Lois J. Marcum of Wheaton
Funeral services for Lois J. Marcum will be held at 11 a. m. today, at Williams-Kampp Funeral Home, 430 E. Roosevelt Road (one block east of Naperville Road), Wheaton.
Born Oct. 14, 1927, in Ladonia, Texas, she died Tuesday, Jan. 5, 1999, at Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield. Interment will be in Wheaton Cemetery.
Mrs. Marcum was raised in Parkin, Ark., and had lived in Wheaton for the past 40 years.
She issurvived by her husband, Oscar; daughters, Virginia (Robert) Luedtke of West Chicago and Gloria (Greg) Colandrea of Lombard; grandchildren, Mark (Kris) Luedtke of Geneva, Margaret (Mike) Dillon of West Chicago, Miriam (Wayne) Rohac of Carol Stream, Virginia (Thomas) Page of Bolingbrook, Gregory Colandrea of Lombard and Gillian Colandrea of Lombard; greatgrandchildren, Gregory and Eric Page; brother, Jim (Mary) McIntyre of West Memphis, Ark.; and sister, Patsy (John) Otto of West Memphis, Ark.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Ina Mae McIntyre and two brothers, John Jr. and Jerry McIntyre.

William J. McDonough of Libertyville
Services for William J. McDonough, 76, formerly of Glenview, will be held at 2 p. m. today, at McMurrough Chapel, 101 Park Place, Libertyville.
Born May 8, 1922, in Chicago, he died Saturday, Jan. 2, 1999, at Winchester House. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Skokie.
A retired policeman for the Village of Glenview, he was a life member of the Illinois Policeman's Association and served in the Coast Guard during World War II.
He was the father of Michael McDonough of Glenview; and brother of Betty Schaefer of Libertyville.
Visitation will be from 1 p. m. until the time of services today, at the funeral chapel.
Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes. Association.

Joseph G. McPherrin of Wood Dale
Joseph G. McPherrin, 55, passed away Monday, Jan. 4. 1999, at home.
Born Nov. 4, 1943, he was employed in sales in the import/export industry. He was a veteran and a member of the American Legion as well as Bensenville Moose Lodge 2107.
Survivors include his wife, Cheryl McPherrin (nee Bieterman); son, Daniel McPherrin; daughters, Jennifer McPherrin and Elise (Terry) Linker; granddaughter, Amanda; and brother, William McPherrin.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Elmhurst Hospice, 855 N. Church, Elmhurst, IL 60126, would be appreciated.

Anne J. Messina (nee Di Giacinto), 84, of Bartlett, died Thursday, Jan. 7, 1999. Arrangements were made by The Oaks Funeral Home, Itasca, (630) 250-8588.

Vincent B. Mullins of Batavia
A memorial service for Vincent B. Mullins, 95, will be held at 11 a. m. Friday, at Holy Cross Church in Batavia.
Born July 4, 1903, in Freeport, Ill., he died Tuesday, Jan. 5, 1999, at hishome.
Mr. Mullins graduated from the University of Wisconsin and, for many years, worked at Walgreens, where he helped to start many of the pharmacies in Wisconsin. For more than 30 years, he also helped his wife at Mullins Real Estate, which they owned and operated.
He was a member of the Illinois Thoroughbred Breeders Association.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Hertha.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Corinne, and a sister, Edith.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Holy Cross Church Building Fund, 2300 W. Main St., Batavia, IL 60510.

Marie Perno of Westmont
Prayers for Marie Perno (nee Tumminello), will be said at 11:30 a. m. Saturday, at Salerno's Rosedale Chapels, 450 W. Lake St. (3/4 mile west of Bloomingdale/Roselle Rd.), Roselle.
Mass will follow at noon at St. Isidore Church. Interment will be private.
She was the devoted mother of Andrea (Ted) Nicolai and Francine DePalma; dear sister of Lucille Brahill, Anthony, Angelo, Joseph and Charles Tumminello; and fond grandmother of Jami Marie and Theodore Nicolai.
Visitation will be from 9 a. m. until the time of prayers Saturday, at the funeral home.

Zelda M. Sandberg
Zelda M. Sandberg, 86, died Thursday, Jan. 7, 1999. Private interment will be in Tippecanoe Memory Gardens, West Lafayette, Ind.
She was the beloved wife of the late Angus H. Sandberg; loving mother of John (Kathleen) Sandberg; and dear grandmother of Cora and Justin Sandberg.
Contributions to Alzheimer's Association, 4709 Golf Rd., Suite 1015, Skokie, IL 60076, are appreciated.

Virginia Jean Senyard of Geneva
Memorial services for Virginia Jean Senyard (nee Campbell), 91, will be held at 2 p. m. Saturday, at the chapel of St. Mark's Episcopal Church, S. Fourth and Franklin Street, Geneva.
Father Mark A. Tusken will officiate.
Born Aug. 4, 1907, in Boone, Iowa, the daughter of Philip and Iva Campbell, she died peacefully in her home on Monday, Jan. 4, 1999. Interment will be private in Oak Hill Cemetery, Geneva.
Virginia and her family lived briefly in Milwaukee before moving to Oak Park, where she graduated from Oak Park-River Forest High School. She also attended Shimer College, which, at that time, was located in Mount Carroll.
On Nov. 11, 1933, Virginia was united in marriage to Stephen Cregier Senyard of Oak Park and in April of 1946, they moved to Geneva.
Throughout her life, Virginia was involved in many community activities, including the Nursery Auxiliary and Women's Auxiliary of Community Hospital, compiling the cookbook, `Community Fare,' for the benefit of the hospital. She was also a member of the Geneva Garden Club, the Altar Guild and women's organization of St. Mark's Episcopal Church of Geneva, the Girl Scouts of America, PTA, and numerous other community efforts while living in Geneva.
She is survived by her daughter, Glorianne S. (Colin C. )Campbell of Riverhead, N. Y.; brother, Philip S. Campbell of Pinehurst, N. C.; and granddaughters, Stephanie (Omar) Akhattab of Geneva and Virginia of Washington, D. C.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen.
The family will welcome friends at Virginia's home from 7 to 9 p. m. today, and following the memorial service on Saturday.
Please omit flowers; the family requests any memorials be directed to St. Mark's Episcopal Church.

Marilyn Skaja of Park Ridge
Prayers for Marilyn Skaja, 61, will be said at 9:15 a. m. Saturday, at Skaja Terrace Funeral Home, 7812 N. Milwaukee Ave., Niles. A Mass of the Resurrection will follow at 10 a. m. at St. John Brebeuf Church.
Born May 4, 1937, in Chicago, to Anton and Angeline (nee Cymerman) Rutkowski, she died Tuesday, Jan. 5, 1999, at her home. Interment will be in St. Adalbert Cemetery, Niles.
Mrs. Skaja was a member of the St. John Brebeuf Women's Club, the St. Wenceslaus Church Queen Kinga Club, the Women's Auxiliary of Tonti Council Knights of Columbus, the Polish Women Alliance and the Polish National Alliance.
Surviving are her husband, Bernard S. `Bud' Skaja, whom she married at St. Wenceslaus Church in Chicago; children, Bud Jr. (Vicki) of Niles, Randy (Debby) of Crystal Lake, Cindy (Ron) Stankowicz of Niles and Keith of Park Ridge; grandchildren, Ronald III, Meghanand Kristin Stankowicz, and Ashley Skaja; brother, Ronald (Evelyn) Rutkowski; brothersand sisters-in-law, JosephSmreczak, Dorothy (Stanley) Banas, Lorraine (Theodore) Buenz, Mickey (Ann) Skaja, Tom (Carol) Skaja, Jack (Barbara) Skaja, Jim (Irene) Skaja, Jerry Skaja and Larry (Jan) Skaja; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and greatnephews, and her canine companion, `Sassi. ' She was preceded in death by her parents; and her sister, Lorraine Smreczak.
Visitation will be from 2 to 9 p. m. today, at the funeral home.

Sybil K. Spencer of Lombard
Memorial services for Sybil K. Spencer, 81, formerly of Glen Ellyn for 45 years, will be held at 11 a. m. Saturday, at First Presbyterian Church, 500 Anthony St., Glen Ellyn. Rev. John Curphey will officiate.
Born March 29, 1917, in Addlestone Surrey, England, she died Wednesday, Jan. 6, 1999, at Elmhurst Memorial Hospital in Elmhurst. Burial will be private.
A resident of Lombard for the past three years, Mrs. Spencer was formerly employed with the DuPage County Child Support Division. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Glen Ellyn and a supporter of many animal groups and organizations.
Survivors include her children, Philip (Marthea) Spencer of McHenry and Pamela `Spider' (William) Coons of Lombard; and grandchildren, Michelle and Cheryl Wilder.

Catherine Margaret Stafford of Palatine
Memorial services for Catherine Margaret `Cathy' Stafford, 45, will be held at 11 a. m. Saturday, at Meadows Funeral Home, 3615 Kirchoff Road, Rolling Meadows.
Born June 12, 1953, in Chicago, she died Wednesday, Jan. 6, 1999, at Northwest Community Healthcare, Arlington Heights. Burial will be in St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Palatine.
Ms. Stafford, who lived most of her life in Rolling Meadows, was preceded in death by her mother, Mimi Stafford.
She is survived by her father, John Stafford of Arlington Heights; sister, Yvonne Stafford of Chicago; aunts, Rena Trevor and Margaret Pedersen; uncles, Anthony Marcello andSidney Stafford; and cousins, Richard, Jim, Domenica and Maggie Trevor, Frank Saraceno, Tim Stafford, Janice Huber, Richard, James, John and Gary Marcello, Peggy Anne Marro, and William, Robert, Barrett and Brian Pedersen.
Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p. m. today, at the funeral home.
