PINCKNEYVILLE -- Irmagean Lambeth, 78, died at 3:06 a. m. Sunday, July 18, 2004, at her daughter's home in Belleville. Irmagean was born in Edwardsville Nov. 5, 1925, a daughter of Edwin and Victoria (Fischer) Bracke. She married Dr. Ernest L. Lambeth on Sept. 3, 1949, and he preceded her in death Jan. 10, 1997. She was a homemaker and member of St. Bruno Catholic Church in Pinckneyville. Survivors include three sons, Dr. Van Lambeth and wife Dr. Sue Ellen Barnard of College Grove, Tenn., Terry Lambeth and his wife Jenna of Mascoutah and Joel Lambeth of Pinckneyville; two daughters, Nancy Lambeth of Belleville and Yvonne Lambeth of St. Louis; four grandchildren, Emily, Amanda, Jesse, and Joshua, along with numerous other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband. Services will be held at 10 a. m. Wednesday, July 21, 2004, in St. Bruno Catholic Church in Pinckneyville, with Fr. Brian Barker officiating. Interment will be in the St. Bruno Catholic Cemetery. Friends may call the Pyatt-Harrawood Funeral in Pinckneyville from 6 to 9 p. m. today and from 8 to 9:30 a. m. Wednesday. COBDEN -- Johnny Lee Loveless Sr., 50, passed away Saturday, July 17 2004, at Memorial Hospital of Carbondale. He was born on July 9, 1954, in Wynne, Ark., the son of Elmer C. and Frankie (Hill) Loveless. He married Sheila Reynolds on April 2, 1978, in South Elgin. He worked as a union carpenter and was a member of the Carpenters Local 558 in Glen Ellyn. He was a member of the Landmark-Pentecostal Church. Survivors include his wife, Sheila; one daughter, Stacey Loveless of Glendale Heights; four sons, Johnny Lee Loveless Jr. of Headland, Ala., Jason Edward, Justin Allan and Jaren Lee Loveless, all of Cobden; grandchildren, Majerle, Mykkel, Karah Maree Loveless and Johnny Lee Loveless III; four brothers, Elmer Loveless Jr., of Cabool, Mo., Jerry Loveless of Colt, Ark., Macarthur Loveless of Dongola and David Loveless of Marengo; two sisters, Velma Ann Hastings and Emma Cheney, both of Mountain Grove, Mo. He was preceded in death by his parents; infant son, Brandon Lee; sister, Maryann Loveless; three brothers, Edward, Vernon and Elbert Loveless. Services will he conducted at 1 p. m. GOREVILLE -- Emery L. Rogers, 85, died at 9:20 a. m. Sunday, July 18, 2004, at Shawnee Christian Nursing Center in Herrin. Emery was born on Jan. 29, 1919, in Franklin County to Lonnie and Gertrude (Burlison) Rogers. He married Icel Eavaugh Weinacht on Oct. 19, 1940, in Jackson, Mo. She preceded him in death on Oct. 8, 1976. Mr. Rogers was retired from Diagraph Bradley, but was formerly employed by Caterpillar in Peoria and Browning Service Station in Marion. He was a World War II
Army veteran and a member of VFW Post 1301 in Marion. Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Mary Ann and James Dunn of Goreville; grandson, David Dunn of Goreville; grandchild, Trina Tosh and husband Mark of Tunnel Hill; great grandchildren, Marshall Dunn of Goreville and Andrew Dunn of Marion; and several cousins. His parents, wife and one infant brother preceded him in death. Services will be held at 2 p. m. today at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in Marion with the Revs. Fred Meece and Kenny Blumenstock officiating. Burial will follow in the Maplewood Cemetery

ANNA -- Leroy Cline, 84, died at 1:44 p. m. Sunday, July 18, 2004, at Heartland Regional Medical Center in Marion. He was born on May 17, 1920, in Anna, the son of Lawrence and Blanche Halterman Cline. In 1941, he married Bertha Mae Norris, and she died on May 24, 1999. Leroy was a manager at the Wonder Bread Co. He also worked in his workshop. He was a WWII
