, Philip S. Campbell ofPinehurst, N. C.; and granddaughters, Stephanie (Omar) Akhattab of Geneva and Virginia of Washington, D. C.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen.
The family will welcome friends at Virginia's home from 7 to 9 p. m. Friday, and following the memorial service on Saturday.
Please omit flowers; the family requests any memorials be directed to St. Mark's Episcopal Church.

Ernest E. Seyller of Elgin
Services for Ernest E. Seyller, 80, will begin at 9:30 a. m. today, at Laird Funeral Home, 310 S. State St., Elgin, and continue with Mass at 10 a. m. at St. Laurence Catholic Church. The Rev. Joseph F. Kulak will officiate.
Born Dec. 23, 1918, in Burlington, Ill., to Frank and Louise (nee Sester) Seyller, he died Monday, Jan. 4, 1999, at Provena St. Joseph Hospital, Elgin. Burial will be in St. Charles Borremeo Church Cemetery, Hampshire.
Mr. Seyller had been a resident of Elgin for the past 50 years. He was employed in the Burlington area in farming, and later by Kenyon Brothers for 20 years and Elgin Salvage for 15 years before retiring. He was a member of St. Laurence Catholic Church in Elgin and the Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge 799 of Elgin.
Survivors include his sister, Jeanette Seyller of Elgin; brother, Donald (Barbara) Seyller of Elgin; 18 nephews; and nine nieces.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Frank, Herman, Raymond, Ralph, Frederick and Harold; sisters, Theresa Follman and Kathryn Waughon; two nephews; and three nieces.
Memorials may be given to the St. Laurence Catholic Church Building Fund.

Marilyn Skaja of Park Ridge
Services for Marilyn Skaja, 61, will begin with prayers at 9:15 a. m. Saturday, at Skaja Terrace Funeral Home, 7812 N. Milwaukee Ave., Niles, and continue to St. John Brebeuf Churchfor a Mass of the Resurrection at 10 a. m.
Born May 4, 1937, in Chicago, to Anton and Angeline (nee Cymerman) Rutkowski, she died Tuesday, Jan. 5, 1999, at her home. Interment will be in St. Adalbert Cemetery, Niles.
Mrs. Skaja was a member of the St. John Brebeuf Women's Club, the St. Wenceslaus Church Queen Kinga Club, the Women's Auxiliary of Tonti Council Knights of Columbus, the Polish Women Alliance and the Polish National Alliance.
Surviving are her husband, Bernard S. `Bud' Skaja, whom she married at St. Wenceslaus Church in Chicago; children, Bud Jr. (Vicki) of Niles, Randy (Debby) of Crystal Lake, Cindy (Ron) Stankowicz of Niles and Keith of Park Ridge; grandchildren, Ronald III, Meghan and Kristin Stankowicz, and Ashley Skaja; brother, Ronald (Evelyn) Rutkowski; brothersand sisters-in-law, Joseph Smreczak, Dorothy (Stanley) Banas, Lorraine (Theodore) Buenz, Mickey (Ann) Skaja, Tom (Carol) Skaja, Jack (Barbara) Skaja, Jim (Irene) Skaja, Jerry Skaja and Larry (Jan) Skaja; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and greatnephews, and her canine companion, `Sassi. ' She was preceded in death by her parents; and her sister, Lorraine Smreczak.
Visitation will be from 2 to 9 p. m. today and Friday at the funeral home.

Catherine Margaret Stafford of Palatine
Memorial services for Catherine Margaret `Cathy' Stafford, 45, will be held at 11 a. m. Saturday, at Meadows Funeral Home, 3615 Kirchoff Road, Rolling Meadows.
Born June 12, 1953, in Chicago, she died Wednesday, Jan. 6, 1999, at Northwest Community Healthcare, Arlington Heights. Burial will be in St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Palatine.
Ms. Stafford, who lived most of her life in Rolling Meadows, was preceded in death by her mother, Mimi Stafford.
She is survived by her father, John Stafford of Arlington Heights; sister, Yvonne Stafford of Chicago; aunts, Rena Trevor and Margaret Pedersen; uncles, Anthony Marcello andSidney Stafford; and cousins, Richard, Jim, Domenica and Maggie Trevor, Frank Saraceno, Janice Huber, Tim Stafford, Peggy Anne Marro, Richard, James, John and Gary Marcello, and William, Robert, Barrett and Brian Pedersen.

Frank A. Swagler of Barrington
Prayers for Frank A. Swagler, 81, of Barrington, formerly of Park Ridge and Lake Geneva, Wis., will be said at 11:30 a. m. Friday, at Stirlen-Pieper & Davenport Funeral Home, 149 W. Main St. (Lake-Cook Road), Barrington. Mass will follow at 12 p. m., at St. Anne Catholic Community Parish Center, 120 N. Ela St., Barrington. Father James Hurlbert will officiate.
Born Sept. 13, 1917, in Buffalo, N. Y., he passed away Monday, Jan. 4, 1999, at Good Shepherd Hospital in Barrington.
Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, River Grove.
Mr. Swagler was a chief metallurgist for A. B. Dick Company for 38 years and held several U. S. patents. He had also served in the Army. He enjoyed spending time with his family and sail boating.
Survivors include hiswife, Mary (nee Fitzsimmons), whom he married Nov. 5, 1938, in Chicago; his children, Carol Christensen of Barrington and Margie Ebert of Barrington; his brother, Tom Swagler of Tennessee; his grandchildren, Jim and Steve Moody, Katie Martinez and Jeff Ebert; and his greatgrandson, Ryan Moody.
He was preceded in death by his son, Patrick Joseph; one brother; and three sisters.
Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p. m. today, at the funeral home.

