Aleksander Lukic of Arlington Heights
Services for Aleksander Lukic, 68, will be held at noon Wednesday, at St. Sava Church, Route 21 (Milwaukee Avenue, two miles north of Route 137), Libertyville.
He was born April 6, 1931, in Drazanji, Yugoslavia, and he died Saturday July 3, 1999, at Northwest Community Healthcare. Burial will be in St. Sava Church cemetery.
Mr. Lukic had been a farmer in Yugoslavia, and then worked for the Arlington Heights Park District when he moved to the United States.
Surviving him are his wife, Radmila (nee Miletic); children, Slavica (Radomir) Bajic of Schaumburg, and Duja Lukic of Arlington Height; grandchildren, Dejan, Zoran and Marko Bajic; and father Daniel Lukic of Arlington Heights.
He was preceded in death by his daughter Zorica, brother Tomislav, and mother Radmila.
Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, at Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd. 1520 N Arlington Heights Road, (four blocks south of Palatine Road), Arlington Heights.

Rose M. Manning (nee Cercle), 94, of Villa Park, formerly of Chicago, died Saturday, July 3, 1999. Arrangements were made by Steuerle Funeral Home, Villa Park, (630) 832-4161.

Antonio Marchi, 86, of Manchester, Tenn., formerly of Chicago, died Thursday, July 1, 1999. Arrangements were made by Grove Memorial Chapel, Elk Grove Village, (847) 640-0566.

Anne Marjanek of Lake Zurich
Services for Anne Marjanek, 75, will begin with prayers at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, at Ahlgrim & Sons Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich, and continue with Mass at 10 a.m., at St. Francis de Sales Church, 11 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich.
Born Oct. 16, 1923, in Chicago, she died Friday, July 2, 1999, in Lake Zurich. Interment will be private.
She was the beloved wife for 55 years of Frank Marjanek; loving mother of Eileen (Larry) Winters of Naperville and Daniel (Lucy) Marjanek of Phoenix, Ariz.; cherished grandmother of Scott (Julie) Schechtel of Bend, Ore., and Karen (Charlie) Kane of Menomonee Falls, Wis.; great-grandmother of Kendall Anne Kane; dear sister of the late Lillian Holysz; and fond aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, at the funeral home.

Cathy Lynn McKee of Marengo
Services for Cathy Lynn McKee, 42, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, at Marengo-Union Funeral Home, 505 E. Grant Highway, Marengo.
Born July 5, 1956, in Elgin, to James and Helen(nee Walton) Connor, she died Friday, July 2, 1999, at her home, following a long illness. Interment will be in Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery, Marengo.
Mrs. McKee had been an accountant with Motorola LMPS in Schaumburg for the past 23 years.
Surviving are her husband, Douglas McKee of Marengo, whom she married March 21, 1992, in Woodstock; sisters, Teri (Mark) Elleman of Bartlett, Dawn Orzech of Naperville, Gail (Bill) Barry of Marengo and Tami (Jim) Petrenko of Minnesota; father, James Connor of Genoa; and stepfather, Al Orzech of Crystal Lake.
She was preceded in death by her mother.
Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, at the funeral home.

Christopher Allen McKinney Jr. formerly of Grayslake
Services for Christopher Allen McKinney Jr., 24,of Lake Geneva, Wis., will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, at Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium, Ltd., 410 E. Belvidere Rd., Grayslake.
Rev. Lisle J. Kauffman of Calvary Presbyterian Church of Round Lake, will officiate.
Born April 22, 1975, at Victory Memorial Hospital in Waukegan, he passed away Monday, June 28, 1999, as the result of a swimming accident. Interment will be in Avon Centre Cemetery, Grayslake.
Christopher had made his home in Grayslake until moving to Lake Geneva in 1998. He had attended Grayslake High School and enjoyed music and playing the guitar.
He leaves his loving mother, Pam McKinney and sister, Jennifer McKinney, both of Lindenhurst; maternal grandmother, Ruth Robinson of Grayslake; paternal grandmother, Jewel McKinney of Tupelo, Miss.; aunts and uncles, Tim, Tami, Tom, John Gasmon, Debbie Kenny of Grayslake and Paul (Debbie) McKinney of Tupelo; cousins, Justin, Jessica and Josh Kenny; and many dear friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Christopher Allen McKinney Sr., in 1979; maternal grandfather, Phillip V. Robinson; and paternal grandfather, Charlie McKinney.
Friends of the family may visit from 10 a.m. until the time of the services Tuesday, at the funeral chapel.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family in memory of Christopher.

Manson E. North of Des Plaines
Services for Manson E. North, 89, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, at Oehler Funeral Home, 555 Lee St., Des Plaines.
Born Aug. 24, 1909, he died Saturday, July 3, 1999, at Glenbrook Hospital. Interment will be in Ridgewood Cemetery, Des Plaines.
A resident of Des Plaines since 1923, Mr. North had worked as a supply manager in civil service from 1954 to 1975. He was a veteran, having served in the Army from 1941 to 1946, during World War II, and in the Army Reserves from 1946 to 1968. He was also a past vice president of the Des Plaines Library Board and a member of the Harvard Alumni Club.
Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Lorraine N. Courtney of Des Plaines; children, Robert M. (Pat) North of Bayard, N. M., and Linda N. (Steven) Aavang of Woodstock; grandchildren, Courtney, Lynn Ann, and Grace Aavang, and Julia, Robin and Cecilia North; brother, Milford (Florence) North of Houghton, Mich.; and sister, Hespera Gillett of Chicago.
He was preceded in death by three brothers.
Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to Des Plaines Bible Church or to donor's favorite charity.

Mary F. O'Toole of Des Plaines
Prayers for Mary F. O'Toole (nee Burke), 93, will be said at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, at Oehler Funeral Home, 555 Lee St., Des Plaines. Mass will follow at 10 a.m. at St. Mary Church, 794 Pearson St., Des Plaines.
Born Feb. 2, 1906, in Chicago, she died Friday, July 2, 1999, at Holy Family Medical Center in Des Plaines. Interment will be in All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines.
She was the wife of the late William J.; mother of William J. (Patricia) of Fort Myers, Fla., James J. (Betty Jane) of Cincinnati, Ohio, Mary Alice (Joseph) Hardiman of Prospect Heights, Margaret O'Toole of Des Plaines and Dennis J. (Linda) of Erlanger, Ky.; sister of the late Robert, James, Jerome, Joseph, William, Thomas, Patrick, Edward (Odette) and Rosemary Burke and Margaret McLamore; grandmother of 30; greatgrandmother of 40; and great-greatgrandmother of one.
Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, at the funeral home.

Br. Robert H. McLuskie, O. F. M. of Libertyville
A Mass of Christian Burial for Brother Robert H. McLuskie, O. F. M., of the Marytown Franciscan Friary in Libertyville, will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday, at the Marytown Chapel.
Born Feb. 6, 1927, in Galston, Scotland, he passed away Thursday, July 1, 1999, at Condell Medical Center in Libertyville. Interment will follow the Mass, in St. Adalbert Cemetery, Milwaukee, Wis.
Br. McLuskie had cometo the United States at the age of 2 and lived in Akron, Ohio. He was a graduate of East High School in Akron and was employed as a butcher for the A&P Food Store chain in Ohio for the next 25 years. In the 1970s, he joined the monastery at Marytown in Kenosha, Wis., and had been a Libertyville Marytown resident since 1979.
Survivors include his sister, Susan (David) Swejk of Akron; niece, Mary Beth; and nephews, Michael, Richard and Edward.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Hugh and Elizabeth McLuskie; and brother, Lawrence McLuskie.
Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, at Marytown.
Contributions in his memory may be made to Marytown.

Irene M. Offerman of Arlington Heights
Services for Irene M. Offerman (nee Mills), 96, formerly a resident of Kankakee for 65 years, will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, at Lauterburg & Oehler Funeral Home, 2000 E. Northwest Highway, Arlington Heights.
Born Oct. 28, 1902, in Kankakee, she died Friday, July 2, 1999, at Lexington Health Care Center, Schaumburg. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Kankakee.
Mrs. Offerman had worked as an executive secretary for the A. O. Smith Company in Kankakee for 20 years. In 1967 she retired to Arlington Heights where she then worked as a secretary for the Village of Arlington Heights Public Works Department.
She was the wife of the late Floyd J. Offerman; mother of Carol (David) Roy; grandmother of Denise (Duncan) Wyndham, Diane (Jeffrey) Johnson and Michael Roy; and great-grandmother of Qian and Landon Wyndham, and Katy Johnson.
Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services at 11 a.m. Tuesday, at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, Masses would be appreciated.

Frank S. Rogers of Mount Prospect
Services for Frank S. Rogers, 84, formerly of Des Plaines, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, at Grace Lutheran Church, 1624 E. Euclid, Mount Prospect, where he will lie in state from 10 a.m. until the time of services.
Born July 28, 1914, in Chicago, he died Friday, July 2, 1999, at Holy Family Medical Center, Des Plaines. Interment will be private.
Prior to his retirement, Mr. Rogers had been employed as a foreman for Northwest Malt and Grain. He was a member of the Constellation/Edison Park Lodge #974 A. F. & A. M.
He was the beloved husband of Dorothy and the late Emily; loving father of Richard (Christina) Rogers, Roy (Elaine) Rogers, Adrienne Schultz and Dawn (Norman) Hein; dear brother of Victor, Virginia and Viola; proud grandfather of 10; and great-grandfather of seven.
Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, at Matz Funeral Home, 410 E. Rand Road, Mount Prospect, with Masonic services at 8 p.m. Memorials may be made to Grace Lutheran Church, 1624 E. Euclid, Mount Prospect, IL 60056.

Laura L. Schuld of Elgin
Memorial services for Laura L. Schuld, 91, will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday,at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church. The Rev. Mark Lund will officiate.
Born March 31, 1906, in Hampshire, to Charles and Rose Miller, she died Thursday, July 1, 1999, at Sherman West Court.
Burial will be private, in Huntley Cemetery.
A resident of Elgin for most of her life, Mrs. Schuld had been employed by the Elgin National Watch Company for many years prior to her retirement. She was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, where she taught Sunday school for many years, a member of the Ladies of the Moose Lodge #799 of Elgin, and a member of the Fox Valley Saddle Club.
Surviving are her husband, Edward Schuld, to whom she had been married for 69 years; son, John (Diane) Schuld of Waterford, Wis.; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother, Tobias (Mildred) Miller of Elgin.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be at the time of services only.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Provena St. Joseph Hospital Regional Cancer Care Center.
Arrangements were made by Laird Funeral Home, Elgin.
