Beverly Jane Eherenman, 80, of Warsaw, Indiana, died on 9/1/2010 at 11:22 am at Parkview Memorial Hospital, Ft. Wayne, Indiana. She was born on October 14, 1929 in Warsaw, Indiana.

Jane was born to Paul and Pauline (Fisher) Fawley. She was a lifetime resident of Warsaw, graduating from Warsaw High School in 1948.
She married Robert E. "Pinky" Eherenman on May 8, 1949 in Warsaw, Indiana. He preceded her in death on October 27, 2005. She worked for L.M. Berry and Co., Ramsey News and Kosciusko County Senior Center.
Jane was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, Warsaw, Delta Theta Tau Sorority and was a recipient of the Heart of Gold.
She is survived by a Daughter; Deborah (and spouse Steve) Miller, Warsaw
2 Sons; Gary (and spouse Angie) Eherenman
Brent Eherenman, Warsaw
2 Sisters; Martha Light, Warsaw
Joann Gamphor, Dallas, Texas
4 Grandchildren; Samantha Galui, West Point, New York
Alex Eherenman, Brownsburg
Ross Eherenman, Brownsburg
Mallory Eherenman, Brownsburg
2 Great Grandchildren.
Jane is preceded in death by her Parents and a Grandson, Josh Eherenman.

Services will be held at Trinity United Methodist Church, Warsaw, Indiana on Saturday, September 4, 2010 at 10:00 am with Pastor Andy Martin officiating.. Calling hours will be 4:00 - 8:00 pm at the funeral chapel on Friday, September 3, 2010. Burial will be at Oakwood cemetery, Warsaw, Indiana.

McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, Indiana is in charge of arrangements. The family request memorial contributions be made to Cardinal Center, 502 North Bay Drive, Warsaw, Indiana 46580.

Tim K. Garris

Tim K. Garris, 47, of Warsaw, Indiana, died on 9/2/2010 at 9:34 am at Lutheran Hospital, Ft. Wayne, Indiana. He was born on May 19, 1963 in Warsaw, IN.

Tim was born to Jerry and Ilant (Howard) Garris.
He was a lifetime resident of Warsaw.
A graduate of Warsaw High School.
He worked for Biomet Inc as a Inspector.
Survivors are
Mother of his children: Kathy Garris of Warsaw,IN
Parents: Jerry and Ilant Garris of Silver Lake, IN
4 daughters: Heidi (and spouse Justin) Ulrey of Warsaw, IN
Kasey, Haley and Holly Garris all of Warsaw, IN
1 son: Don (and spouse Nicole) Chilcutt of Claypool, IN
1 sister: Angie Garris of Silver Lake, IN
7 grandchildren
2 nephews and 2 nieces
Preceded in death by his grandparents and 1 brother Jerry L. Garris.
Tim enjoyed being with family and friends, music and outdoor activities.
The services will be officiated by pastor Ward Etsie Allen.

Services will be held at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel - Warsaw on Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at 11:00 AM. Calling hours will be 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm on Tuesday, September 7, 2010. Burial will be at Lakeview cemetery, Silver Lake, IN.

Bamby Lynn Brumfield Van Dyke

Bamby Lynn Brumfield Van Dyke, 57, of Warsaw, Indiana went to be with the Lord., died on 9/4/2010 at 9:45 am at Warsaw, Indiana. She was born on March 30, 1953 in Warsaw, Indiana.

She lost her courageous battle with cancer after 2 1/2 years.
Bamby was born to Robert and Margaret "Muggsie" Brumfield. She married David Van Dyke on October 12, 1974 in Warsaw. She was lifetime resident of Warsaw, working as an Office Manager for Remax Rainbow Realtors from 2005 - 2008; Lucas Realtors from 1992 - 2005; Warsaw Abstract from 1984 - 1992 and Counting House Bank from 1975 - 1984.
"She was a lifetime member of Warsaw Evangelical Presbyterian Church and Choir, Warsaw. being a beautiful vocalist, she sang for many family and friends weddings and special occasions. Bamby was loved by all who knew her."

Services will be held at Warsaw Evangelical Presbyterian Church, Warsaw. on Thursday, September 9, 2010 at 9:30 am. Calling hours will be 2:00 - 4:00 and 6:00 - 8:00 pm at the funeral chapel on Wednesday, September 8, 2010. Burial will be at Oakwood cemetery, Warsaw, Indiana.

Earl T. Records, 87, of Portland, Indiana, died on 9/4/2010 at 12:06 pm at Jay County Hospital, Portland, Indiana. He was born on July 18, 1923 in Detroit, Michigan .