Ralph Bruce Turnquist formerly of West Chicago
Services for Ralph Bruce Turnquist, 68, will be held at 11 a. m. Friday, at Norris-Walen Funeral Home, 132 Fremont St., West Chicago. The Rev. David Haley will officiate.
Born March 15, 1930, in Geneva, he passed away Monday, Jan. 4, 1999, at Central DuPage Hospital, Winfield. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, West Chicago.
Mr. Turnquist had resided in West Chicago all of his life until he moved to Wheaton in December 1997. He was employed as a foreman for more than 47 years at St. Charles Kitchen Manufacturing in St. Charles. A veteran, Mr. Turnquist had served in the Marine Corps prior to the Korean War.
Survivors include his daughter, Catherine Harms of Warrenville; sons, Barry (Sandra) Turnquist of West Chicago, David (Jeanne) Turnquist of Belgium, Wis., Michael Turnquist of West Chicago and Timothy Turnquist of Oswego; grandchildren, Tom, Brian, Mary and Ashley Turnquist; and brother, Donald (Joan) Turnquist of St. Charles.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Joan Turnquist, Dec. 12, 1998; and parents, Ralph and Gladys Turnquist.

Roman M. Pedregal of Arizona
Services for Roman M. Pedregal, 66, will be held at 7 p. m. today, at Salerno's Rosedale Chapels, 450 W. Lake St. (3/4 mile west of Bloomingdale/ Roselle Rd.), Roselle. Interment will be private.
He was the beloved husband of Mercedes; devoted father of Roman, Elizabeth (Charles) Marquess, Robert and Julie Lemieux; loving son of Mary Lou Pedregal; dear brother of Rosie (Ramon) Elizalde and Richard (Lenice) Pedregal; fond grandfather of 13; and great-grandfather of four.

Maria M. Alonso of Elgin
Funeral services for Maria M. Alonso, 57, will be held at 10 a. m. Saturday, at O'Connor and Homeier Funeral Home, 364 Division St., Elgin. The Rev. Francisco Nunez will officiate.
Born May 4, 1941, in Puerto Rico, the daughter of Bartolo and Rogelia (nee Badillo) Martinez, she died Wednesday, Jan. 6, 1999, at Sherman Hospital. Burial will be in Bluff City Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, Juan, whom she married April 25, 1959, in Puerto Rico; sons, Juan (Irma) Alonso of Elgin and Orlando (Brenda) Alonso of Elgin; daughter, Marisol Alonso of Elgin; three grandchildren; four sisters; two brothers; and her mother, in Puerto Rico.
She was preceded in death by her father.

Jennifer L. Antonino formerly of Naperville
Memorial services for Jennifer L. Antonino, 44, most recently of Minonk, Ill., will be held at 11 a. m. Saturday, at First Baptist Church, Minonk. The Rev. Harry Sanders will officiate.
Born Oct. 6, 1954, in Pontiac, Ill., to Emerson and Lois (nee Finnell) Janssen, she passed away Tuesday, Jan. 5, 1999, at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center, Bloomington. Cremation rites were accorded.
Ms. Antonino was a graduate of Minonk Dana Rutland High School, attended the University of Iowa for two years, and graduated form Lakeland College in Mattoon with a degree in dental hygiene. She worked as a dental hygienist in the Chicago area for more than 10 years, and most recently was employed by Meyer-Jochums in Minonk as a receptionist. She married Frank Antonino on June 25, 1983, in Wheaton.
Jennifer became a Christian in early childhood and was always active in the Lord's work in her youth and until the time of her death. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Minonk. A lover of music, she also played several instruments and loved to sing. She will be missed greatly by her family and large circle of friends.
Surviving are her daughters, Vanessa, Olivia and Mallory, all at home; parents of Minonk; brothers, Judson and Joel Janssen, both of Bloomington; niece, Karinda Kanarski Webb of Hanover Park; and nephew, KevinKanarski of Downers Grove.
She was preceded in death by twin sons, Domonic Andrew and Emerson Thomas; sister, Jacqueline Kanarski; brother-in-law, Robert Kanarski; and twin brothers, James and Jeremy.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to First Baptist Church or to the Jennifer L. Antonino Memorial Fund at Alpha Community Bank in Minonk.

Terri Baseggio of Crystal Lake
Funeral Mass for Terri Baseggio, 48, will be celebrated at 10 a. m. today, at Resurrection Catholic Church, Crystal Lake.
Born March 13, 1950, in Minneapolis, Minn., the daughter of Raymond and Eileen (nee Larson) Potvin, she died Monday, Jan. 4, 1999, at Sherman Hospital in Elgin. Interment will bein Crystal Lake Memorial Park.
Terri's lifelong dream came true eight years ago when she became a fifth grade elementary school teacher in the Huntley school district.
Survivors include her husband, Tom Baseggio of Crystal Lake; children, Brian Baseggio of Chicago and Erica Baseggio of Crystal Lake; sisters, Toni (Bill) Bault of Minnesota andDottie (Rob) Accurso of Missouri; brother, Bob (Jennifer) Potvin of Bartlett; 14 nieces and nephews; and the hundreds of children whose lives she touched.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions would be appreciated to the family.