Army veteran with the Medical Detachment, 280th Engineering Battalion. He is survived by his son, Lee and wife Shirley Cline of Overland, Kan.; grandson, Curtis and wife Carri Cline of Olathe, Kan.; granddaughter, Nicole Cline of Independence, Mo.; great-granddaughter, Carlee Cline and great-grandson, Cameron Cline of Olathe, Kan.; sister, Dorothy Peterson of Anna; brother-in-law, Cotton Norris of Anna; sister-in-law, Louise Rader of Orlando, Fla.; nieces, Janine Kelley of Anna and Loretta Koch of Carbondale; nephews, Dennis Peterson of Mount Vernon and Jim Rader of Orlando, Fla.; and other relatives. ZEIGLER -- Vina E. Hall, 84, of Zeigler, died at 3:14 a. m. Sunday, July 18, 2004, at home. Vina was born July 6, 1920, in Double Springs, Tenn., to Roland B. and Emily E. (Hamlet) Stafford. She married Noel R. Hall on Oct. 9, 1936, in West Frankfort. He survives in Zeigler. She was a loving mother and grandmother to a daughter and son-in-law, Sondra and Mike Podolski of Parkview, Iowa; two sons and daughters-in-law, Larry and Carol Hall of Royalton and Jerry and Carol Hall of Zeigler; eight grandchildren, Tammy and Tony Deutscher of Thompson; Renee and Bill Stebbins and Carey and Yolanda Podolski all of Savanna, Sheryl and Rich Taylor of Kewanee, Wis., James Hall of Raleigh, N. C., Amy and Jim Flood and Leon Hall all of Zeigler and Lara and Doug Rathbun of Carlock; 18 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. Her parents, two brothers, Jack and Buster Stafford and three sisters, Lillian Lakso, Thelma Funkhouser and Martha Williams preceded her in death. Vina was a Protestant. She retired from Allen Industries in Herrin and was a homemaker. Services for Mrs. Hall will be at 11 a. m. Wednesday, July 21, 2004, at Vantrease Funeral Home in Zeigler, with Brother John Arvai officiating. Burial will be at Zeigler Cemetery. Visiting hours are from 6 to 9 p. m. Margaret 'Peg' Corson
CARBONDALE -- Margaret W. "Peg" Corson, 86, of Carbondale, died at 4:10 a. m. Sunday morning, July 18, 2004, at the Rehab and Care Center of Jackson County. Mrs. Corson was born on March 29, 1918, in Eagle Grove, Iowa, the daughter of Harry A. and Gladys (Daley) Wright. She married Keith J. Corson in St. Louis on May 21, 1938. He passed away on May 8, 1971. Mrs. Corson was a homemaker, and also worked in various capacities in and around Jackson County. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Carbondale, and sang in the choir for more than 40 years. Margaret is survived by her daughter, Patricia Mehrtens and her husband Gene of Waterloo; two grandsons, Bradley Gene Mehrtens and his fianc Breelyn Tosill and Jason Michael Mehrtens and his wife Michelle, a great-granddaughter, Kayleigh Mehrtens, and a sister, Mildred Bulmer of California. She was preceded in death by her parents and son James Michael Corson. Services will be at 11 a. m. Tuesday, July 20, 2004, at the First Presbyterian Church in Carbondale, with the Rev. Lee Tyler officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Grove Memorial Park. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Memorials may be directed to the First Presbyterian Church. He was a veteran of the U. S. Air National Guard. He was born Oct. 7, 1952, in Sullivan, Ind., the son of Otis Smith and Doris (Gadberry) Smith of Valier. Survivors include his parents; children, Lori and Mac Shane Frank of Valier and Lisa Marie Smith of Carbondale; three grandchildren, Afton Taylor Frank of Valier, Gracie Nichole Frank of Valier and Brandon Ryan Frank of Valier; sisters, Cheryl and Phil Hulen of Kernersville, N. C., and Theresa and John Smith of West Frankfort; three nephews, Jared L. Hulen, Jeremy P. Hulen and Justin R. Hulen, all of Kernersville, N. C. He enjoyed spending time outdoors with his family and friends.

Association. Mrs. Milligan was a homemaker. She was a member of the Reformed Presbyterian Church in Cutler and AARP. She was active in the Cutler Chicken Fry and the Cutler Cemetery
Association. She also loved to quilt and crochet. She was born Wednesday, Jan. 22, 1913, in Cutler, the daughter of Robert S. Eldridge and Ada Stevenson Eldridge. She married Kenneth E. Milligan on Aug. 19, 1933, in Pinckneyville. He passed away Dec. 30, 1985. Survivors include children, Mary Sue Dahdah of Amman, Jordan, Judy Suttles of Williamstown, Ky., and Clinton B. Milligan of Cutler; 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and one sister, Elinor Morgan of Du Quoin. Her parents, one infant son and two sisters preceded her in death.

WEST FRANKFORT -- Fredith Dunston, 93, of West Frankfort passed away at 5:20 a. m. Sunday July 18, 2004, at Franklin Skilled Care in Benton. She was born Jan. 21, 1911, in Carrier Mills, to James Calvin and Mary Elizabeth (Gowdy) Calvin. She married William Dunston and he precedes her in death on Nov. 2, 1977. Survivors include two sons, Jim Dunston and wife Judy of West Frankfort, Mike Dunston of St. Thomas, Virgin Islands; three grandchildren, Brett Dunston and wife Barbara, Julie Ridgway and Husband Rocky all of West Frankfort, and Lauren Dunston of Peoria; five great grandchildren, Brigett and Brett Dunston, and Nicole, Joshua, Lance Ridgeway. She was preceded by her parents, husband William; one son, Billy Dale and a daughter, Mary Susan; and eight brothers and sisters, Robert, Vollie, Bert, Willie, Eda, Ada, Nettie, and Ruby. Fredith formerly worked as activity director at the Parkview Care Center and a florist at Lacy's Flowers. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother, and will be dearly missed by all. Riggin-Pillatsch Funeral Home in Carterville is in charge of the arrangements. Ann was born on April 4, 1914, in Sheboygan, Wis., to Martin and Michaelina (Puzauskas) Marma. She married Charles Gundrum on October 29, 1944, in Chicago. She is survived by her husband, Charles Gundrum of Carterville; son and daughter-in-law, Paul and Lois Gandrimas of Carterville; three grandchildren, Seth Gandrimas, Evan Gandrimas, and April Gandrimas all of Carterville; two nephews, Bill Lowry of Bradenton, Fla., and Waly Lowry of Libertyville. Ann was preceded in death by her parents; beloved stepfather, Waly Pralle, and one sister and brother-in-law, Estelle and Sam Lowry. She was a member of the Senior Citizens Center in Chicago. Ann was a homemaker and lived in the Chicago area most of her life. For the last year, she lived at Hope Room and Board, in Carterville, where she received loving quality care. Ann loved and found pride in her Lithuanian heritage. She also loved angels and is now able to be one for her family. Ann was affectionately called "Cookie," and "Tots," by her loved ones and will be missed by all those who knew her.

Survivors include son, Ed and wife Jeri Corn of Benton; daughter, Linda and husband Thomas Weisenberger of Broughton; brother, Robert Corn of Benton; sister, Faye Sentel of Benton and four grandchildren, Toby Corn, Jeremy Randolph, and Chaurda and Britteny Weisenberger. He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Shirley (Webber) Corn on June 9, 1969; and one sister, Ruth Flannigan.