He was born to William P. and
Edith (Crossman) Records. On June 18, 1977, he married Nina
Hall, who survives.
He graduated from Proviso Township High School in Maywood, Illinois in 1941. He was a World War II veteran, serving in the U.S. Navy from 1941 – 1945. He was an Aviation Radioman 2nd Class serving in the American Theater, European African Area and Asiatic Pacific Area. He served on CVE Carrier “Core” and CVE Carrier “Guadalcanal. While serving on Guadalcanal, they captured U505 German uboat which resides at the Museum of Science and Industry. He received the Good Conduct Medal, Commendation Medal, Victory Medal and Combat Air Crewman Wings.
He then earned a bachelor of mechanical engineering degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York and did graduate studies at the University of Michigan.
After working at Alcoa, he had a 40 year career at White Metal Rolling and Stamping Company in Warsaw, Indiana, serving as Chief Engineer and Plant Manager. He was one of the owners of the company when he retired in 1988.
He was one of the founders of United way of Kosciusko County and a member of First United Methodist Church of Warsaw, Kiwani’s Club, Tuesday Morning Breakfast Club at Bob Evans and American Legion Post #49, Warsaw.
He is survived by 1 son, Doug (and wife Bonnie) Hall, Atlanta, Georgia and 3 daughters, Pam (and husband Pat) Bennett, Portland, Indiana; Carol (and husband John) Wallace, Salem, Massachusetts and Sally (and husband Keith) Might, Indianapolis, Indiana.
He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, Kelly (and husband Adam) Staples, Fishers, Indiana; Brad (and wife Nora) Bennett, Hull, Georgia; Kate Wallace, Chicago, Illinois; Sam, Jacob and Caleb Might, Indianapolis, Indiana and Alexis and Spencer Hall, Atlanta, Georgia.
He was preceded in death by his son, Jay Records.

Services will be held at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, Indiana on Friday, September 10, 2010 at 11:00 am with Pastor Tim Dilley officiating.. Calling hours will be 5:00 - 8:00pm at the funeral chapel on Thursday, September 9, 2010. Burial will be at Oakwood cemetery, Warsaw, Indiana.

Larry " Pete" Eugene Leiter

Larry " Pete" Eugene Leiter, 71, of Claypool, Indiana, died on 9/4/2010 at 1:24 PM at his residence. He was born on December 23, 1938 in Kosciusko County.

Pete was born to Leroy and Willodeen (Brown) Leiter.
He was a lifetime resident of Kosciusko County. In 1970 he married Mae McAfoose.
Pete owner and operated Leiter's Roofing & Contracting in Claypool.
Pete is survived by his wife Mae Leiter of Claypool
1 daughter Veronica Cogley of Warsaw.
1 grand daughter Sara Severns of Pierceton.
2 great grand children Summer Severns & Carter Severns.
3 brothers Jim (and spouse Sereta) Leiter of Fort Mohave, AZ.
Ronald (and spouse Arlene) Leiter of Claypool.
Ted (and spouse Karen) Leiter of Akron IN.
He is preceded in death by his parents and 1 grandson Travis Cogley.
Rick Stewart will officiate the service.

Services will be held at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel - Warsaw on Thursday, September 9, 2010 at 12:00 PM (noon). Calling hours will be 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM (noon) on Thursday, September 9, 2010. Burial will be at a later date .

Lawrence T. Elkins, 83, of Winona Lake, Indiana, died on 9/7/2010 at 10:55 am at Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw. He was born on November 1, 1926 in Pikeville, Kentucky.

Lawrence was born to A.D. and Letha (Mullins) Elkins. He moved to Kosciusko County from Kentucky in 1952. He married Bobbie Calhoun on May 7, 1953 in Pikeville, Kentucky.
Lawrence was a U.S. Army veteran, serving during the Korean Conflict with the Engineers. He retired from Zimmer Inc. after 23 years and was a member of Northern Little Dove Old Regular Baptist Church.
He is survived by his Wife; Bobbie Elkins, Winona Lake, Indiana

Linda Lou Byers, 63, of Warsaw, Indiana, died on 9/8/2010 at 3:10 pm at Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw, Indiana. She was born on October 14, 1946 in Jasper, Alabama.

Linda was the daughter of Floyd Edward and Beulah Mae (Arsonsmith) Shives. She lived in North Manchester for 40 years until moving to Warsaw a year ago.
She married Darl Byers on March 4, 2006 in Wabash. She worked for Timbercrest Nursing Home, North Manchester, Warsaw High School and also was a homemaker.
She was a member of Victory Fellowship Church, North Manchester.

Gladys S. Gebert, 96, of Pierceton, Indiana, died on 9/9/2010 at 12:55 pm at Parkview North Hospital, Fort Wayne, Indiana. She was born on December 8, 1913 in Kosciusko County, Indiana.

Gladys was born to Edward Charles and E. Grace (Hover) Polk. She was a lifetime resident of Kosciusko County.
Gladys graduated from Pierceton High School in 1932 and then married Orville Gebert in September of 1933 in Warsaw. He preceded her in death on August 9, 1995.
She worked in sales for W.R. Thomas and Singers. She was a member of Pierceton United Methodist Church.
Gladys is survived by her Son; Jim Lee (and spouse Jane) Gebert, Pierceton
2 Daughters; Rebecca Sue (and spouse Doug) Gregory, Fort Wayne
Carolyn Ann (and spouse Robert) Bethea, Edmond, Oklahoma
8 Grandchildren and 13 Great Grandchildren.
She is also preceded in death by an infant daughter, 1 sister, 2 brothers and 1 infant great grandson.

Services will be held at Pierceton United Methodist Church, Pierceton on Tuesday, September 14, 2010 at 11:00 am with Reverend Ed Gebert officiating.. Calling hours will be 2:00 - 4:00 and 6:00 - 8:00 pm at the funeral chapel on Monday, September 13, 2010. Burial will be at Hillcrest cemetery, Pierceton.
