MARION -- Helen Elizabeth McRoy Beaumont, 68, died 9:10 p.m. Monday, June 23, 2003, at St. Frances Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. Helen was born Sept. 6, 1934, in Marion, to Harry and Cliva (Watson) McRoy. She was a homemaker. Survivors include a daughter, Patricia Woodmansee of Grover Beach, Calif.; three sons, Glenn Beaumont, Donnie Beaumont, James Beaumont, and Michael Beaumont, all of Marion; 12 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; four brothers and sisters-in-law, Peter and Jeanetta McRoy,Lyndell and Louise McRoy, Jerry and Judy McRoy, and Joe and Christine McRoy, all of Marion; a sister and brother-in-law, Jean and Earnest Mofield of Marion; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, grandson, Kenneth Duncan, and sister, Roberta McRoy. Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, June 26, 2003, at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home, with Rev. Murle Jack officiating. Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery
