Donald L. Guy, 78, of Warsaw, Indiana, died on 10/2/2010 at 6:21 am at his residence. He was born on December 1, 1931 in Etna Green, Indiana.
Donald was born to Orval and Helen Ruth (Beck) Guy. He was lifetime resident of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
In 1958 he was united in marriage to Donna Crist.
He was employed by the Etna Elevator of Etna Green, Indiana for 42 years and retired in April of 1997. He was also self-employed as a farmer for a number of years.
Donald attended Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Warsaw, Indiana.
Donald faithfully served his country in the U.S. Navy as Second Class Mechanic aboard the destroyer USS Ulvert M. Moore during the Korean Conflict from 1952 to 1956.
Donald is survived by his loving family including his wife Donna Guy of Warsaw, IN;
three daughters Debra (spouse Dave) Gordon-Convoy, OH.;
Jacqueline M. Guy of Warsaw, IN. and Stephanie A. Faulkner of Warsaw, IN and his
brother Seward Guy of Warsaw, IN.. ind addition, he is survived by seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
He was preceded by his parents; one son Larry A. Guy, one daughter Carla Ann Richard and a granddaughter Ariel C. Butcher.
Father Paul Bueter of Sacred Heart Catholic Church will officiate the services. Military rites will be rendered by the Warsaw American Legion Post #49 and the Warsaw Veterans of Foreign Warsaw Post #1126.
Services will be held at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel - Warsaw, IN on Tuesday, October 5, 2010 at 1:00 pm. Calling hours will be two hours prior to the service on Tuesday, October 5, 2010. Burial will be at Etna Green cemetery, Etna Green, IN.

Loretta Holloway, 64, of Cromwell, Indiana, died on 10/5/2010 at 12:40 pm at Hospice Home, Fort Wayne, Indiana. She was born on May 15, 1946 in Floyd County, Kentucky.
Loretta was the daughter of Ted and Nell D. (Roberts) Burchett. She has lived in Kosciusko County since 1964. She married
Donald Holloway on February 12, 1982 in Warsaw, Indiana. She worked for Zimmer Inc. as a packaging technician, retiring in 1994.
Loretta was also Clan Mother for the Matis Native American Tribe and was an Ordained Minister in the State of Indiana.

Mary Bernhardt, 99, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, died on 10/6/2010 at 6:00 am at Heritage Park Health Care Center, Fort Wayne, Ind. She was born on November 12, 1910 in Warsaw, Indiana.
Mary was the daughter of Russell and Iva (Study) Shipley. She was a longtime resident of Warsaw. She was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church, Warsaw and was a homemaker.
She married
Lorenz Bernhardt on September 23, 1933 in Fort Wayne. He preceded her in death on April 2, 2000.

Ilo E. Swick, 94, of Sarasota, Florida, died on 10/11/2010 at 1:30 AM at Arden Courts, Sarasota, Florida. She was born on November 5, 1915 in Claypool, Indiana.
Ilo was born to Harley R. and Minnie (Mattix) Regenos.
She married
Allen L. Swick on December 20, 1942 in Akron, Indiana. He preceded December 27, 1998
She was a 2nd grade teacher for 40 years in Plymouth and South Bend, Indiana
She has lived in Florida since 1976.
She was a member of Emmanuel United Methodist Church in Bradenton, Florida
Ilo is survived by her son Jay (and spouse Candy) Swick of Sarasota, Florida.

Volentine "Tiny" William Grim, 93, of Warsaw, Indiana formerly of Atwood, Indiana, died on 10/11/2010 at 1:44 am at Miller's Merry Manor, Warsaw, Indiana. He was born on March 17, 1917 in Ossian, Indiana.
Volentine was the son of Lacy and Rebecca (Gibson) Grim. He lived in the Columbia City area until moving to Atwood after marriage.
He married
V. Maxine Bradbury on April 4, 1942 in Claypool, Indiana. She preceded him in death on February 4, 2002.
Volentine worked in farming and at Endicott Church Furniture, Hammersly and Reese Security and Arnolt Corporation as a machinist for 28 years.
He served in the U.S. Army Air Force during World War II as a Corporal Airplane Instrument Mechanic in the European Theatre with the 394th Bomb Group.
Volentine is survived by Daughter; Cynthia (and spouse Jeffrey) Shelton, Warsaw
Step-Daughter; Shirley Priser, Warsaw

Robert G. Baier, 80, of Leesburg, Indiana, died on 10/14/2010 at 5:45 AM at Kosciusko Community Hospital. He was born on July 1, 1930 in Chicago, Illinois.
He moved to Leesburg in August of 1966.
Robert is survived by his wife, Gloria Baier, their children James Baier and his wife Kim of Ft Myers, Florida, Robin Snyder and her husband David, and Darren Baier and his wife Bambi all of Leesburg.
He was the loving grandfather of Devin, Aaron and Preston Baier and Daric, Danielle and Michelle Snyder.
His remains will be cremated and a Memorial Mass will be held on Friday October 29, 2010 at 11:00 AM in his honor at Sacred Heart Parish.
Father Phil DeVolder will conduct the services.
Burial will be at a later date.

Shirley Evans Timmons
Shirley Evans Timmons, 80, of Warsaw, Indiana, died on 10/14/2010 at 4:15 pm at Kosciusko Community Hospital Warsaw, Indiana. She was born on December 10, 1929 in South Bend, Indiana.
Shirley was born to Clarence R. and Cleo (Allen) Brundige.
Shirley was born and raised in South Bend, moving to Kosciusko County in 1979. She graduated from John Adams High School and attended Indiana University.
Shirley married
William F. Evans on July 26, 1952, whom preceded her in death and Ross L. Timmons on November 1, 1979 in Leesburg, Indiana, whom preceded her in death on June 14, 2004.She was a member of Ridgedale Presbyterian Church.
Shirley was an antique dealer since 1962 and owned Buggy Crossing Antique Mall, Nappanee, Indiana.

Doris Gene Troy
Doris Gene Troy, 91, of Warsaw, Indiana, died on 10/16/2010 at 3:00 am at Kosciusko Community Hospital Warsaw, Indiana. She was born on June 22, 1919 in Warsaw, Indiana.
Gene was born to Elmo and Leone (Roberts) Calvert. She formerly resided in Cedar Rapids, IA; Chicago, IL; New Canaan, CT and Fort Madison, IA.
On May 3, 1941 in Warsaw, IN she was united in marriage to Francis Eugene Troy, who preceded her in death. Gene was a homemaker and a former elementary school teacher for Warsaw Community Schools. She was a member of St. Anne's Episcopal Church of Warsaw, IN and Delta Gamma Sorority.
Gene Was an avid Camper, Traveler, Hiker, Reader and Fisherman. She loved Spirital Education and Religious Studies, spending time with people and laughter. She spent many volunteer hours at Grace College in Winona Lake, IN assisting the students.
Gene is survived by her loving family including her daughter Beverly (and spouse Warren Andrews) Adams of Denver. CO and her son Stephen Troy of Huron, SD.
In addition she is survived by her grandchildren Luke Adams, Jennifer Adams and Kelly Adams.
Father Daniel Martins will officiate the Funeral Mass.
